You weren't surprised about this because he made it clear that he wanted to speak with the highest-up individual that could fix his situation. He probably also tweeted the president
Fun fact two years later: In the state of Virginia, a law enforcement officer does not have to call a supervisor. You're free to request one, but the officers do not have to comply.
Where did this notion that people, especially trolls like this clown, have some right to speak to a law enforcement supervisor, come from? I have to disagree with the analysis a little. @@r0xjo0 This is the important part because vehicle insurers usually don't do shit without a police report. I would consider that to be theft too if that were my vehicle in those circumstances, if that is what happened.
Well according to him when he called the police they told him he was towed for being illegally parked, when we asked the towing company they said they had to have the police there, which is why he then called the police back and had an officer sent to him so he could get a police report, but the officer said they were never there and did not have to make a report for his RV being towed.

I assumed he is one already...He's definitely consumed content produced by Sovereign Citizens™, I'm confident of that! He's using many of the same specific terms as other Sovereign Citizens™...like, demanding the presence of a "supervisor" immediately. Something that is featured in just about every Sovereign Citizen™ police encounter video I've seen so far. They always ask for a "supervisor," and they always use that specific word. So, 2 minutes in and I can already tell that he's been exposed to the Sovereign Citizen Movement™. Even more similarities arise as the video progresses. The language & tactics he employs (and how he clearly expects them to work just because he's used the correct, magic words) is too much of a coincidence imo. Sorry /end rant 😆✌
I think the only time you should realistically do that is if you literally see a murder or raep take place and you are safely able to restrain them until the police arrive. Other than dire situations like that, its probably safer to just call the cops and let them do their job.

Or if, during periods of mass arrests, as for example in Leningrad, when they arrested a quarter of the entire city, people had not simply sat there in their lairs, paling with terror at every bang of the downstairs door and at every step on the staircase, but had understood they had nothing left to lose and had boldly set up in the downstairs hall an ambush of half a dozen people with axes, hammers, pokers, or whatever else was at hand?... The Organs would very quickly have suffered a shortage of officers and transport and, notwithstanding all of Stalin's thirst, the cursed machine would have ground to a halt! If...if...We didn't love freedom enough. And even more - we had no awareness of the real situation.... We purely and simply deserved everything that happened afterward.”
It has come to a point where there needs to be violent pushback. The cops want to pretend they fear for their lives, let's make them actually worried their next shift will be their last. Too many people are comfortable with their families though, while they're complacent about the world their children will grow up in. Instead nearly everyone criticizes riots after clear murder by the government against one of the people. It turns out if you harm enough businesses, hurt people in their wallet instead of being a mild inconvenience, actual change happens.
Did you take the Bar? did you? I didn't need too... How does that make sense at all
Officers love when you “educate” them lol
They love when you pay all of their lawsuits

Always a good idea to tell a guy who holds your freedom in his hands what to do and how dumb he is. I made the decision of telling Baltimore cops how stupid they were and then tried walking away from them. That didn't end well.

I honestly feel like the longer you talk to officers about anything, the more likely you are to be arrested for something.
That's because this feeling you have is also the data driven truth.
The longer you waste their time the more pissed off they get which will cause them to look for some BS reason to arrest you.
Yeah it's generally smart to keep interactions as short as possible for sure. Although I'll admit I've met one or two that were so chill that they were genuinely enjoyable to chat with, and I picked up no bad intent. It's nice to talk to one of those kinds of cops who value the community and aren't hyper-fixated on their numbers or on looking for reasons to arrest and detain, when you get really, really lucky. But it's never a good idea to assume any cop will be like that; you have to have a bit of time to get a feel for where they're at and what their intentions may be.
i mean its literally the point of their existence, to arrest people. they are not judges to interpret, or lawmakers to make the law, they are law enforcers who specialize in arresting. A knife's specialized purpose is to cut objects and so the longer you play with a knife, the more likely you are to be cut yourself. likewise, the longer you play with a law enforcement agent the more likely you are to be arrested.
Exactly right.
I’ve known of this guy between my friends, Halifax/South Boston is my home town. Crazy to see him on your channel.
Be very proud about this wonderful smart teacher !! 😅
I love this channel, but every once in a while you see a guy that you just hope gets arrested. What a condescending prick.
Was actually hoping he'd get his RV back so his dog had a place to live. But hey, to each their own.
@@historyiwitness5915 So, if he had no dog, you wouldn't care. Oh, you're such a good human being. 🤦😂
Uh no, I saw a man that I hoped would get his home back. I've never once thought being condescending deserved jail time.
I know right. People can do any crime I don't really care, but the second someone gets condescending he should go straight to the gulag
"This has nothing to do with a kitchen" 🤦🏼♂️
This is the only police interaction channel I like. You aren’t just trying to get a reaction out of people, always seems like you try to show the whole picture.
Not really. His thumbnails clearly shows his bias. He then grades peoples actions as if he practices law. Giving a bad grade to an officer who was not disciplined in any way makes it seem like the officer did something wrong or illegal. So he is saying that people who make and enforce the law are wrong and he is right. He's just another dummy whi thinks he is a lawer
@@claytonbigsby9128 we all have a bias, this guy has a pretty leveled one. he wants to make a side hustle out of reviewing police and citizen interaction and with that requires a bit of clickbait. i appreciate his work, you dont need to be a lawyer to have an opinion about this, he does good in not being ignorant and he adds footnotes to the sections of regarded laws which i hella appreciate. noone else does this. who hurt you? chill
@@claytonbigsby9128 yeah because if an officer isn’t disciplined it means they haven’t done anything wrong
Check out the “Police Activity” RUclips channel
@@claytonbigsby9128 he also grades the individual on the video as well I've seen auditors and others given f grades before so there for its not bias if he grades both sides obviously you havent watch this channel that much
When he said "This ain't got nuthin to do with a kitchen" ....lawd!
“I’m gonna educate you”
Famous last words.
“I would like to speak to someone who has actually been to law school”
The officers: “And I took that personally”
Good to see civilians can be in the wrong, too. It’s obvious they can, of course. Still, nice change of pace.
Every one in this video is probably a civilian.
Cops are civilians lol.
@@Jacob-eg3kv u know what i mean
His channel is completely unbiased. Watch more of his videos and you catch onto that quickly

Dude has that Redditor Mod energy coming out of him and he probably printed out his paper from some random post online XD
You know the cops were trying really hard not to laugh. I saw the smiles on some of those officers. Good on the police in this instance.
"Kitchen had nothing to do with it." That deputy might actual felt offended, possibly likes to cook. 🤣

Treating Police like idiots won't get anywhere!
Looks like his real objective is to become an influencer. I honestly believe he's out there creating a situation rather than reacting to a towed vehicle.
His goal was to get the towing declared a crime, he kept insisting the police were there to take a report _only,_ because if they did take a police report, he can use that to claim the tow was illegal and not have to pay to get his RV back. A moderately clever ploy, but doomed to failure.
This dude's Grateful Dead shirt is so sick
Nothing compared to that beard! You’d honestly need a hedge trimmer to dare to get close to the skin.
It gave me a headache.
That's a tour shirt that was produced long after the Grateful Dead was dead and gone (the Bobby Show is not real GD) by people living like maggots off the corpse of a dead man's reputation, worn by wannabes who never saw a single Grateful Dead show in their entire fkn lives, who weren't even born when Jerry was still above ground.
He was just mad that the rest of the shirts he was selling at Phish shows were in the motorhome.....hows he gonna get to the next show now?
He really needs a miracle.
