I am SO happy to have this room finished and organized. It is like a huge weight is lifted off of my shoulders! Phew! It definitely helps that I got to decorate it with my favorite decor style...kind of a mix of antiques, french provincial, and coastal. I love that the high end looking pieces that I have in here were second hand finds that I fixed up to suit my style. This is a room I now love to look at every day!

I have never seen or heard of a dreambox, but now I must have one! I have a new goal to save for. I’m over here imagining all the things I could declutter from around my house and store in one. I want one for every room if my house! It would be the perfect toy storage, homework station, organizational piece for a girls room as well. The possibilities are endless!!

Hi Cory! I love old books. I decoupaged old book pages on the base of a standing lamp. Base was a wooden post. It came out beautifully. It's also great for arts and crafts!

Ever thought of making a junk journal? Old books are great for this! Watch a few videos - tons of great crafters. Alternatively, the book pages would be great for collage cover ups. Congrats again on the milestone as well as finally getting an actual craft room!!

Corey you are one of my earliest YTers that I started following that helped me(taught me) get started in flipping furniture. I caught the “bug” and been doing it on the side for several years now. Thank you that you have always been so free with your info. You are the sweetest and so humble. I have wanted to do the same about giving away the furniture or the $, so I will accept the Dec challenge even tho not on YT. I am retired but keep my grandkids parti-time so I don’t have a lot of time to put into my furniture…but I do what I can when they aren’t here lol

Anything is possible! Anyone can do youtube and succeed it just takes the determination. I hope you get your office space finished. I never realized how happy it would make me feel to have that room done. I usually put very little energy into making my crafting space look nice but I am SO glad I did

I have both the Ultimate Sewing Box....no longer sold....and the sewing table. When my sister lived in the West Memorial area, I would visit and we would hit all the thrift stores we could. She scouted them out beforehand, and then we would spend a couple of days hitting them. She moved out to Wharton and I moved to the Hills, so she comes up here and thrifts with me. We have not gotten to do that in a couple of years.
It sounds like it's time for a thrift day! I bet you can sew some amazing things
@@DesertDIY I have done two small weddings. One was my sister. Yep, thrifting will be undertaken before too long. I just have a bunch of furniture refinishing I need to so. Family antiques that need some tlc.

Congrats on your RUclips milestone. It's well deserved. The room looks great although I couldn't cover the front of the drawers in the craft station because I'd always need to be a le to see what's inside. I'd never be able to remember where everything is🤔. Looking forward to your next project.

For your curtains instead of hemming them you could have just gotten another curtain rod and move them up higher on your wall

I'd say take it one room at a time. Easiest room first! That will help build motivation
Recently you glued a tarnished silver bowl on a painted pedestal and called it done. Why didn't you clean the silver? It was really quite awful.

Love your dream box, but don't understand why you put the paper into each drawer. How do you find what you're looking for?
That is just my personal preference because I don't like visual clutter. Many people don't put anything and love the fact that they can see what's in each drawer.
Why would you not look at the dimensions of a piece of furniture before you buy it?
That makes absolutely no sense.
The reason I don't check the dimensions every time is because I know I would either find a place for it or resell it no matter the dimensions
