  • 秋天🍁就是做南瓜美食的季节!今天奉上黑米蒸南瓜🎃,糯糯的南瓜包裹着糯叽叽的黑米,配上四种我最爱的吃法,每一种都是实实在在的美味。总有一种你会喜欢!
    🎃 食材
    200g 黑(糯)米
    100g 白糯米
    500g 水
    50g 炼乳
    贝贝南瓜
    小贴士:
    * 切南瓜的时候,一定要小心, 可以像视频里面那样,先做好标记然后再切
    * 糯米务必先浸泡然后煮好后装南瓜, 否则会夹生的。

    Autumn 🍁 is the season for making pumpkin yummies! Today, I will share how to make Steamed Black Glutinous Rice stuffed Pumpkin 🎃. The soft pumpkin encases the glutinous black rice, and it's served in four of my favorite ways, each one a truly delicious treat. There's bound to be one that you'll love!
    🎃 Ingredients:
    200g black (glutinous) rice
    100g glutinous white rice
    500g water
    50g condensed milk
    Small Size Pumpkin
    Quick Tips:
    * When cutting the pumpkin, be very careful. You can mark it first, as shown in the video, and then proceed with cutting.
    * Make sure to soak the glutinous rice and cook it before filling the pumpkin, or it will be undercooked.
    * All four ways of serving are classic, so choose your preference!
