    You hit a home run the moment you mentioned returning another day to arrange a track.
    I now believe that mental fatigue has done more to interrupt workflows and create 8-16 bars of incomplete loops than anything.
    The idea of single exposure perfection is a trap!
    Great things marinate as the intentional process versus the exception!

    10:31 that’s when you gotta add them drum fills 🥁. Don’t just focus on the trans fx and forget the fills(they go together). I’m just now remembering the power of the drum fill lol but you did remind me about the power of silence lol

    Interesting... I always thought that I needed at 6-8 sounds besides the drums. I might have to simplify my approach. Thanks, brother.

      Depends on the Genre, most music released this year has been more and more minimal

    I find a similar song and use that arrangement like u taught but I stumbled on to the voices. For some reason I can’t stand risers currently used. I like EFX transitions. They seem more futuristic. Thanks again

    Great Tutorial MG! Automation could also be used as a transition tool. Could you create a tut that focuses on trickin' out a track using automation. Thanks in advance.
    Blessings🙏

    Yea that’s one of my issues with Studio one. The loop markers moving every time I select a clip. Besides that it’s dope. Just gotta figure out the little details and it’s on and Crackin

    As usual another great video. Question, what is the best plugin to pull chords from a sample and have you don't a video coupling that with flipping a sample?

    • @MGTheFuture
      @MGTheFuture  6 лет назад

      Melodyne. Anytime i use it or studio one.

    • @mrbelle8760
      @mrbelle8760 6 лет назад

      I own Melodyne Studio but I don't know how to use it to pull a chord progression. Sounds like you may need to make a video on that!

    • @MGTheFuture
      @MGTheFuture  6 лет назад

      Im not sure what you mean maybe.
      You mean like my melodyne videos or scaler and ezkeys videos?
      Im certain im always doing it to some extent. Depending on when you started watching maybe

    • @mrbelle8760
      @mrbelle8760 6 лет назад

      What I"m looking to do is find out what chord progression is being played in a loop THEN, flip the loop and build on it in the proper scale. I think maybe you can use Scaler and Instachord to do that but I'm not sure.

    • @MGTheFuture
      @MGTheFuture  6 лет назад

      Yeah, those are usually my scaler videos. And I did it with studio one in some videos a couple of weeks ago. It’s just a right click function ...detect chords

    What daw do you vibe with mostly ? Is studio one worth the switch ? This is coming from a person who's very comfortable with Ableton over the last few years , Great vids btw you're beyond genius !

    • @MGTheFuture
      @MGTheFuture  6 лет назад +1

      Hard to contemplate. Studio one allows use of all of my handicaps, so plus one there. But has a few quirks I’m still trying to figure out. If it was version 3, it would just be another cubase or logic rival. But adding pattern mode to 4 is interesting.
      That said, Reason 10 is similar to that fact, if you relied on RE and stock configurations.
      When we start talking melodyne, printing midi from generators, and ghost channels...studio one the first to get it right. I figured fl studio 20 would of..but didn’t

    • @alexbrady4229
      @alexbrady4229 6 лет назад +1

      That sounds interesting alright , what looks attractive about studio one is the stuff you said it's up there with FL for it's piano roll . Abletons piano roll is hard to get around to the point where I feel I should just be better learning the keys .. I use the maschine as a vst so that helps my workflow a bunch load

  • @BkBangatv
    @BkBangatv 6 лет назад +2

    It be the mixing thats draining. the arrangement is more fun when you got the vibe and direction of what your doing.
    like for instance with this beat here its Trap but almost Bapish like its not fully on either spectrum but because of the hat play most would say trap. Dope stuff. Respect Da Process. #Keepbangin
