Here's a small tip, while ur prepping ur veggies, u can put the Quinoa on a sheet tray
& place it in the oven with the oven off. The few mins it takes u to prep ur veggies
gives the Quinoa enough time to dry off on a sheet pan with the oven off, but yet
warm from the previously cycle. I've tried it & it works! Thanks for sharing:)

I take cooked quinoa, put it on cookie sheet in 350 degree oven, stirring after 10 minutes until crispy. I am allergic to peanuts and tree nuts, but this is a great alternative.!

This looks great. I didn't know you could cook quinoa like that, I just cook it like rice, 1 part quinoa to 2 parts water, bring to a boil and turn down to a simmer for 15 minutes. It fluffs up perfectly!

Years ago on a RUclips channel named Potato Strong his name is Will kriskie Not sure of the spelling but in any case i first learned it from him that's how he showed in his videos. It works great.
So glad the easy method is being shared here as well!
I like to reuse the water though. Even when boiling potatoes I like to reuse the water for something. Perhaps even if it's just soaking beans.

I might try cooking the quinoa with curry powder. But the turmeric alone made it look so pretty.
Im wondering. Can the extra water from cooking the quinoa be used for anything, or would it be off tasting from the quinoa. Has anyone used it, or tried it.
