I've been doing this x2 times a day, it's only been 3days and i see some results ! I do it about 1 or 2 hours before going to sleep to end the day with a good stretch and make sure to keep a good posture during the day so you'll be able to have fast results like I did❤

I have been doing this exercise for 5/6 days now and i hav enoticed the collarbones are more prominent, psoture has improved and ive got similar shoulder to jennie but not exactly 90° yet 💪🫶 update (2024-04-29): collarbones are more defined and my shoulders are very similar to Jennies! (I've been doing it for 3 weeks now!) 1 month later update : Guys i seriously reccomend this! It has improved my posture so much and is also really easy to do in the morning or whenever! I reccomend only doing it twice a day as anymore than twice a day in my opinion really did hurt my shoulder blade🩷
