Ketamine therapy is NOT recommended during active psychosis. Psychosis can be a contradiction, i.e. a reason to not receive ketamine treatments. Dear Sir. Please can You help Me. I have stenosis in my spine, and am in constant and severe pain both day and night. My question to You is would the anaesthetic properties of ketamine be beneficial in relieving My pain? And what kind of dosage would be appropriate?
