    For anyone reading the comments to see if this works...it really does! After just one week I already have a much more elegant shoulder shape, as well as a more defined collarbone which I love! Thanks for an amazing workout

    Guys this girl is amazing and her workouts and i am doing some of her workouts and they are all amazing like this so i am going to start this workout from now.
    Day 1: ✅ guys believe me i have been doing shoulder workouts for a month and i never felt this much good it improves your posture back pain and give you 90° shoulders i did in the morning and before going to bed and this is amazing.
    Day 2: ✅ it relaxs my shoulders
    Day 3:✅ done

    It works I am doing this exercise from last 15 to 20 days and now i have visible changes on my shoulder it becomes more sharp and collarbones are now much visible

    Heyy guys this is for those who want to know whether this works or not....
    Day 1 -I did it 1 time
    Day 2 -I did it 3 times
    Day 3-i did it 4 times
    Day 4-i did it 2times
    As I have done it multiple times now this is what I have to say I see something Called INSTANT RESULTS but don't do it more than 2 times per day as it causes pain so from Day 4 I will only do it 1 or 2 times Day not more . comment so that I can update
    Day 5 -I did it 2 times
    Day 6 -I did it 1 time
    Sorry wasnt able to do for 3 days due to work
    Day 7 -did it 1 time
    Skipped a few more days!!
    Day 8-did it 1 time
    Day 9-did it 1 time
    Day 10-did it 2 times
    Day11-did it 2 timessss
    Day12-did it 1 time
    Not doing it today(PAINNN)
    Day13-did it 1 time
    Not going to do anymore cuz uhmm u need to do overall fat loss and than u r going to see results ...I did saw OK but don't feel u will see them after a week stay consistent and do other workouts also

    guys I did this workout for 2 weeks straight and it literally worked so fast I noticed results when I went to shower and boom I have Jennie's shoulders so this is ur sign to try it out!

      May be you have already almost 90 degree shoulder i have been doing emi’s 90 degree shoulder which has more workout than this still didn’t get any results
      Anyways maybe it’s me whatever i do doesn’t work on my body

    I've been doing this x2 times a day, it's only been 3days and i see some results !
    I do it about 1 or 2 hours before going to sleep to end the day with a good stretch and make sure to keep a good posture during the day so you'll be able to have fast results like I did❤

    okay, I’ve never actually did this before, but today is the special day.
    day 1: ✅ (pm)

    i don't see some crazy results, but still. my shoulder line has become a little bit more smoother(?), if it make sense. also, no back pain. my chest feels lighter and i really do breath better. so, i am really excited to continue for another week!!

    okay, it's been 2 week. i see changes, but again, nothing crazy. i really like this workout for back pain though. i dont know what i feel right now, cause people in the comments are saying about their results and how this wrokout helped them in kinda short amount of time, but it not really working out for me. im gonna do one more week and ill decide whether i want to continue or not.

    I have been doing this exercise for 5/6 days now and i hav enoticed the collarbones are more prominent, psoture has improved and ive got similar shoulder to jennie but not exactly 90° yet 💪🫶
    update (2024-04-29): collarbones are more defined and my shoulders are very similar to Jennies! (I've been doing it for 3 weeks now!)
    1 month later update : Guys i seriously reccomend this! It has improved my posture so much and is also really easy to do in the morning or whenever! I reccomend only doing it twice a day as anymore than twice a day in my opinion really did hurt my shoulder blade🩷

    day 3: did it one time, my collarbone is a little more visible but theres no change in my shoulders.

    im seeing comments saying its working for them but i dont think it is for me.
