Hey Shimmy! Great video! Not sure if you've made a video on this already, but could you explain the Figma part on keeping things organized with the different boards and how to see that screen at 6:16? Never done that part before. Much appreciated 🙏🏻
Excellent info as always! I wanted to ask, when you are listing one of your t-shirts, do you list men's and women's versions separately or do you combine them into one "unisex" listing on your Shopify site? (Assuming you are using the unisex Gildan t-shirt on Printify)
Hi Shimmy, I have an Etsy & Shopify question.. I am planning to open an apparel store for Dog lovers wherein I will be putting designs for Top 19 Top dog breeds in U.S.A and the 20th section would be dedicated to other dog breeds.. Now my question is that Should I only put 1 product that is t-shirts on my store OR Should I rather have 2-3 products (t-shirts, mugs, blankets) under each dog breed section to give the customer more buying options and thereby also increase my Average Order Value? I would appreciate your response, thanks!
Shimmy could you show us examples how you make TokTok ads? I have really no idea how such an ad should look like. Should I buy one of my tshirts and record how I unpack it and show the design to the camera or you just show a few pictures with different designs?
He speaks about it in other videos a lot. Either upload videos that are relevant to your niche(for example if you sell bike tshirts, upload viral/interesting videos about biking) and put your webpage in description, dont be too "in the face" with your products OR Film someone or yourself doing viral cool stuff wearing the tshirt
I created a Fourth Wall account because it was free. Shopify has way more tools and apps than Fourth Wall. Fourth Wall was created by a content creator. you can tell. Shopify is created for businesses. Shopify has more options to grow your business. Fourth Wall to me is another Amazon Merch or Redbubble.
@@shimmymorris1Hi, what do you think about building an online store on Fourthwall? Is it comprehensive enough for e-commerce when using Facebook ads? I hope you can make a video on this. Thank you
@@shimmymorris1 Thanks! Looking forward to your review. Seems great if one can leverage a following that they've amassed, but I wonder how useful it would be for someone that's just beginning. 🤔I'm curious about strategies and such.
I understand that you do not wana start on March on demand, teepublic and places like that but if I am broke that I can not start my shopify shop coz I don't have a US LLC coz I am not a US citizen, what suggestion will you give me?
Hi, great video, thanks, but why the Gildan 6400 please? Are the Gil;dan 5000 & B&C 3001 not the most popular? I am very new to this, and it's a bit confusing! Is it perhaps because of the price vs quality?
My biggest concern is that people will steal my artwork. I have a friend, a great graphic artist, who uploaded her designs to Zazzle and Red Bubble and her images have been stolen and republished as their own. She has had a hard time getting the POD companies to honor her copyright. Very disturbing.
That sucks, but in many online business models, copycats are inevitable part of it. Even if people don't rip off your exact design files, they will steal your ideas more broadly. RUclipsrs rip off each others' thumbnails, musicians rip off each others' melodies, etc. The best solution is to just not worry about it, and build your brand as someone who is constantly putting out MANY great designs, and your audience will come to know that you are the real GOAT, and the others are just copying/following you. You'll always have a stream of new best-sellers that the copycats can't keep up with, and you won't waste your time trying to stop them, or even worse, sitting on the sidelines saying "I'm not gonna start because I don't want people to steal my designs."
This is a real drawback of POD. It doesn’t happen much with shopify as people can’t find your designs so easily. But when it does happen it’s important to not get deterred. Keep making new designs
@@shimmymorris1 Thanks for the answer, i have one more question, how much of your sales 3xl or bigger ? I thought they wouldnt sell much so i didnt even bother 🥲
What happens if Etsy suspend your account after reaching a couple of thousand dollars from sales (to say so), from different motives? They will pay you those money or gives you nothing?

A simple question. Can one person create a POD brand that hits $1MM and higher or does this objective require multiple people?
