Could you please do a follow along leg routine some day for reaching "typical" goals such as the pistol squat etc? like the one for beginners for getting the pull ups? :) btw it's been 3 months I'm doing the pull-up workout and I went from 0.5 to (on good days) 6 Pull ups! I'm here after 30 hours to say that i could barely walk today! This was intense! Looking foward to practice it again (maybe next week, lol). I really do believe this is one of the greatest ways to train, because you actually get to explore the hole range of movement your body is capable and get strong with it! So grateful youtube recommended your channel to me!

I am 24F have knee issues (grade 2 patella chondromalacia) and love that you did a no jumping one I got my pull up recently btw. You’re my favorite calisthenics coach

But Summer helped me so much enjoy the process that one day, even though I felt just as weak as always, I somehow pulled myself up on a tree branch! I was like - this cannot be. I literally have no idea what I did, plus haven''t been to gym in a month.)

I am heeeerererreeree!!!I I was on vacation for 4 weeks so I couldn't do formal workouts but I was walking like 20k steps a day during the trip hahahhh For me the warmup was too calming, I need something that makes my heart beat more so I added jumping squats and swinging legs! I realized my left leg is much stronger than my right one in the shrimp squats, like 4 reps stronger

Which of your videos do you think is most inspiring for a woman that does nothing? A video that shows more or less you going from no training to the strong beast you are today? It's for my wife. If she can set some goals that you've achieved from a relatively novice beginning to advanced, strong, flexible female, then maybe it'll keep her in the game so to speak.

You don't need a horizontal bar. You can hold on to a chair, a table or even a wall
