I did change this recipe a little by adding arugula, edamame or roasted tofu plus 1 teaspoon sugar and used only 1 tablespoon sesame oil (trying to limit oil intake). This recipe is definitly a keeper!
I think I would use less sesame oil for the dressing, maybe the sesame oil I have is stronger than the one you're using but it can easily overpower the other flavours. Thanks for another great video 😃

To be honest, this channel qualifies as one of the best channels for FOOD in general! It took me over a week to even NOTICE that all of the recipes were actually vegan!!! Lol 😂
Oh my was this ever good. I did add chickpeas and blanched broccoli. No maple syrup but added pomegranate molasses. I was out of sesame oil and it was wonderful even without it. The dressing alone would make for a great oil-free version on greens or slaw. DH loved it and so did I. So versatile for whatever veg looks good at the market or tackling the overflowing crisper drawers. We'll have this often, especially with the warm weather coming. Thank you so much. You're so talented and creative. You're making my journey to better health simple and delicious.

Watching from Singapore 🇸🇬 wow just made this for lunch today and it's simply yummilicious! Lemon 🍋 zing with sesame oil never had this combination before 😅I always use balsamic vinegar lol I think I will eat this at least 3 times a week! I added some leftover chickpeas too ❤
I substitute quinoa with millets , sweet corn, Black beans, zucchini, onion roasted and lastly added roasted crushed peanuts taste was yummmy. Thank you for the recipe. 🤤
