Ingredients:
Pork belly 1.2 kg.
Ground coriander 1 tsp.
Black pepper 1 tsp.
Paprika 1 tsp.
Mustard 1 tsp.
Grainy mustard 1 tsp.
Adjika 1 tsp.
Garlic 3/4 clove
Vegetable oil 2 tsp.
Cooking:
Rinse the brisket well and dry with paper towels.
Make cuts in one direction, then in the other.
We make the marinade, for this we mix all the ingredients in a bowl
Lubricate the surface with the prepared marinade.
Prepare a roasting bag and place the brisket and seal the bag. Place on a baking sheet and poke holes in the bag with a toothpick. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 1 hour. After an hour of cooking, cut open the baking bag.
Brush with your own juice, bake for another 10/15 minutes at 180°C
