The all-new Bell Broozer packs style and versatility into a lightweight polycarbonate package. A removable chin bar means you can change up the Broozer’s looks to suit your ride. An anti-fog, anti-scratch drop down shield is integrated into the helmet. Additional features include adjustable slider vents on shell/chin bar, padded chin strap with quick release ratchet buckle, and an eyeglass-friendly interior. The Bell Broozer is DOT approved.
Never ridden a motorcycle in my life and I want this on on my head right now
I just received mine last week it fits me perfectly. Fingerprints are not a problem. A micro fiber soft towel wet with water and dish detergent will clean it very well. It's a little noisy because of the always open ventilation on each side of the face guard. Airflow is excellent as is visibility. If only I had a huge black cape I could be Darth Vader for Halloween.
How's it held up after a year ?
@@relentlessconsistancy822 Looks just like it did. Used it a lot.
hahaha great way to end your comment
FINALLY, I found a helmet with a removable chin guard that's dot approved. I love the safety of a full face helmet but the storability of a 3/4 helmet. take my money~!
The all-new Bell Broozer is now available from RevZilla: rvz.la/2FOp34z
Could you review the Shark Vancore 2 ?? pls pls pls pls :D im a beginner guy deciding between this one and that one
I don’t even own a motorcycle and here I am

I said “motorcycle helmet” earlier today and well, suddenly I’m suggested this video....oh but not that YT is spying on me or anything🤨

I think this type of design is best for riders. It can be a very useful design for workers in EMS for providing CPR for downed riders. It helps reduce risk if neck injury when an EMS worker needs to take your helmet off in order to apply oxygen to a rider. Thumbs up for me. 🤙🏽
Reveille gives the most honest critiques of equipment and that is appreciated.
Something to keep in mind: Internal visor. Any bugs or grossness that gets on the visor will get allll caught up inside of the helmet. Not a fun time to clean. Looks cool though.
just... clean it before you raise the visor
can it be removed?
Soon the whole world will be wearing these and we will all feel like mandalorians
This is the way.
And safe some for the foundlings.

THIS IS THE WAY BROTHERS!!!!
This is the way. I have spoken
One thing to remember with exhaust vents. The wind noise increases.
I own a HJC full face, and this, and full face is LOUD.
And I ride and live in Australia.
So yeah, we get pretty hot over here. :)
I'm happy with no exhaust vents.
What helmet do you use now ?
This was my first helmet in over 30 years of not riding. I didn't know noise was an issue until I bought this helmet. The 30 years younger me minus bluetooth didn't care. After I bought it I found it to be very loud and am now shopping for another.
I just bought one to wear around the house.
The Boozer would be such a home run with a couple vents in the rear, and speaker cutouts.
pinkiewerewolf tubing and support for a couple of cans of lager too.
@@stevemulcahy5014 I'd mow the yard in that helmet.
Put speakers in no problem
Brian Mason Bell putting cut outs in newer helmets? If not they’ll be rubbing your ears raw on those 300+ mile rides.
Agreed.
Really like the look of this helmet in it's full face configuration. If Bell made a proper full face version and added an exhaust vent, I'd buy it in a heartbeat.
Really doesn't need an exhaust vent. The venting channels work excellent to move the air over your head and back down it, escaping out the bottom. The venting is excellent, so much so I often close my front active vent, and that's riding in Arizona heat.
It is a proper full face and rear vents would increase noise!
I have one of these and it really doesn't need rear vents..there is a good air flow and it also doesn't fog up either..great helmet and so much better than the scorpion exo combat.
@@TheDankh i was kinda sad cuz of the rear vents but your comment made me confident, i live in australia and not a speedy person, top speed would be 110, does it make too much noise on that roll ? tks
@Guilherme Ortiz I'd say it's tolerable around 110 and lower. Get up to above that, especially around 135+ and it can get pretty noisy.
I have owned one for a year and like it, removing the chin guard relaxes the fit and allows cool air to get to your face... Dave from AZ
I found your bell broozer most interesting rather than other here in youtube. Subscribed and greetings from Malaysia.
Just bought my first bike and just bought this helmet as well as full riding gear. Looking forward for it
E bike rider... I like this helmet's versatility and while riding, it's a great weight and visibility isn't encumbered like with other pricier choices..
Just bought one this weekend! Helmet is very comfortable!
Have you tried putting speakers in it? That’s the only thing preventing me from buying it.
john82033 no I have not!
how is the air intake like? im contemplating this over my full face but ideally i want to use the chin piece during winter but im worried ill still get alot of direct air on me or is it not noticeable?
Jezza Linko air intake isn’t that bad, I mostly ride with the visor up, but I have it low it doesn’t bother me much
I think I paid $170ish for mine and for the price, I love it! Got my Sena hooked up to it, works nicely
With exhaust vents and speaker cut-outs this WOULD be a pretty sweet helmet for the price.
I want a jet fighter style heads up display with posted advisories(speed limits, gps measured speed, etc) stereo and voice activated radio and cell phone, head lights and stoplight in back plus a video camera, is that so much to ask?
I ride a motorcycle becsuse it doesnt have all those distractions, and lets me focus on the ride.
VR helmets are already here but they're quite awkward for now, I too would really like to have my GPS/speedo directly in my field of vision
keeping your brains in your skull is all that matters. What sound would you rather hear than an inline 4 reaching its limiter? Speedometer I never look at. Your ride may differ.
Kart nerds well all that is even better without a helmet. Just don’t crash.
@@walterkersting1362 I agree. I'm from Texas, all i want in a helmet is air conditioning.
I think this helmet is a definite upgrade, the only thing i would say is if it had a clear visor and a drop down tinted visor
It'll be a great upgrade from my Bell Riot.
Same here from my Shark Raw
Good video. I've been thinking about getting one of these down the line whenever I get a honda grom.
Thanks...I might wait on the speaker cut outs, but, I like this. hope they come out with different colors than just black and grey. The grey with stripes does look good.
Scorpion, TAKE NOTES!!
Their helmets look awesome, but what's the point of wearing what *looks* like full face, but doesn't offer the protection?? I'm going with the Broozer
I know it passed the full face ECE, but it is still hard to trust a removable chin...
Still looks weak imo
Love Bell brand....really safe and did protect me in a last minor accident.
They do make some nice stuff! (rvz.la/Broozer) -DrewZilla
Starting to sell them on 1/15/20... next check is 1/15/20..... well played revzilla.... well played
😉
Oh look, it's now live haha! (rvz.la/Broozer) Hope this helps! -DrewZilla
One of the nicest looking helmets I’ve seen
Have the rogue and scorpion covert x and love both. I would love this more if it had rear vents and speaker pockets. I’ll wait for the eventual upgrade.
Wow, great review! After watching your review of the HJC IS-5, I bought the "Burnout" version. I love it...BUT!...esthetically it is a little on the bulky side - looks kind of goofy if I'm being honest. I like an open-face around town, but want a full-face for highway riding. With the Broozer, I can have both! Looks like Bell has made a helmet that will bring me back to the fold. That thing appears to be *exactly* what I've been looking for! Thanks Spurge :)
Spurg says you're welcome! Also, it's now live! (rvz.la/Broozer) -DrewZilla
...you would think shiny would show prints, not the Matt Black. Good video 👍
Torn between this and the Biltwell Lane Splitter. Both looks really nice, but wonder who is most comfy/quiet and safe :)
But maby the Lane splitter is better as I would never use it as a non full face.
Round_Lake has to be the proper one, the Simpson Bandit as the price difference isn’t huge and the Simpson is just a much better lid. Unless you don’t mind the Lanesplitter in silver for $150, which is a steal.
My money is in the Bell being safer given it is ECE rated vs DOT which honestly as a standard is way outdated.
@@jediknight1294 Ah thought the Lane splitter had ECE also, Thanks for that info as I most have ECE where I live :)
The Lane Splitter does have both ECE and DOT. -DrewZilla

The Bell Rogue made your head look like a mushroom tip...lol..not a good look, great improvement on the styling.

@@RevZilla I own a hjc armanda in size m and fits perfectly. What side should I get In bell brouzer? Will it be ok to buy size small because I don't like bulcky helmets. Thanks for your review 🙂
You have to put the head shape as the first thing to note as no size will fit you if you are in the wrong head shape
Great combination for the yamaha mt15/125 then. That motorcycle is a streetfighter too.
One note on this helmet - its pretty thick especially on the top half, so if you're wearing it without the face mask it looks pretty strange.
shield obviously P.I.A. to change. didn't want to get finger prints on it , seriously? this is a review. for people that are spending good money for this.
Just the helmet I was looking for.. Wish this had been announced a month ago ! I bought a Qualifier DLX 🙁
I’m considering it, how is the qualifier?
Kenshi LeNinjah : Honestly, I don’t know how to review it..
It looks good and fits well..
Being Matte black, It catches a lot of finger prints..
Due to the Windshield on my bike, I get a lot of wind blast on my helmet (instead of chest). This helmet seems to leak a lot of noise, but so does my other helmet from HJC. I haven’t used super expensive helmets from Shoei, Arai etc.., so I don’t know how quiet they are..
There was a lot of confusion about whether the helmet would come with a Transition visor and a slot for Sena BT communicator.
But my helmet came with two visors - a clear visor and a dark visor ( instead of a single Transition visor ), so I’m having to carry the second one in my backpack.I’d have preferred a Transition visor.
It didn’t have the slot for Sena.. After some ‘research’, I learnt that Bell deliberately discontinued providing these slots in their recent versions due to complaints from customers about a lot of wind noise getting leaked through the slots. I don’t mind not having a Slot for Sena though, so no complaints..
This helmet comes with a D Ring which is a little difficult to put on, but I heard it’s more safe and secure, so no complaints..
In summary, I’d have been better off with a Translation Visor and lesser noise but I’m not sure if there’re any helmets at this price point from other reputed manufacturers which provide a Transition visor and lesser noise, so I don’t have much complaints..
I'm debating between this or the Scorpion Exo.
problem I have this is if you rife during sunlight and night, you have to bring the visor with you?
I always have clear with sunglases
This is a nice helmet, but they need to update the Bell Rogue, make the muzzle dot ec rated
I have the ScorpioCovert helmet. And my visor is scratching every time I open close it so I just keep it down now.
your visor probably isnt mounted properly, it has a wiggleroom if mounted properly. mine is 3yrs old, not a scratch can be seen
Litterally clicked on the ad because it looks like doom guy's helmet

Whatever happened to Anthony?
He stepped down from the company not long after they were acquired by Cycle Gear. Too many cooks in the kitchen, if ya know what I mean.
Ahh thanks, where did he end up at?
@@kmg501 Seems like he's doing angel investing with some upcoming tech companies. His Linkedin says "before launching my next company, I'm investing in and working with other growth-focused companies and leaders". So its possible in the next few years he'll be doing something on his own again. Him and his ridiculously huge muscles will be missed!
Good for him, I hope it works out. Thanks again.
Anthony sped up so much he blasted off into outer space!!
Got this helmet for my Ducati Diavel as carbon matches. I got the XL as that’s my size as the L was too tight. I took it for a spin yesterday and it rode up my face a bit when I got over 100. Maybe chin strap was to loose. Anyone else had this?
Make sure your chin strap is super tight. Also try not to ride in public over 100mph, it's a fantastic way to get yourself killed.
Why the hell are there no additional chin guard designs? I like the look of the Bell moto 3 but it's too 'classic' for me. And no buttons to attach visors? I think it's a missed opportunity there...
4:55 What advantages do D-rings have over ratchet straps?
D-rings are sturdier, and very hard to break. AFAIK D-rings are the only allowed straps in motosports, at least in motocross.
Ratchet straps are safe too, and easy to use even with gloves on, but some people like the D-rings better.
D rings are more comfortable
Almost reminds me of the helmet from the TV show Airwolf
Still the bell rouge looks the coolest…. I wouldn’t say it offers zero protection.. it will take the initial impact.. which may be all you need …may be all you need…. It’s better than none….. but, they definitely should improve upon that.. they could…
Looks a LOT like my Scorpion Exo-Combat helmet. Someone's copying someone...
Later Case scandal repeats .. question mark 🤔🤔🤔
😂😂
Scorpion covert has the same problem as the rogue, no P/J homolagation. The chin bar on the broozer is actually protective, on the covert and rogue its purely asthetic or can maybe deflect a rock or two. But in a crash with those other helmets the chinbar might as well be a piece of cloth for all the impact and abrasion resistance they have.
I was looking at buying the Combat evo, read reviews that is has little to no sound protection from either the bike or the wind
$230? For an extra 20 bucks you can get your hands on a qualifier dlx that comes with a transitions visor.
Yeah so?
@@mr.b3168 So save your pennies and get the better helmet? What are you asking me lol.
@@BIOHAZARDCURE how is it better?
I have the dlx with transition, awesome! It is a little on the loud side since I don't have speakers in it, but I love that helmet.
Extra 20 bucks ? Isn’t “Regular” Qualifier DLX under $200 ? Are you referring to MIPS version ?
In any case, there’s a lot of confusion with Qualifier DLX , especially with Transition visor and Sena slot. Some helmets have them and some don’t.
I bought a DLX a month ago which came with 2 Visors ( clear and tinted) and no Sena slot !
Is there anyway to add a chin curtain to it, if so which one?
I wonder what makes the difference between a NHRA approved helmet and a motorcycle helmet that would be cool if it would Pass the Mustard with NHRA
Do the lads not have social media we can follow them on
It looks like the chin bar would break off immediately on impact if you went down with it. Looks great, but I'll pass. Safety first, style second.
I WANT A HELMET WITH A TV SCREEN ON THE BACK SO MY WIFEY CAN WATCH THE KARDASHIANS.

@@RevZilla Face shield was never lifted while it was on his head.
What's the riding noise like? Had a rucoc atlas 2.0 and it was noisy as hell
Is this compatible with eyewear?
Love mine so far.
I have a 61.5 cm head what size you recommend
That's weird, people usually go with mat over gloss because mat doesn't show fingerprints as much as gloss.
That hasn't been our experience. -DrewZilla
Wouldn’t a glossy finish show your finger prints more than a matte black?
In our experience, the matte finish shows the oils of fingerprints much more. -DrewZilla
Key phrase here: makes it sit a little smaller in the SMALLER SIZES

Hi so I live in the UK I'm looking for a jacket that is great in wind rain and cold with great armour as I'm a beginner so wanna be protected when I inevitable go for a slide or tumble do you have any recommendations

*bit.ly/371kK1G
Does it come with chin curtain? How the noise level on full face?
It does not come with a Chin Curtain and noise levels with this helmet are about average. Not the quietest helmet we have ever ridden in, but certainly not the loudest. Good luck in the summer
Bell helmets fit like $230. Spend an extra $300 and get some quality. You only have one head!
Is the fit like the custom 500 or like the bullitt?
It's closer in fit to the Custom 500 (intermediate oval), except that the Custom 500 fits a bit small, while the Broozer fits true to size. -DrewZilla
*rvz.la/Broozer
Do these run true to size? I've seen a couple of places advising to get the next size up?

what size is wearing the guy?
Is the broozer less mushroom than the rogue was
