But I add more ice so it's more like a shake 😆I chopped frozen 1-2 strawberries first then place it in the glass then pour the shake/smoothie. My sweetener is torani puremade caramel syrup. I add a bit of stevia. The ice, walnuts, and chopped strawberries all add to the texture!

the only thing i would add to all of the recipes to give it a bust in taste, is vanilla extract, two tea spoon for each 8oz of any smoothie. i personally use white vanilla but the black vanilla extract will work just fine as well.
I just tried the green smoothie, but I substituted the vanilla protein powder with Apple Pie Slice protein from Just Move Supplements and I was pleasantly surprised at how delicious this is! I was definitely skeptical, especially since I don't like avocados.

I think vanilla muscle milk will go great in this for a sweetener. It's zero sugar, and normally, I dont like zero sugar things, but it does have a sweetness to it and it's 🔥
There is no such thing as sugar free honey. There is no added sugar in honey. Honey is pure! There is a sugar free substitute that has honey flavor.. I think if you promote honey being sugar free please make sure you also let your viewers know that it is a substitute honey.
