    Hi Tom , just attempted your recipient , it’s out of this world . You cook English food proper ? The way it should be done ? Old school? Love the little twists you put on a classic . I used proper bread crumbs not those ones you did . Can’t buy them ? Thanks for your knowledge

    Haven't made a scotch egg in a while, made a fair job of them. Now I know how to take them to the upper flavour level. Just been into #waitrose and picked up some frozen monkfish chunks, ready to impress my good lady on her birthday Saturday with your monkfish curry.
