I’ve came to realize how important of a vocalist you are not even for me, but to everyone who has had the pleasure of hearing you. There have been so many emotions your voice has sent me through since I’ve first heard you, and I really want you to understand that. You are truly unique and amazing. Never stop

Till this date I cannot listen to Altered State because Dan is not the vocalist. Is a good album but I was so against it because I was sad Dan left Tesseract.

@@sandygrungerson1177 certainly trained, that's for sure. I dated a music theater major once and she couldn't sing for shit haha. I guess it doesn't work on everyone, but it certainly worked on Dan.
My friends and I went from London to Stockholm to see TesseracT play a few years ago and we bumped into the band in a dingy bar the night before the gig. They were all absolute gents, but I remember right at the end of the night some drunk lady fell out of a stationary taxi while we were all saying our goodbyes. Daniel rushed over to help her back on her feet before the rest of us had even seen what happened. A top bloke to match his top talent!
I also remember listening to Pheonix on the day of the gig and we all thought 'there's no way he's hitting the high notes in this'. Needless to say, we were wrong. He nailed it. Props to you Daniel, yours is a talent very few can match.

I can’t believe people have not heard Beneath My Skin / Mirror Image... easily one of the best songs on the album. The transition between the 2 give you the feeling you are in another universe. Almost feel my soul lift out of my body, crazy feeling! Keep up the good work Dan!
Try listening to that song after downing 8grams of some strong mushrooms.

What I thoroughly enjoy about these live performances on Twitch, Facebook, RUclips, etc. is that Dan brings new flavour to the songs as he develops. It's astonishing to hear the same song performed in two separate live performances, sometimes only days\weeks apart, and be offered a brand new experience. It certainly compels me to watch his talent grow. His fearless determination to put himself out there and attempt new approaches is what truly separates Dan from the rest of the pack as a vocalist. Thank you for sharing the results of your hard work to the world Dan. It's a privilege to listen.

I had a vocal lesson with Dan back in 2015 and will attest he is super clear, informative and an all around humble balanced guy. I highly recommend it. Freakishly amazing teacher and singer!!!

@@gabryvk When Tesseract came thru on the 2015 US Tour in Winston Salem NC. I have no doubt he would do just as well with a virtual lesson as well.

Mind you I have not heard everything he's done ..but from what I have heard..hands down..my favorite...That high F tho..(or so I've heard in vocal terms is an F5...Whatever the hell that means..) is probably majorly doctored like "Seven Names" is...
But jst to hear him nail it raw..

30:17 thats just Insane! I actually prefer this version of Seven Names over the studio version. Sounds so good when you add in fry chords at that high note. You are a brilliant vocalist just wanted to remind you of that. I think you really have made improvements over the years Daniel!🤘🏻

For each and every piece produced by TesseracT that I've listened to, within my mind, a deep, cerebral tranquillity is invoked that causes an array of existential wonder. A melancholic euphoria consumes me with every note played. And every word sung by these two vocalists' echoes through my memories and triggers a peaceful nostalgia to flow through me. These songs connect me to the universe, to God, to myself, to lost memories, to solace. It is because of your music that I am able to feel this ataraxy. The serenity that ensues each song is unexplainable using language. It is amazing.

Came here specifically for Beneath my skin. Intitially i was put off by the intro but it came on shuffle and daaaaaaamn i missed out. Possibly my favourite Tesseract song behind Concealing Fate pt 4: perfection.
