Overlanding Astro van frame rebuild and 64" leaf spring swap

First step of a major overhaul of my 4x4 converted overlanding astro. I will be swapping out to Chevy 64" leaf spring, shifting my rear axle back 2" as well as building new structure for the back half.

Thanks! The sliders will be step 1 so there is more structure when I cut out the main chassis rails. Current plan is 2x3 3/16 wall tubing

I love this van series. I have an 01, 04, 05. 04-05 have rear disc's and 6 lug. Waiting to see what you do with yours.
