So looking forward to watching this. A note...if you start your time stamp list at 00:00 it creates chapters for you in the timeline. ...Ok...gotta get back to watching the video.... :)
A lot of the online trainings have dated information bc things change very fast for social media. I think RUclips videos are great support for anyone who wants access to the most recent trends. Thank you. Your channel is great!
Awesome! I just got my IG up 3 days ago and have 13 followers. I have 4 posts but what's worked for me was everything you mentioned in addition to looking up hashtags of my target audience and followed people and they followed me back and started liking my photos. It's exciting to see it actually working, the sales will come 🤞. Also in the chrome browser, if you go to More tools→Developer tools you can mimic instagram on a laptop to look like your phone. Just gotta refresh when you select (for example iPhone) and it's the exact same interface. So I do my posting for my laptop, just my preference. I'm on Windows, should be similar on Mac but I haven't tried it on my Mac yet. I'm actually running my own website and not using teespring etc just yet as I'm trying to go for a brand and seeing if I can get it to take off before I go through the brand process with other platforms. I'm having so much fun though doing this, thanks for all your insight Shimmy!
@CarrotShaker Yes, only a few but now I have 270 followers and every time I post I automatically get 30-50 likes so it's awesome. I'm just starting to run FB ads to see if that will work. I've also had Google rank my site and sold a few mugs as well. It takes time.
I’ve literally spent 252671889 hours researching and this video is the first one I’m actually commenting on. Absolutely brilliant! No BS. Thanks you so much!

My favorite part is how you politely ask people to subscribe so that you can reach your goal of 10K. Forthrightness is what I lack in my t-shirt business and on my channel. Need to work on my assertiveness. I also appreciate the video topic as well. But that first bit made an impression on me. Thanks!
Hi Shimmy! I really enjoyed this video, it was very educational. Although, I have a question "What'd be the difference having posted the hashtag on the description instead of the first comment?" thank you for your time!
This is good. I'd like to see you do a video on a pro Insta account and promoting posts. You went over the basics, be good to see you go more in depth.
Hey Shimmy - i really like this video... Been watching you for a while and now you got my subscription. Lol... :)) It was so easy to follow along and i loved the details you explained,. Love it and Bless.
Thank you so much this is gold. The only other person on youtube offering so much value that I know of in such an honest manner is Greg Gottfried. In your opinion, if I work 10-12 hours every day with this how long until I can have about 700 euro in a month? Maybe it is impossible to say and you don't know my skills or lack thereof and I guess there is an element of luck but lets say i have average skill and average luck?
As far as I know being in this business for quite awhile, I would say it depends on quality and not quantity. I mean, you can make more money with few good designs than someone who's putting bunch of lame designs. Good marketing is of course the ticket to success, yeap :)
Thanks so much! It's really impossible to say. You could get one design that flie of the shelf! It's very hard to plan for POD. you just have to put in the work and hopefully something comes out. If you spend 10-12 hours on other business, you could definitely earn 700 a month! I made a video yesterday you would like. check it out: ruclips.net/video/cLIiOTxTaoU/видео.html
With all due respect I love your accent. English is not my first language but I'm more used to American English. Yours is cute. Thank you for this wonderful video I just subscribed to your channel looking forward to learn more about Redbubble and Teespring. Stay safe.
Very useful info. A quick question, how do you get enough followers to actually see your designs? I assume without paying for it takes quite some time to get traction.
This is exactly what I wanted to learn. Keep up the great work. YES!!!! I´d love to see Facebook and google POD marketing strategies. Shimmy is awesome! 😁
If I have made the IG account and now I'm just making designs but haven't launched the site Teespring store yet, what should I or could I post to build a following before launching. im only about 2 weeks out from launch and idk if I should put some designs on mockups and post them as coming soon or just wait until im live to start posting. thanks
Great information in this post Shimmy - thanks for your help and time with our pint on-demand / Instagram page set up and walkthrough of how to build our page/business on Instagram - another value-added post as always - cheers.
This was a great video. I started print on demand business recently though I'm still watching some of your videos to get more ideas about it which has helped me alot. So there's this question i have in mind , you know you can create more than one store front for different niches on teespring. Does that mean I have to create more than one Instagram page to promote each store i have?
Oh, that's awesome content! Thanks! Still, a question :) why did you type dots before the hashtags? What kind of difference do they make? Thanks for your reply, in advance.
Hi. I have an instagram account about puppies with over 330k followers with quite good engagement. I started a Teespring shop on January but im barely seeing any sales. Cound i get some advice?
I choose hashtags based on their size. Don't want to get hashtags in the millions. I find hashtags in my niche with 50k-500k posts and use those. Yes, 30 of them
Thanks for all the valuable detail, Shimmy! ONE IMPORTANT QUESTION: Does each niche store get a PERSONAL IG account or a BUSINESS IG account, and what’s the difference?
Do you need different IG pages for different niches??? Bc Etsy lets you categorize different niches on your Etsy store. Do i need a different Etsy shop for each individual niche? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
Love your videos ❣️✌️ question about creating an Instagram per niche. Do you then open a FB business page pre account to enable the Shop and therefore tag products?
hey I'm new to your amazing YT channel Shimmy. Love your name, love the content of this video I'm fully subscribed and implementing this today. I did my POD Setup so found you for marketing. God Bless everyone much health happiness success in all areas for us all. thx
Hey, greg gottfried, another POD youtube, talked about how we should only post once per day so that it wont look spamming. How do you think about that? 22:12
I think everyone has their own strategies that work for them. Recently I've been posting twice a day on instagram and its working well. most posts shouldn't be trying to sell something, they should just be informative.
Can you please explain why you're downloading content from other accounts to reshare on your own account? Is it just to make your account more interesting? Thanks.
If you start a brand new account with 0 followers, is it going to be useless until you have several thousand followers? I've never used Instagram at all because I'm not a smartphone person. I use my computer for everything and don't need a smartphone for anything.
I'm new to all this, and this is probably a dumb question, but why do you say to post viral videos? What purpose does that serve? Maybe I missed this, but do you recommend funny, serious, or shocking viral videos? Thank you in advance.
Instagram won't promote your pages however using hashtags in your photos will get you free visitors to your photo and page. Paid advertising will just speed it up
Hi Shimmy - great video as always. Question - I assume my Teespring storefront would be set up for the niche I was targeting, correct? Right now, I don't have a storefront set up as of yet, but my designs are all over the place (subject-wise) right now ... not set in one niche. I assume I would probably have to make a new TS account to make a niche specific storefront? Thanks...
Each Instagram account allows for 5 additional accounts to be set up within the one. Do you still set up a completely separate account for every niche, or can you set up the other 5 accounts under the first account and then create another Instagram account once the first is full? I hope that is clear. LOL
Excellent tutorial bro. My back story has been print on demand for 3 years. I am now slowly trying to use social media to build an audience lol yea I know should have done it long time ago. Problem is I am not a people person so POD is awesome for me lol. Anyway so I've tried building social accounts before and never seemed to work or I've watch ungodly amounts of videos. NOTHING! BRO THANK YOU! I followed your way and just in like 30 mins to an hours I've gotten engagement no followers but at least likes. Which I was never able to get this before. It was cool I just keep seeing my notifications pop up on my phone. LOL. So understanding POD its about testing and see what works, same as this. Now to scale! I do have one question though, so I am trying to proof to myself I can do this all organically. So I am trying not to follow anyone. But I do have a concern that is hurting me. Do you happen to know that if that is hurting me in the algorithm on Instagram by not following at least a few or so? Thanks Bro! #holeinthewebtees
Great video! Also what do you think about buying some followers for example 500 or 1000 just to look more professional in the beggining if you know what I mean
Theres arguments for and against it. I've never done it, but I know people who have. Personally I wouldn't recommend it because at the end of the day if you hav 500 followers are you're getting 3 likes on a photo, people will know they're fake and not trust you from the beginning
My Teespring designs display as a flat shirt in my store, however, in the Teespring.com/discover, the shirts appear as though they are on invisible mannequins. Is there a way to get my designs in my store to look like that?
I smashed the like button. :D Shimmy, I have a couple of shops that are considered controversial so ads are restricted. However, I see ads in apps that I use for the same products. How do you place ads in apps and what are some other options for advertising besides Google & Facebook? Thanks! :)
Thanks!! There's pinterest ads, instagram ads. If its slightly controversial you may have to rely more on free traffic. Or you could find blogs and websites in similar categories and see if you can pay them for ads or email blasts.
Thanks so much Shimmy for the vids. I am a new subscriber to your channel and loving the positive info! I have a question Shimmy if i may. Lets say you have a shopify setup/half setup, can you still use teespring so sell basically the same products that you are selling in your shopify store? Would love to hear your feedback mate. Cheers
I think its a great idea especially with a tshirt. I would take it a step further and send them a tshirt! In terms of how successful, it totally depends on how influential the influencer is. Some have audiences that do and buy whatever they say. others dont... E.g. Casey Neistat (the youtuber) had a very big influence and when he did fund raising for different projects everyone contributed, so its all about finding the the right influencers.
Hey! Thanks for the useful information. If you're posting on Instagram like this, can you put a link to more than one store (for example, TeeSpring and Shopify, or RedBubble and Etsy), or just one? If you can only link to one (or SHOULD only link to one), which one would you recommend linking to in those cases? Thanks!
You could do some sort of link tree so you could have multiple links but I don't understand why you would link to multiple stores, just link to the store that has the highest margins. That makes the most sense to me
Subscribed! Question - How do you create multiple IG accounts when each requires a separate email? .. i guess you create new gmail accounts for each IG account? .. that could become a headache lol
Hi Shimmy! really Awesome! Thanks Man. It was very good! Butt I cant Still sell Anything either on Teespring or Redbubble, Printful or Some where els. I don't know why? I do it since Apr. 2019
Wouldn't it be against TOS or even potentially be illegal to take someone's Instagram post and repost it on your own feed regardless of whether you credit the source? Wouldn't you have to ask for permission first? I'm not arguing and legitimately asking the question.
Excellent video sir but I am not able to open more than 2 Instagram accounts from a single phone number as it asks for the code, please provide us the trick to this problem so I can open multiple Instagram accounts from a single phone number

Placeit isn't free. My paypal isn't able to pay placeit too. Can I take a screenshot instead?
No it's not free... there will be a watermark probably and it also wont really have that same professional feel to it with a screenshot

Thanks Shimmy👌❤️
you're so welcome!
Cheers
Of course!
Do u know any free mockup sites
not mockup sites no, sorry... i haven't looked into it so much as i have placeit
Is it a good idea to pay IG influencers with lot of followers (in your niche) to promote your tshirt ? And how succesful it is ?
I think its a great idea especially with a tshirt. I would take it a step further and send them a tshirt! In terms of how successful, it totally depends on how influential the influencer is. Some have audiences that do and buy whatever they say. others dont... E.g. Casey Neistat (the youtuber) had a very big influence and when he did fund raising for different projects everyone contributed, so its all about finding the the right influencers.
@@shimmymorris1 Okay awesome ! Gonna give it a try!
That makes the most sense to me
Hi shimmy, love your content! Just a quick question...in Later free account the 30 post limit is per day or 30 post ever?
Thanks so much! It is per month. So 30 posts per month on all channels
@@shimmymorris1 thanks😁
Great video! Thanks
Glad you liked it!
Subscribed! Question - How do you create multiple IG accounts when each requires a separate email? .. i guess you create new gmail accounts for each IG account? .. that could become a headache lol
awesome! thanks! Yes, Multiple gmail accounts
Hi Shimmy! really Awesome! Thanks Man. It was very good! Butt I cant Still sell Anything either on Teespring or Redbubble, Printful or Some where els. I don't know why? I do it since Apr. 2019
any changes since you posted this?
Wouldn't it be against TOS or even potentially be illegal to take someone's Instagram post and repost it on your own feed regardless of whether you credit the source? Wouldn't you have to ask for permission first? I'm not arguing and legitimately asking the question.
Very good video , thank you very much !
thanks so much
Excellent video sir but I am not able to open more than 2 Instagram accounts from a single phone number as it asks for the code, please provide us the trick to this problem so I can open multiple Instagram accounts from a single phone number
I usually use emails over phone... And in terms of lots of pages, I usually open lots of pages through Facebook and have 1 broad page on instagram.
On instagram, you can open upto 5 accounts in your mobile
