Just a uni student trying desperately to create any stream of income. I got into the whole POD side of youtube very quickly, but I have to say only a few explain it very well, concisely and effectively, and you're definitely one of them!! I have yet to start an account properly but I'm learning through your videos :) thank you endlessly!
First, I REALLY like your videos because of your honesty (why I have subscribed and clicked that little bell)! I wish to add one small thing. At the very, very, very beginning pick ONE print on demand and LEARN IT. Spend a month or less --- then add another, and another, etc. Yes, it's important to get on other platforms, but don't burn yourself out when you're in 'learning curve mode'.

Shimmy, if you keep cranking out so many videos so fast you're going to become a youtube juggernaut 🤣 Thank you for the good content, keep'em coming! 👍
Good information! For most of your points I agree, but I did see a few stores on Redbubble that seemed to be getting good sales selling nothing but funny or clever slogans on black t-shirts in white font. It kind of blew my mind. For the most part though, I saw a lot more actual graphic designs that probably sell better.
Can you buy items from red bubble and post direct to the customer? So of I wanted to list the design on etsy, I would get paid through etsy but could send the shirt directly to the customer from red bubble? Tia x

Great video! I’m new to print on demand and I’m preparing to set up my social media accounts. Which website would you recommend link to on IG? Is it best to link to Teespring to make up for their less aggressive marketing? Thanks!
That's a good question. If you're doing you own marketing, link to Teespring, just make sure to do something about that absurd shipping price. You could also use a linktree in your bio so you can link to both stores.

Its Not...unless u have a huge following online or something that will buy ur stuff regardless then i font see this working. Waste of time.. Great video as always shimmy. I had a question. I have saved around 12dollars recently. Do you think it's even worth it to try marketing with fb ads with this little money?
I tried fb ads dropshipping with low budget and it didnt work, i would recommend you to save/earn upto $200-300 as it would give you the freedom to test ads. This is what Scott Hilse told me:)
Doesnt seem to matter who I use honestly. I get about 45 clicks per 2k views and no sales. I have free shipping. Its 20 $ which is cheaper than most and they are pretty solid designs. This is frustrating
I honestly don't understand why people use redbubble, the margins are awful. I got higher margins with Spod and the T-shirts are like $7 cheaper. Redbubble are thieves...

Hoping to bring that out soon!
Just a reminder: you should change your IG bio to 40k subscribers :)
thanks!
I will use Instagram free platform for my teespring and for redbubble ill just upolad nice designs and forget about it
Nice! Keep uploading!
@@shimmymorris1 thanks 😊
I'm still waiting for any sale to happen on RB. 90 designs, 15 days..just 20 views according to the analytics. Got 11 likes from other designers, but no sales. Wondering what the problem is. Using mostly tags from other good listings and designs are good imho
@@alexgeorgiev532 Hi, Can i see your page?😀
I applied to Merch but just got turned down.
oh no! I'm so sorry!!
@@shimmymorris1 I know.
Yes merch by amazon pls
Awesome! Coming soon
Teespring has been a total dud. Even when I search for my product (on another device) by name... NO RESULTS. SMH
100% Agree
Teespring is tolal garbage
Ive been advertising through Instagram
and still nothings working on that site
And i dont understand why all these
RUclipsrs are trying to push that.
Its Not...unless u have a huge following
online or something that will buy ur stuff
regardless then i font see this working.
Waste of time..
Avoid wasting ur time on Teespring
and Double Down on Redbubble.
I make all my sales on RedBubble.
Ive tried the rest
I only see real world results in RB.
@@ThorosThor redbubble is better teespring you should use fb ads and is expensive
Ye get the merch by Amazon video up
It’s coming tomorrow :-)
Great video as always shimmy. I had a question. I have saved around 12dollars recently. Do you think it's even worth it to try marketing with fb ads with this little money?
No... definitely not!
I tried fb ads dropshipping with low budget and it didnt work, i would recommend you to save/earn upto $200-300 as it would give you the freedom to test ads. This is what Scott Hilse told me:)
Try organic methods I mention in this video
@@shimmymorris1 I have never heard anything good about Facebook ads. Some phrase about money and drains comes to mind.
Doesnt seem to matter who I use honestly. I get about 45 clicks per 2k views and no sales. I have free shipping. Its 20 $ which is cheaper than most and they are pretty solid designs. This is frustrating
sorry to hear!! it's difficult
Do I need loads of subscribers to get started on redbubble thanks
Can you do a video about advertising your Redbubble and your Merch by Amazon listings?
I wouldn't personally advertise those 2 platforms.
@@shimmymorris1 Why? Not even on Facebook?
TAGS!
I honestly don't understand why people use redbubble, the margins are awful. I got higher margins with Spod and the T-shirts are like $7 cheaper. Redbubble are thieves...
All the margins on these pod companies are awful!
Does Spod offer free marketing?
I sell on Redbubble exclusively because Teespring gets me 0 sales. Waste of time.
Fair teespring is more of a marketers game not a designers game
I'm still waiting for that to happen on RB. 90 designs, 15 days..just 20 views according to the analytics. Got 11 likes from other designers, but no sales. Wondering what the problem is. Using mostly tags from other good listings and designs are good imho
I am totally confused by this video. This is after watching your two videos listed below. These two videos are all made this year,
STOP Using This Print on Demand Website at All Costs... It's Why You DON'T Get Sales
How Teespring is Killing your Print on Demand Sales! | What Are they Thinking!!
What should I believe?
They’re all saying avoid teespring. My latest video addresses why avoiding teespring is a good idea. All the video are this year. But new things are coming to light everyday and I try and report them as they happen. So teespring has lost the plot quite a bit so that’s why I’ve made these recently
Tee spring made major changes and basically made it super hard for newbies
Merch by Amazon 🤗
I tried to apply to Merch but just got declined!
It's coming!
