Deciding between an S and a Y. I love the new interior of the S, especially the landscape orientation of the screen. However, I noticed the back seats are terrible. No support for a persons thighs, and when front seat is slid back, next to no room for feet to fit comfortably under seat. Yoke steering wheel felt a bit cumbersome and clunky, although with more than one day of use, I'm sure you could get used to it. The Y feels very comfortable to sit in. Oops I sent it before I was finished I have been entering the omaze contest non-stop in hopes of winning one of those vehicles so that I can just take the cash alternative for any of them and buy a Tesla but apparently having your own RUclips channel is the quicker more reliable way of being able to receive a Tesla through referrals which is really an incredibly wonderful idea for people out here like me who just don't make the money to afford one but I drove one thankfully they don't discriminate economically at the dealerships they don't even check your credit or anything or background check and and anyone can show your car insurance verification and license and you can drive yourself a model 3 I think what I want to do is go into the dealership and drive a model s and experience the things that you showed in your video and I am Syfy also so I think I can get used to that yoke steering wheel!

My model y order was originally scheduled for August 2022 and has just been moved up 2 months. Can I defer delivery? It seems Tesla is trying to move a model Y from their California plant because people are deferring delivery to get a Texas model. I want the one from Texas and not California. I enjoy your channel.
Hey Andy, I ordered the Performance Model Y and am champing at the bit to get one but I would hate to miss out on the new batteries. Do you have any idea when the new batteries will be released with the Model Y in Canada? Thanks!
I had signed up for the $35.000 Tesla at the very beginning before any vehicle were on the road. My friends paid closer to 50K and the quality was very poor. He had so many issues with workmanship. I never purchased a Tesla and glad I did not. I still have my prius that has continued to provide adequate transportation with over 40 plus miles per gallon. My auto insurance is very affordable. My friend pays so much more for $1 million dollar liability insurance that I have. I am waiting for the $7500 federal tax credit to return by the end of 2023 for EV produced in North America which includes mexico and canada. IMO.
Andy, I have an interesting delima, I have a Red Model Y LR on order and it should be here in the next several weeks; (I hope). I was planning on trading in a Model 3 (2018 LR RWD with fsd with the beta software). I did not order the FSD on the model Y. I am trying to decide whether to keep the model 3 hoping that the FSD will mature enough that I would actually use it or go with the trade ( the offered trade value is good) . Also my wife has a new Volvo XC60 plug in hybrid, so the need for a SUV is not a necessary as it was when I ordered last August. Just interested in your thoughts, thanks.
Can you address some of the safety concerns with autopilot (e.g. phantom breaking) raised in recent reviews (CNET) and long form reporting from the NYT?
I just received my 2022 M3LRAWD last night and upon delivery got an email from Tesla granting me a complimentary 1 yr subscription to premium connectivity! I was shocked because no one I’ve heard has been reporting that. Is this something that all new owners are getting? Or is this based on my model, or is it random?
Funny how when you option OEM sport wheels for $1500, you don't get to keep the standards wheels as a winter backup rims. Better to go buy upsize rims aftermarket as they're generally better. I need to be able to tow a dual axle 8 x 5 box trailer weighing 700kg, for 800km non-stop.
Which Tesla would be right for me?
Superb video matey, cheers Dan
They tend to change the color offers i paid for my midnight silver. Sometimes black is free and other times its white. Also 1.9 seconds is insane
10:07 Grey paint is not included in Price in Denmark. I Wish it was.
For the Tesla model S Plaid only does the sub 2 seconds, under a narrow set of circumstances.
Pre-prepped surfaces, set up time, cheater stance & with a 1 foot roll out, so no under regular use good luck with sub 2 seconds.
I still look at videos in awe of the features of Teslas as if I don't yet own one even though I do!!
I currently own a 2018 RAV4 Hybrid and plan to get a Model Y or Dual Motor Cybertruck with auto pilot. 🤠
Great video. Very detailed and straight to the point. Thank you
Just waiting for my cybertruck :)
Andy,, the flooding in Kentucky is heartbreaking. Is the battery pack waterproof? Otherwise, one must be very careful driving in 5 to 6 inches of water. The Battery needs to be off the ground much higher in my opinion.
I ordered a Long Range Model Y due to get in Juine2022 and wonder if it will have the new tesla battery desige? anyone know or can answer..
thank you...
Didn't they remove the sensors stating that teslavision will be good enough?
i likes the white one
for it's design
I'm about ready to order my 2nd Model 3, but I can't figure out if this is a good time. Should I now, or should I wait. Is the new battery coming soon? Any tax breaks cominng? Please help me Andy. Time for another video about timing your buy.
Lol andy didn’t give 2 shits
Thanks this helped me decied on a model Y, and it has been great so far!
Can’t wait for the new batteries to be used in newer models upping the mileage you get. Going to be insane getting 500+ miles out of a full charge
the battery is literally just bigger, it doesnt hold more per lbs of weight. so it will still have the same capacity.
Insane! Still less than ICE 🤣 EV = scam
Model S long range is great!
Great review. I am not a Tesla owner yet. This helped alot.
Thanks for watching!
Don't need any of the premium streaming EXCEPT live traffic. Wish they offered that extra by itself.
Great info. I'm in the process of making a decision and this is very helpful. I know the self driving option isn't available yet, but this is a huge interest for me. My son is autistic and pretty high functioning and future driving and work options are a concern. The self driving option could help solve his transportation needs and help with him being more independent. Any thoughts on this? If this works it could be a huge plus for the community.
Very useful and honest. Delivery times?
Model 3 performance I think is the way I’m going to go comes with everything I want in my Tesla and it’s around the price I was looking to spend
i can't wait to see what tesla will be in the future...lots of competion for EV! hope to stay with Tesla...love my 3 now!
I AM WAITING TO PICK UP MY MODEL 3 LONG RANGE BETWEEN JANUARY 19 TO FEBRUARY 16TH IN DEVON, PA. ANDY, SHOULD GO THROUGH WITH THE PURCHASE AND PICKUP, OR DELAY FOR 90 DAYS, DEEPER INTO 2022. THANK YOU!
Confirms my purchase choice. Thanks, loving your videos!
Can't add/use a wireless keyboard for work, business or school for getting something done outside the brick and mortar. Then it's a computer on wheels.
I have a tesla myself and try my best to clean it. I would like to see your cleaning/ deep clean routine of your tesla!
When will the dual casting with 4680 structural pack become available in any model ?
only time will tell
I ordered the LR MY blue/black! Can’t wait!!
Love your videos very informative and getting the cyber truck and the model S plaid
Is it worth waiting until January to take delivery for potential tax credit?
All models very dependable car and save a lot of money
Bro I’m so stupid I thought the least expensive one was 150,000$ and when I heard him say best for a family who doesn’t want to spend a fortune I was like what did he sayyyyyyy then I looked it up and was surprised
I’m thinking of going for the Y model,
Oops I sent it before I was finished I have been entering the omaze contest non-stop in hopes of winning one of those vehicles so that I can just take the cash alternative for any of them and buy a Tesla but apparently having your own RUclips channel is the quicker more reliable way of being able to receive a Tesla through referrals which is really an incredibly wonderful idea for people out here like me who just don't make the money to afford one but I drove one thankfully they don't discriminate economically at the dealerships they don't even check your credit or anything or background check and and anyone can show your car insurance verification and license and you can drive yourself a model 3 I think what I want to do is go into the dealership and drive a model s and experience the things that you showed in your video and I am Syfy also so I think I can get used to that yoke steering wheel!
Premium Audio system is only with Long Range version correct?
Battery powered vehicle is not going to save the earth…
You’ll spend twice as much for electric vehicle as a combustion engine vehicles and the earth will live 10 seconds longer.
Your choice. 🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️
I will wait for Teslas 2 different compacts. I will probably buy one of them after research & test-drive etc.
The Semi is manufactured NOW, you missed that one.
My model y order was originally scheduled for August 2022 and has just been moved up 2 months. Can I defer delivery? It seems Tesla is trying to move a model Y from their California plant because people are deferring delivery to get a Texas model. I want the one from Texas and not California. I enjoy your channel.
Thanks for the informative video. Model 3 and S look very good.
Hey Andy, I ordered the Performance Model Y and am champing at the bit to get one but I would hate to miss out on the new batteries. Do you have any idea when the new batteries will be released with the Model Y in Canada? Thanks!
I am only a child and I love your videos and I think you should sell 1 Roadster and buy a Model S with the money.
Super helpful video! Thanks alot!
Sly, this seemed more like a commercial than a review. Also, how did you get the two free total-500K cars?
i wanna get a tesla model 3 when i'm 18 but it's pretty rare here in malaysia
Please daer hw can I buy model X
I just received my 2022 M3LRAWD last night and upon delivery got an email from Tesla granting me a complimentary 1 yr subscription to premium connectivity! I was shocked because no one I’ve heard has been reporting that. Is this something that all new owners are getting? Or is this based on my model, or is it random?
Got my 2021 Model Y Jan last year. Came with one year premium connectivity.
M3 or My? Long range for both
I have a 1999 honda civic ek hatch and is a huge jdm fan, but I'm also considering as my second car as a model s or a model 3.
Be sure to get the right one. Buy all four!👍
Funny how when you option OEM sport wheels for $1500, you don't get to keep the standards wheels as a winter backup rims. Better to go buy upsize rims aftermarket as they're generally better.

@@aslye yes keep on the good work 👍🏼
excellent review on the Tesla Y
17:52 I'm calling BS on "Comfort" unless your hauling small children with those 5-7 seaters.
Great video, but….no mention of the “Space X package” for the new Roadster?
Can't you create a hotspot from the smartphone and then connect the Tesla to it?
Yes the Tesla should be able to connect to any available WiFi network, even if it's a hotspot from a phone.
In my region only white paint is free for 3 and Y...
