CHRIS…. ASH…! Wanted to share something exciting about the noodle recipe. I used the piping tip that makes like a wider ribbon (I squeezed it smaller on the wider side). Anyways after making more like fettuccini noodles I cut them up into smaller pieces and added some mayonnaise to see if we could make a good tasting macaroni salad and OMG!! It is fantastic! You must show others this! I am so excited

Hey there. You can start with ground chicken but you’ll still need a food processor to get the proper smooth emulsion of the chicken with the egg and cream cheese. I have used ground chicken and find it comes out more spongy and less like a noodle than using fresh cubed chicken breast. Just a personal preference.
