Hi, Mel, I made this pasta today. It was easy to do, and it turned out great! Just so others know, I did not have a blender/bullet, so I used a hand mixer. The liquid looked a bit "grainy" when I poured it & was thin in places, but it baked up fine. I used parchment paper and the finished pasta peeled off without any problem. I did not have a pizza cutter, so I used a sharp knife to cut the pasta into "noodles." There was enough for 3 servings. I will use one tonight and freeze the other two. This was good-tasting pasta and I'm sure I will make it again. I would be very interested in other uses you have for it, Mel. Thank you so much!

I had copied the 2.0 recipe before... but just never made it 🎉don't know why 😊 I'll just have to put a tea towel over my beautiful machine 🙈 so it doesn't get jealous. PS funny you're still using the wonky baking sheet...in the old video Chris was suppose to take it to the body shop 😂🫶

Mel, please don't cut silicone mates. This was a response to that question on an Amazon post. "The included directions for cleaning and storage state: - DO NOT cut or use sharp objects on the mat. - NEVER use a cut or torn mat! If the mat becomes torn or cut, it cannot be used and must be replaced. - Constructed of FDA approved silicone, reinforced with fiber-glass weave. - Withstands temperatures from -40°F to 480°F (249°C)."
Thank you Rochelle. Lol I cut mine years ago though...and I got a 3 pack just in case. Obviously didn't read the warnings so appreciate your advice...but I've never had a problem with the one I trimmed so that's why I mentioned it ❤️❤️❤️
@@CookwithMel1 I'm glad you've never had a problem and there may be some mats that can be cut but to be on the safe side it probably isn't a good idea to cut the mats.
I am not 100% carnivore diet but I do try to cut carbs anywhere I can. I look forward to trying this with my not so carnivore friendly homemade spaghetti sauce.
My dogs LOVE Carnivore Pasta, so I give them the rough edges! 😃. Nothing goes to waste in our house! 😄 Looks terrific! Going to try to make it! I made homemade sauce & froze it. Think I’ll make my Italian hubby Lasagna!!

Actually, this vegetarian version is the first recipe in my recipe notebook called “Mel“ Yum Yum. But I like the way you use the spatula to remove, the pasta. I found that one and a half recipes is what you need to make a 8 in.² lasagna dish

You get att substitute that taste like parmesan and cheese you dont get aldente pasta but so far the best i tested and good together with chicken alfredo
@@CookwithMel1 Thanks for the advice but i need to cut the end parts away for they got to much colour so im sure it has been the same if i increased the time so will test that also next time. But this was the best i tested and it was easy and fast to do

I have tried Pecorino and it works well. It must be a hard dry cheese though..mozzarella doesn't work

I would cut thin strip's to get the spaghetti shape
Use some caution cutting silicone mats. Many of them are not meant to be cut.
It's not recommended at all. I just shared what has worked for me for years.
