    This is fantastic! A series of warm-up/cool down routines that we could pair with your videos that don't include these components would be awesome. I feel like I should remember basic warm-up/cool down, but I'm so used to sequential workouts. Thanks for all you do! Love your videos :)

    Hey Mik! Your 4-minute warm-up routine is just what I needed before my workout. I love how it's all standing - it's a great way to get my body ready without needing to get down on the floor. Your interval approach is fantastic, and the dynamic stretches are so invigorating. It's clear you put a lot of thought into creating effective yet gentle movements.     Perfect! Sometimes I don’t have time to workout before heading off to work so I like that I can do this to help loosen up my body after getting out of bed. I can even do this quick warm up during my work break.

    I feel like this video is just a compilation of all my favourite warm-ups from before your other workout videos in which the warm up in included. Feels great and I love the ease and short duration, this feels like somnething I could genuinely stick to without feeling exhaused before the actual workout while still feeling warmed up. Great stuff!

    This is an excellent warm-up. Gets you ready for your workout in four minutes. Really great movements to get all the limbs and main muscle groups warm and ready.
