There is a video circulating of a health and welfare call in Texas after the snow where a gentleman is harassed then arrested. PLease can you Audit that Video
You're becoming more and more biased towards law enforcement.
Audit the Audit @13:55 It is not only a common law doctrine, The founders and the Constitution makes it clear.
"Any citizen may investigate and enforce the law, and that includes federal agents. Under our system of government, all citizens are policemen. You as a regular law enforcement officer may outrank ordinary civilians, but they have the same authority to enforce the law against felonies and more serious misdemeanors that you do, and that authority should be respected. When the offense is one of those four that the federal government has jurisdiction over on state territory, federal agents have the prior authority. However, in all other cases, your authority is superior to theirs. They may assist you, conduct investigations, and make arrests, with your consent, but then they are obligated to turn over the evidence and the suspect to you for prosecution under state or local law."
You get an F.
So here why your review of this dispute is a biased one. #1 Reason you are a member of Law enforcement #2 you depend completely on Case Law and Statues while you fail to understand that the police powers are not limited to States but include The People which is why the 10th Amendment clearly says OR THE PEOPLE. Police and courts have long ignored the full meaning of the 10th Amendment to grant States and Law Enforcement agencies and the individuals that work for them authority to ignore and violate The Peoples 10th Amendment Powers it is also a violation of the 14th Amendment equal protection and a violation of the 9th Amendment to both deny and disparage the Unenumerated Rights Retained by the who ??? The People ! If you were being objective in your analysis you would have mentioned these facts but you didn't because as I said your a cop. Donut Operator...

The dude is quite funny. I do feel sorry for him though since I don't think he has the money to get his RV off the towing lot
He doesn't know the owners of the property he was parked on (very sketch). What looks like happened is he (and possibly others) parked on some un-tended property and historically got away with it because it was un-tended. That changed. This habit becomes news to the property owners. They didn't take the bar exam, they just want this vehicle off their property so they have it towed. If you were the property owner, would you want to be "nice" and give notice which would likely result in endless excuses from the vehicle owner, or would you want to outsource that to a towing company so you never have to deal with it?
Even if getting away with unauthorized parking counts as "implied consent" from the property owners (which it probably does not), he is going to have a hard time proving that
The police can tell him over and over "it's a civil matter" meaning "pay your towing fees now and sue later if you have a case". But to someone who cannot "pay their towing fees now", it's more than a civil matter because it sets off a chain reaction that cannot be restituted later. So it's not in the spirit of a civil matter to them. That said, the guy needs to immediately get a title loan, get the RV off the towing lot, and take the property owners to small claims court if he thinks he has a case (which he probably doesn't)

By asking the officers if they were lawyers, he invalidated his own argument that being a lawyer is required to understand the law.
What I think he was trying to pick at, was that to give legal advice you need to be legally recognized as some who practices law. I think that only applies when representing someone, because of malpractice insurance and such.
When officers ask it to antagonize people who actually know their rights, that's ok though.
@@jamesgreen6607 He said numerous times that he was trying to "educate" the officers on the law. Treating Police like idiots won't get anywhere!
A citizen acting "under the belief" had nowhere near the same leeway as a cop acting "under the belief."
"Did you take the bar?"
"No, did YOU take the bar?"
"I don't have to take the bar!"
10 points cops.
I've heard cops say the same thing vice versa, idiots are just idiots, some may have a badge though.
No not really

I just noticed my neighbor doesn’t have a sign up saying I can’t move in and throw a party. Guess who’s throwing a party this weekend!!!
"I'm gonna educate you." Sir..... this was never gonna go well for you....
This is known as professional squatting in this town. Trying to use the law to evade paying for a space being used
The worst part about it is there are more places you can legally park an RV then you can count, there was no need for this situation to have a credit whatsoever. If big boy had just kept driving down the road for a few miles he probably would have found a place he could have parked that wasn't private property and where nobody would have messed with him
I bet Mr. Reposo’s mother is very upset. Now he will be moving back into her basement.

Bro about to break the system by sitting on it
Best audit program on the web! I am an former police officer from Oklahoma and the arrogance and ignorance of modern policing is astounding and somewhat terrifying. I served in the 80's and the Bill of Rights was the most important function of our department. All other laws were secondary. What the hell has happened.
Don’t get me wrong these are very informative videos but I do think it’s worth mentioning that most people who have a positive experience with law enforcement aren’t going to video the interaction and post it on the internet. The vast majority of police officers are good people who want to protect and serve their community and it’s sad how that never seems to be reported on. The news literally lives for publishing the worst in people and creating as much controversy as possible.
@@austinlangley786 "vast majority"
Lol, yeah right
Lol bro you guys literally shot people in the back for running and it was legal back then. So don't even try to argue you guys were better cops. Statistics speak for themselves. Cops in the 80s killed people at almost 5 times the rate they do today
@@austinlangley786 lmao @ "vast majority"
@@upside93Yeah, I don't think "vast majority" is accurate here but certainly at least a large portion. I'd wager a guess of between 30-60%.
If I had to call my supervisor everytime one of these people asked .. he would probably ask if I can do my job. Because if he has to come out all the time then what's the point of keeping me? So no. I wouldn't call my supervisor either.
Damn law in America is so intricate, in many situations it seems really complicated to know who is wrong or right unless you're able to both cite specific cases and argue for them
This holds true for pretty much any country though. The law might be simple at times, but the jurisprudence never is. There is an added layer in that in the USA most states have very similar laws with minute differences and differing jurisprudence and absolutely no effort is made to harmonize this, so no one actually knows the law to any acceptable degree once they cross a state border. But yeah, the USA being a shithole with stuff like this is nothing new.
This guy sounds like he's one of those "sovereign citizens" where he just interprets the law as he pleases.
Yup.....he travels instead of driving.
While all the time taking full advantage of the benefits that come from living under the law he feels he isn’t under any obligation to follow. Like those guys who scream they should not have to pay taxes but drive in the roads and have their fires put out and other services that those taxes pay for.
He’s an “educator”
With no education on the subject 😳🤣🤣🤣
@@LiL.Pixxie I think this guy's is Sovereign citizen, a sovereign citizen is basically somebody who thinks they found a bunch of loopholes in all kinds of laws and those are the only things that apply to them or don't apply to them rather

Bro is literally THE stereotypical redditer

“Let me educate you” is right when all the cops decided they were def gonna arrest him
What? Did you actually pay attention to the video? The only reason they arrested him was that they discovered a crime (impersonating an officer) later on. Until then there was no valid reason for them to arrest him. It is totally fine to tell an officer you are going to educate them. That was a weird joke mate.
These types of people sure do make life look hard.
Oooh. So this is what an "R/Iamverysmart" looks like.
These audit clowns are always “Let me talk to the supervisor “ “I am being detained for a crime”
This guy is half an inch away from going sovereign citizen. The legal system needs checks, balances, and testing of its limits, but it seems like there is a healthy chunk of RUclips lawyers who think that they can find a loophole in the universe that just lets them do whatever they like.
But, but, but a sovereign citizen gets to make up his own laws as he feel necessary! llol
I assumed he is one already...He's definitely consumed content produced by Sovereign Citizens™, I'm confident of that!
He's using many of the same specific terms as other Sovereign Citizens™...like, demanding the presence of a "supervisor" immediately. Something that is featured in just about every Sovereign Citizen™ police encounter video I've seen so far. They always ask for a "supervisor," and they always use that specific word.
He uses precise, weird language when describing other things - like describing his home as a "domicile" and "dwelling."
So, 2 minutes in and I can already tell that he's been exposed to the Sovereign Citizen Movement™.
Even more similarities arise as the video progresses. The language & tactics he employs (and how he clearly expects them to work just because he's used the correct, magic words) is too much of a coincidence imo.
Sorry /end rant 😆✌

The audacity on this guy. If parked on a fellow man’s land and he towed my truck away, I’d think “fair enough” and buy him a six pack of beers as a good Will offering. I wouldn’t like someone parking on my land. What the fuck has happened to the world.
If not a fan of this citizen by any means but do you not think the land owner should ask him to move his RV first before towing? If he does not comply and listen to the request then yes, go ahead and have it towed.
@@bigroncoleman11 Out of courtesy, but not everyone’s courteous. He is under absolutely no obligation to ask him to move it. The truck is not his and is on his land. Fuck that truck.
Oh really? Well if everyone in the world acted like that then it’d be a pretty awful place to live wouldn’t it. Personally I’d just ask him to move his RV as it would take just a few seconds and avoid the waste of police time and the owner’s time. I think if you have the vehicle towed straight away then you’re a sad excuse for a person to be honest as it could easily be an honest mistake on the part of the RV/vehicle owner.
@@bigroncoleman11 The discourtesy in this case lies with the citizen, he didn’t look for someone to ask to park there. At the end of the day his truck his towed and hopefully he’s learned his lesson. Maybe he himself will be more considerate in future.
But he didn’t park on someone’s property but a business property open to the public without signage restricting its use. And allegedly not parked there long enough to constitute removal. People should really adhere to the golden rule at every opportunity possible, and govt involvement at the last resort.
