It's my second year into streaming, having the BEST time and ive JUST ordered a streamdeck with christmas money im so excited, thankyou for these top tips! Hope your 2022 is going well xxx
How do you only have 11k subs? Quality is off the charts. And the fact you can do a show all in 1 shoot is very telling. I took the time to see your channel content and from a rando, it seems the how to live stream and improve your business videos are doing great in your channel compared to the other type of content. Maybe it's the niche to be in for this one? Anyways, thanks for your effort.
I think it falls into the trap of focusing on production value/branding and not content. The presentation style comes off as insincere. The pivot to crypto content also probably doesn’t help
Thank you for the video its is really helpful. I am not really a streamer but looking to enhance my productivity and want to create some value content for a small community. I need some questions about Intro and Outro video where can I look for these?
Excellent video! With Prime day going on right now, I was able to grab a 6 button for $79.99. Appreciate the help you give to the community, great job!
Very new to all of this and will watch more of your videos. Thanks for explaining so we ALL understand. It may be obvious to some, but I would like to know how you place yourself in the foreground of this video, silhouetted like you are? Green screen? i would love to make my Live craft tutorials this way, rather than a plain rectangle of myself in the upper corner of the screen.
OMG.... Thank you soooo much. I am trying so hard to get all this stuff working. I would love all the free help I can get. I am having it hard like a lot of people. Thanks again.
man, this was such a good video. I just got my stream deck and was looking for some videos on how power users are using it and you did not disappoint! Definitely gonna use some of these tips
Great video. I just bought a stream deck (arrives today) for our church production and need to learn more. Some things I can't use at church...Voice changer for our pastor would get me fired. But the Intro and Outro buttons and music for them we need. Scene changes I absolutely agree with. Also, the 'don't overuse tricks' is important. Maybe your merge effect is used too often. Maybe that's because I'm an old guy. Anyway, thank you for these tips. I hit Follow and the Bell.
How you do not have millions of views I don't understand. This was by far one of the most helpful stream that tutorials I have seen and I watched your video and in it's entirety. One thing that would be useful on this video would be chapters so that we can quickly find the tips on the timeline. Absolutely amazing job I'm going to be implementing those tips in the very near future thanks so much for making this great video!
maybe its the overuse of the voice changer. i couldn't even watch most of the video. it was irritating. never use a voice changer. that one you can skip
Thanks Andrew. This was so informative and useful. I am just starting out....and I am 52 years young lol.... great setup you have there. Must take an age to get used to all the buttons whilst focussing on what you are saying! Do you use a script or a guide of what you are going to talk about?
Thank you I'm just now learning about Sound Board and I thought it was going to be overwhelming but you make it so user friendly especially for myself as I'm trying to stay current with technology, live streaming, pro casting, work from home etc. So I really APPRECIATE what your doing for all all of us 😎😎😎😎😎
Thanks for the amazing ideas! Already setting up a wide overhead shot with another camera! Also have you ever thought about using NDI for wireless remote video with an iPhone inside of OBS. Setting up Zoom It and Epic Pen next!!! Joyfully!🎹
Hi... Great tips... looking forward to learning more... Just Subscribed. Do you have a video already that discusses your Green Screen Settings? The crispness in this video between you vs the green screen is AMAZING! Is a combination of good lighting and perfect settings, or can you just do it with settings? I see you have a lot of lights set up. Also... do you prefer Streamlabs OBS or regular OBS? Thanks
Great Video. I have one question.......the main reason I got StreamDeck was the ability to use three different cameras. How do I setup each of cameras in Stream Deck.
Zoom It can also do the onscreen drawing, text and arrows similar to Epic Pen. When in Zoom mode you have additional hotkeys to enable Arrows, Lines, text, Etc.. Very cool. Thanks again for the heads up!
Dude, such a great video, I'm hoping tyo get a stream deck xl for my birthday in march, after watching this video, it's amazing what I'm gonna be able to add to my stream!
This is fantastic advice for the people who want to take streaming as a full time job. However most of this is simply ruining your reputation as a small streamer. Sure production quality is essential now a days but half of the things you recommend not to do like no stream starting soon sign. Almost every huge streamer has a variation of. This is how to turn yourself into a marketable streamer which is helpful for the next step. However it helps builds little engagement to the new streamer who doesn’t have thousands of dollars to throw at cameras and software even if the software is free it’s a lot to run at once with a game with a stream running. Good tips for the people looking to market themselves better and a great video selling the stream deck. But you could have worded things a little different ❤
I watched this video a few months ago and and found it Very informative and very well delivered. It popped up on my time line ago today and I found it just as informative as I did the first time! I would Love to see you do more videos on this topic! Excellent Delivery And Tips 💪🏾
Awesome review. My only thing I can throw at this is your phone camera. I know you liek wired. But install NDI, it's free, and it is 4k wireless. You can add your iPad, tablets, any phones all wireless to your computer. For me this is extremely good quality. And I can walk away and I have for over 100 feet. But I do have a high end wirelss mesh syste, from UI. Anyhow, NDI works very well, easy to install and add any other 3rd party device and still use stream deck too.
Hi Andrew! Thanks for the tips! I may hit you up for a consultation sometime as I'm trying to get going... mainly for fun, so no monetary pressure. I just wanted to let you know that for the ZoomIt tip you have there is an alternative that is in Windows. Hotkey "Windows + '+'" will zoom in once, multiple times zooms more at the current location of cursor. Hotkey "Windows + '-'" will zoom back out the same. So, you could set up your action to use that instead of installing an additional piece of software. This brings up the magnifier app though... so maybe that won't work as it will be distracting. I'll see if there's a way to launch it in a headless manner or you could launch it as part of starting the stream and make sure the app is off screen (in multimon scenario).
Awall, the only important thing I would of love to see is how you got it all connected?? to the Streamdeck.... Cameras, monitors, Ps, Rodecaster Pro, etc???? I do podcast, blogs etc but I had to erase and start fresh my new channel.. and I got everything I need from pro cameras like the 1DX MARK II, R6, 5D MARK IV, 6D MARK II, LIGHTING, RODECASTER PRO AND MUCH MORE. only thing I missing is that stream deck!!
Great video, great knowledge, something we have come to expect. What is the real difference un practical terms between the Elgato HD60 S+ and the Elgato HD60 S ? Thanking you, Hershy
thank you bro! now i know what to buy to make a better youtuber, anyway what should i buy if i make karaoke on livestreaming? could you give me a good idea. i mean i play all the musicvideo karaoke from youtube and sending it back to streamsoftware ?
For sound effects, why do yo use the Stream Deck when you have the Rodecaster Pro there? Or a better question-- what purpose do you have the RCP on the desk?
Thank you! How do you record yourself with the green screen and put the different scenes behind you? For example, we can see you in the corner and behind you there’s the stream deck settings.
AWALL, where have you been?? love your videos and tutorial reviews, no new videos in 2 months, was really looking forward to your thoughts, reviews, and mostly tutorials on all the new elgato products that just came out, specially the elgato face cam
For shots with phone you can use "DroidCam OBS" - its program for your phone, it uses wifi to connect to your OBS on PC , way better then wired connection
Thatnk you very much!!! I just hit 5.3k followers on facebook gaming for madden and 465 subscribers on you tube! And just got a stream deck and ive been learning alot on how to use it thank you very kuch!!!

This video is very informative and amazing. I think having chapters would make this go from 9/10 to 10/10.
Thanks for this video
Awesome mate 👍🏻 new subscriber here. Cheers from Western Australia 🇦🇺 ✌🏻

Great content and great production value. Subscribed. You've convinced me to go ahead and install a camera behind me. :)
man, this was such a good video. I just got my stream deck and was looking for some videos on how power users are using it and you did not disappoint! Definitely gonna use some of these tips
I’m only at #3 but blown away by this content and production. I’ll be back tomorrow for the remainder. Thanks. (Subbed). Lee

Oh and I subscribed to your channel!
maybe its the overuse of the voice changer. i couldn't even watch most of the video. it was irritating. never use a voice changer. that one you can skip
Overuse of stuff in general. A lot of it comes off as an ad
Thanks Andrew. This was so informative and useful. I am just starting out....and I am 52 years young lol.... great setup you have there. Must take an age to get used to all the buttons whilst focussing on what you are saying! Do you use a script or a guide of what you are going to talk about?

I can’t wait to apply some of these tips on my stream, another camera angle does help I’ve noticed.
Thanks for the amazing ideas! Already setting up a wide overhead shot with another camera! Also have you ever thought about using NDI for wireless remote video with an iPhone inside of OBS. Setting up Zoom It and Epic Pen next!!! Joyfully!🎹
This is an amazingly informative video! The fact that it’s all live stream is just proof that Andrew is the real deal!!!

Holy crap, Awall?! How are you doing, Mr. President?! Great guide, btw, the amount of prep in here is just silly.
Definitely going to revisit this video again after work.... I'm new to streaming and looking for any kind of help I can find thank you brother
Great Video. I have one question.......the main reason I got StreamDeck was the ability to use three different cameras. How do I setup each of cameras in Stream Deck.
Great video. I loved it. I just got my stream deck TODAY! This was the best video I could have found
Only a few min. into this video and really impressed. This knowledge is gold. Thank you.
Thanks for the tutorial and tips! The voice mod definitely overshadows the music almost 💯 if not completely.
Thanks for your knowledge very informative for us older gentleman setting up a new channel.
Zoom It can also do the onscreen drawing, text and arrows similar to Epic Pen. When in Zoom mode you have additional hotkeys to enable Arrows, Lines, text, Etc.. Very cool. Thanks again for the heads up!
Especially for streaming, if we can reduce the load on the cpu using less tools it's definitely a plus. Thanks for that
Oh boy - this is packed Knowhow in a single vid. Thank you!
this is the most helpful video i've found to help me learn how to use my stream deck. awesome!
Amazing content and delivery. Ideas everywhere. Glad you made this super useful collection for us. Cheers!

Transition animation you can buy these from loads of places ;)
The first video and an instant sub here. Such a great and informative video!
Absolutely the best content I've found. In fact there was so much I learned that I will be replaying as I build my studio. Thankyou.
Thank you so much! If your using green screen, how do you use multiple camera 🎥 shots and maintain your background?
Saving this for when I get my stream deck!
Awesome review. My only thing I can throw at this is your phone camera. I know you liek wired. But install NDI, it's free, and it is 4k wireless. Brilliant vid. Your preperation was worth its weight in Gold. Much value added. Thanks*
Hello
Does one need the external stream deck, or can one be purchased and accessed manually on the desktop like you show?
Great tutorial
Hi Andrew! Thanks for the tips! I may hit you up for a consultation sometime as I'm trying to get going... mainly for fun, so no monetary pressure. I get tied of the spinning triangle graphic every time you change a scene.
You're gonna complain about the blood in your veins next!
It's really annoying. A clean cut would be fine for most of the scene transitions.
Y’all cry bout anything 😂 💀 just watch and like the video 🤦♂️
