Hello, I have received extention of my study permit for 2nd year course. Now, I would like to extend my wife's open work permit based on my status. However, she doesn't have job or offer letter yet. I see mandotory questions like 'Do you have Job offer' when we try to apply for extention of my wife's open work permit? Is it manadaory for her to have a job? Some agent says only spouse (me) need to have a job, not the person (my wife) who's applying for extension. If that's the case then what I am supposed to write in IMM5710 for 'Details of Prospective employer (attach original offer of employment)?
If you are applying for pgwp and your spouse is applying for sowp then you beed noc b job but if you are applying for study permit extension then its not needed

Hi the current waiting time is 109 days. But you can use your temporary work permit until you get your final decision.
