OK, I tried your Brioche buns, Mashed Potatoes, now tonight I made pizza's with this crust recipe. I made the crusts Friday and froze them. Damn! It came out awesome! My husband loved it too. Thanks for sharing all these great recipes!
As a carnivore I’m thankful for the trailblazers that create great recipes. I will definitely try it. Also just to say I really love the way at the end on the video you and your wife sit down together and actually eat and discuss and analyze the food taste, texture etc. So better to me than just taking a bite and saying it’s good. I've been waiting to have time to make this for dinner and, finally, tonight was the night. It was SO GOOD! My wife gave it a 10 out of 10 and our 3 year old didn't know the difference -- to him it was just pizza! If you know how picky toddlers and little kids can be, that's really an accomplishment.
It was excellent! I eat pizza but pull all the toppings off and throw the crust away. To be able to eat the crust was so satisfying. It was delicious and very filling. I ate 3 pieces and was stuffed. My husband polished off the rest of it. 😂 Thanks, Chris.
I worked at two pizzerias. The big secret pizza cheese recipe is 80% mozzarella, 10% cheddar, 10% provolone. The cheddar adds color and flavor while reducing excessive mozzarella stringiness. The provolone adds a deeper Italian aged flavor. and also reduces excessive stringiness. PS: Parm reg on top adds flavor, too.

You could make this into a breakfast pizza. Use your carnivore alfredo, scrambled eggs, sausage or bacon, and then cheese😊. You could package and sell all your stuff!
I used to work for Domino's Pizza back in the '80s and my favorite pizza to make at the start of a shift was a breakfast pizza (no sauce, though). So good!

One of the best things about this pizza - early satiety with all the healthy fats and meats! No bread "carb triggers" in the carnivore version to cause "whole pizza demolition"! Can't wait to try it!!❤

SANDWICHES..... My first comment on you tube ever. Have been carnivore since January 2023. So many health improvements as others have said. Not going to repeat. AWESOME pizza crust recipe Chris. Keep up the great recipes. Today I made crust in 2 cookie sheets from basically corner to corner. Cut into 8 pieces each and use 2 as pieces of bread. Makes a great sandwich that doesn't fall apart. I have missed my sandwiches and thanks to you I can now have them. Give them a try. I'm sure you won't be disappointed

I live in South Florida and there’s a pizza chain here called Blaze Pizza. They offer a Keto crust that’s only 6 carbs for the whole crust. I tried it and it’s good.

I made the crust a couple weeks ago and put it in the freezer. I made the pizza today...finally. OMG my husband and I liked it alot. I should have cooked it a bit longer, but I thought some of the items were starting to burn...they weren't. 2 thumbs up from me!!!

I will definitely make this! This is the best reason for this keto girl to buy egg white powder! This fills a huge hole for me. I love pizza more than anything, just about, but there’s also a social element to pizza. Like you guys were saying it’s often an event. A movie night or a special occasion or having friends over or whatever. It’s definitely a celebration food whether it’s, for special time or, a celebration of being alone and being able to get whatever toppings YOU want, or some special movie you’re going to watch from home. Originally it was designed as a protein powder or as a way to keep eggs shelf stable. Online is the easiest place to get it. It’s just freeze dried egg whites. The proteins with no liquid bound up in them act different than liquid egg whites when cooked. Here’s one I like to use. amzn.to/3LXgp6k

Words can't describe how much I want a slice of that pizza. Those pizzas look like something you would see on a freaking pizza commercial. At first I was all like "that crust sounds like a lot of work", but as I saw it come together and considering I am good at tasting food by looking at it, I think the work would be well worth it. I'm not much of a cook, but I might have to try this.

I agree this is a great idea. Whenever we go to go family celebrations, I take a keto/carnivore version of whatever is being served for my husband and I to enjoy (along with some extra in case any one wants to try some). It makes us feel more a part of the celebration and not like we are being deprived. It makes staying keto/carnivore much easier.

My grandson loved his personal pizza! It really does handle like a conventional pizza crust. We made one with sausage, olive oil and anchovies, with a sprinkle of Parmigiano Reggiano, and a bit of cayenne. Just like mom made. Macros for full recipe: calories 1802, protein 99 gm, carbs 22 gm, fat 146 gm. Do the math for however much you eat.

@Bee-of5xz love your pulled pork suggestion. My wife and I are bbq judges, and growing up and with family living near Memphis, we definitely have various bbq meats around that make great toppings. We make our own keto bbq sauces which are great on the pizza. Enjoy. 😋👍

Ooo, just made this for dinner. I had pepperoni, ground beef, and bacon. I will buy sausage for next time. The only thing not Carnivore that I put on it was some Banana Peppers. So yum! My non-Carnivore Diabetic husband ate it and was happy to not have the carbs. This was very easy to make. THANK YOU!!!
I made this recipe last night. Super simple and tasted so delish. I made up another batch of the batter today and made 3 pizza crusts with the batter. They are thin, and now in the freezer. Can pull out of fridge for the kids for a quick meal.

It's great Chris thx, I just saw that pizza places put sauce on then cheese because the vegetables that you put on has water in them that will make your crust soggy and oils from the meats also maybe so layer sauce, cheese, meat, veggies, then a little cheese on top.

Your detailed instructions made the crust preparation so simple for a novice. my baking skills do not come close to your expertise, how ever as I type, my five personal flat pizza crusts are in the oven baking, I'm checking at 8, 10, and 12 minutes just incase the smaller thinner size makes a difference in cook time...I only have a small counter top oven, so I'm working with what I have...I'm so excited to not be left out of pizza night anymore! Hey Chris, i love the taste of yeast in my carnivore bread so im gonna add some to the yolk mix. Thanks for all the the time you spend to make recipes!!
I made this last night and followed almost everything. I had to use cottage cheese instead of cream cheese. I also added (to the yolk mixture) puréed chicken- probably 3-4 cups… I just eyeballed it to make hold together then mixed in about 1 cup or so of pork panko. I spread it out on a parchment lined baking sheet to about 1/4 of an inch. Did not cool it in the fridge. Baked 350 for 25 mins. Then I added pizza toppings and cooked. It came out really really REALLY good!!! Just wanted to let you know what I tried and how it went. Thx for all the awesome recipes!!
The crust held the ingredients well and has a nice neutral flavor that let the flavor of the toppings come through. Was also delicious as leftovers the next day. Thank you for another great recipe!
I'm so glad you mentioned quality of leftovers...that has to be the ONLY thing Chris didn't mention as he walked through the directions, but to be fair, they did say they were eating to whole pizza!

One of the great things about Carnivore is its simplicity. This is just way more work than I want to go through. Fathead dough using powdered pork rinds instead of nut flours is as complicated as I want to get. All of that being said, I applaud the work you did. Really, this is culinary genius. I would pay money for this in a restaurant, but I don't want to do all that work.
Hello Chris, I tried the crust recipe today and when it was lukewarm out of the oven, I wasn't a real fan. After it cooled a little more, I served myself up a piece of pizza, and it was delish. The crust is a bit of work, but I think had I mixed up the whites and put them aside in another bowl, I could then mix up the cream cheese etc. in the stand mixer bowl. Also when my whites finally firmed up, I also did the reverse by putting the cheese and yolk mixture into the whites with the square paddle and only letting it go by pulse until combined. I then added the other 2/3 of the cheese/egg yok mixture and let the machine paddle carefully fold it by pulsing. It was a lot less work providing you have a stand mixer. Taste wise it was a win. I did add 1 tsp of Italian seasoning to the dough mix. 🥰😁

Do you have to freeze the crust if you’re using it right away?
You don’t have to, but I think they do cook better that way. It lets the bottom get darker while keeping the center softer. But either way works.

My first comment on you tube ever. Have been carnivore since January 2023. So many health improvements as others have said. Not going to repeat. AWESOME pizza crust recipe Chris. Keep up the great recipes. Today I made crust in 2 cookie sheets from basically corner to corner. Cut into 8 pieces each and use 2 as pieces of bread. Makes a great sandwich that doesn't fall apart. I have missed my sandwiches and thanks to you I can now have them. Give them a try. I'm sure you won't be disappointed

I'm just wondering what or why there is a thing called egg white powder. Where do we get such things?
Originally it was designed as a protein powder or as a way to keep eggs shelf stable. Online is the easiest place to get it. It’s just freeze dried egg whites. The proteins with no liquid bound up in them act different than liquid egg whites when cooked. Here’s one I like to use.

Words can't describe how much I want a slice of that pizza. Those pizzas look like something you would see on a freaking pizza commercial. At first I was all like "that crust sounds like a lot of work", but as I saw it come together and considering I am good at tasting food by looking at it, I think the work would be well worth it. I'm not much of a cook, but I might have to try this.

I agree this is a great idea. Whenever we go to go family celebrations, I take a keto/carnivore version of whatever is being served for my husband and I to enjoy (along with some extra in case any one wants to try some). It makes us feel more a part of the celebration and not like we are being deprived. It makes staying keto/carnivore much easier.

My grandson loved his personal pizza! It really does handle like a conventional pizza crust. We made one with sausage, olive oil and anchovies, with a sprinkle of Parmigiano Reggiano, and a bit of cayenne. Just like mom made. Macros for full recipe: calories 1802, protein 99 gm, carbs 22 gm, fat 146 gm. Do the math for however much you eat.

Ooo, just made this for dinner. I had pepperoni, ground beef, and bacon. I will buy sausage for next time. The only thing not Carnivore that I put on it was some Banana Peppers. So yum! My non-Carnivore Diabetic husband ate it and was happy to not have the carbs. This was very easy to make. THANK YOU!!!

I made this recipe last night. Super simple and tasted so delish. I made up another batch of the batter today and made 3 pizza crusts with the batter. They are thin, and now in the freezer. Can pull out of fridge for the kids for a quick meal.

It's great Chris thx, I just saw that pizza places put sauce on then cheese because the vegetables that you put on has water in them that will make your crust soggy and oils from the meats also maybe so layer sauce, cheese, meat, veggies, then a little cheese on top.

Your detailed instructions made the crust preparation so simple for a novice. my baking skills do not come close to your expertise, how ever as I type, my five personal flat pizza crusts are in the oven baking, I'm checking at 8, 10, and 12 minutes just incase the smaller thinner size makes a difference in cook time...I only have a small counter top oven, so I'm working with what I have...I'm so excited to not be left out of pizza night anymore! I made this last night and followed almost everything. I had to use cottage cheese instead of cream cheese. I also added (to the yolk mixture) puréed chicken- probably 3-4 cups… I just eyeballed it to make hold together then mixed in about 1 cup or so of pork panko. I spread it out on a parchment lined baking sheet to about 1/4 of an inch. Did not cool it in the fridge. Baked 350 for 25 mins. Then I added pizza toppings and cooked.
It came out really really REALLY good!!! Just wanted to let you know what I tried and how it went. Thx for all the awesome recipes!!

The crust held the ingredients well and has a nice neutral flavor that let the flavor of the toppings come through. Was also delicious as leftovers the next day. Thank you for another great recipe!

One of the great things about Carnivore is its simplicity. This is just way more work than I want to go through. Fathead dough using powdered pork rinds instead of nut flours is as complicated as I want to get. All of that being said, I applaud the work you did. Really, this is culinary genius. I would pay money for this in a restaurant, but I don't want to do all that work.

Hello Chris, I tried the crust recipe today and when it was lukewarm out of the oven, I wasn't a real fan. After it cooled a little more, I served myself up a piece of pizza, and it was delish. The crust is a bit of work, but I think had I mixed up the whites and put them aside in another bowl, I could then mix up the cream cheese etc. in the stand mixer bowl.
Also when my whites finally firmed up, I also did the reverse by putting the cheese and yolk mixture into the whites with the square paddle and only letting it go by pulse until combined. I then added the other 2/3 of the cheese/egg yok mixture and let the machine paddle carefully fold it by pulsing. It was a lot less work providing you have a stand mixer. Taste wise it was a win. I did add 1 tsp of Italian seasoning to the dough mix. 🥰😁
