    This is perfect for me. I've been doing whole classes going on 3 months. Intro to pole and pole level 1 was easy, but now I am on pole level two to where they're having us going upside down and that is like the hardest thing I have ever done when it comes to pool class. I am meeting to start at a beginner level when it comes to going upside down.

    I’m glad I came across your channel I just ordered a pole from Amazon I can’t wait till it come you made me want to learn these moves because I’m rusty I use to dance years ago but now I’m getting it for home and entertainment ❤😂 thank you again

    i already have a giant upper back and small hips im scared starting pole will make me look like more of a line backer.
