Perfect! Sometimes I don’t have time to workout before heading off to work so I like that I can do this to help loosen up my body after getting out of bed. I can even do this quick warm up during my work break.
This is an excellent warm-up. Gets you ready for your workout in four minutes. Really great movements to get all the limbs and main muscle groups warm and ready.

I feel like this video is just a compilation of all my favourite warm-ups from before your other workout videos in which the warm up in included. Feels great and I love the ease and short duration, this feels like somnething I could genuinely stick to without feeling exhaused before the actual workout while still feeling warmed up. Great stuff!

I didn’t read the title properly so I thought this was a cool down (idk if it’s still works for a cool down) but I was shocked to see that squat in there and just did the twist part instead, before I realised my mistake, I was like ‘WHAT? Excuse me m’am, I have done more than enough squats already during my workout’😂😂
