If I am already in Canada on study permit. Wife in India. Once I finish study can I apply for spouse work permit and my work permit together? or first I have to apply mine. What's the link to apply in this situation?
Agar wife hai india mein h unke partner h canada mein jo ki work permit pr hain and unhone wife ka spousal work permit lgwaya h and jan mein file lgayi h but saare processes completed aane ke baad in application Background Verification mein end mein Immigration ne 1 doc maang liya partner ka that is Lmia of partner in canada I mean we need to attach that form also then they'll approve. Then what to do? I mean Is there any chance that his wife will get spousal work permit or not? Also that partner in canada has aaplied for lmia form since 3 months ago and its still not coming. When the form will come then only we can attach in the wife application and then only the process continues.
@@Cutecats21-t5y Yes she gave IELTS, you can give other exams as well, just check with your targeted college and course if they will entertain those exams like PTE, CELPIP. Ask your agent to check with them.
