All I can say is WOW!!! Your video came at the perfect time, because I was wanting to make something festive for Cinco de Mayo and I MADE that! I mean, I did the whole caboodle el grande... pico, guac, sour cream, trimmings...even dressed up in a dress and sombrero (in the spirit of Reebs’ love of cosplay) with Mexican mariachi music playing to greet my husband when he came home from work and he just LOVED IT! (Gotta keep that spark alive, right? LOL!) Everything was super amazingly delicious!!! And not for nothing, but Dillon, you nailed that marinade!!! Ay Caramba! I totally get why it would be top-secret… Freaking incredible! THAT is a spice blend you need to do for sure! ...And the taco “meat” was such a great use for all of my soy curl crumbles I have saved over time…The refried beans were even better than restaurant style, all the yumminess without the nauseous feeling one gets afterwards…and the CHEESE sauce!!! Mmmmmmm! It was so satisfying and filling that we could barely make a dent in it all, so it looks like Mexican salads tonight...We are down for that!!!Thank you guys so much for all of the delicious recipes, hilariously amazing videos, excellent products and all that you do!❤️ p.s. that line you said about not picking through the beans almost made me fall over in my chair… Ditto…😂

🐞 Hi @Well Your World I'm new-ish to WFPB & I love your kitchen shows. I found you through Chef A.J. about one year ago. I enjoy learning about new-to-me products, & cooking methods, and I am reminded to have fun in the kitchen. It's very inspirational. This recipe looks great, especially for my nacho-lovin' husband.
☆ I offer a friendly suggestion to you. Add a small amount of water to rinse the blender & use that water to add to the I.Pot. (Instead of all that sauce goodness going down the sink. You can adjust that amount of water to the needs of the dish.)
p.s. I L♡VE your W.Y.W. Sweet Mustard dressing.. I order 5 bottles at a time. I also have your Nooch & your Date Powder.
