You explained all the moves and gave amazing tips! Thank you so so much 😊 because of you I’ve been able to learn pole at my home. I’ve taken classes but your videos have taught me more!
@@FIT2FLAUNT I got my pole last year and I’ve gone to your studio in lake worth before but haven’t been able to continue my pole journey due to my health, I’m getting better though and have been looking for new beginner exercises to get back on track , this is very helpful! Thank you again 😊🫶🏽
I love that u always have a name per move. Many artist/instructors don't bother, but once it has a reference it helps me organize my skills as a 1st yr graduate. BTW: Is twisted grip the same as flamenco? Thnks, fabulous outfit!!!!
It’s actually a VERY bad idea to use hand grip, of any type. It’s EXTREMELY important to have VERY strong hand grip as a pole dancer so that you have the power when you NEED it & also so that you don’t hurt yourself in general, it also keeps you from doing moves you aren’t ready for/strong enough for. I spent 24 YEARS dancing, Full Time, I’m a well known Pole Assassin, I’ve been featured in Vegas, L.A, all the way up the coast to Montana, I worked for 2 DECADES & retired without ANY injuries or wear & tear on my body, I’m 41 now & STILL no issues from dancing, NO arthritis, NO ‘bad knees’, NO back issues, I know what I’m talking about. Grip strength is also directly related to Cardiovascular Health, therefore, it’s NOT safe to Pole Dance with weak hands aka a weak HEART, you’re ASKING for trouble.

Put it this way, the reason you can’t go into ANY club without finding a dancer named Ayla,
that’s because of me, I am She 🌕🐺
