Some of these are completely fine. Alcohol exists, the Mario quiz cards for example are literal trivia about cooking and history. And the Mario picross one is fine, drawing a glass of a beverage of any sort is no problem.
Don't forget Xenoblade Chronicles 2. Near the end, Mythra offers Rex a drink, though she does immediately remember he's underage. Not to mention his wish that he and final boss Malos could just drink to resolve the issue at hand.

In Dragon Quest IX (including the english/international Nintendo port), one quest late in the main story includes bringing a special alcoholic drink to the local dragon higher up the mountain (forgot the name though) EDIT: Said dragon is Greygnarl, and the drink you bring him is named 'Drunken Dragon'.
You see though, Dragon Quest is allowed to have mature content in that franchise, it's not a Nintendo owned franchise. It belongs to Square Enix (and the character design is done by Dragonball creator Akira Toriyama) and therefore, is not censored unless Nintendo forces them to. Nowadays though, Nintendo isn't nearly as strict with censorship by non-Nintendo game dev companies, as they were in the past.
