You discarded the water you used to boil the pork belly earlier, and instead used another bucket of water for the second boiling??? What a waste.
The reason while you blanch the meat before cooking is to remove the unwanted smell and you don't use that water again
I have no idea what is magic sarap and also what is pork cube seasoning and where to buy these ingredients...
