I just started running again (after 10 years) and it‘s been lovely so far. I did feel anxious in the beginning but as soon as I start running I don‘t care anymore. Thanks so much for your videos, they have made recovery very pleasant so far!🎉

Usually I prefer stretching on the floor, and almost clicked out of this video once discovering it a standing stretch. Decided to give it a try and was surprised by how light my legs felt afterwards. Thanks again, Ash!

Thanks Ash, did this after a league race which was hilly, muddy and very cobbled/uneven ground. It helped relief the tension which built up from worrying about falling/watching my footing

Just the ticket after a hectic on call weekend and an easy recovery run thus morning , didnt think I needed a stretch until started and realised the difference between when started and finished this session. Nice👌thanks Ash
Sometimes it’s when we don’t realise we needed it that it feels the best isn’t it. Well done for being so consistent especially when you’re so busy mate. It can be easy to drift into bad habits when we get too busy 👍🏻

This week I changed up my route and ran 7km. This was a different stretch for me, a bit slow but sometimes it’s what I need to do 😊

Hi Ash, unfortunately I started jogging at too high an intensity and now I've had pain in my ankle and knee joint for a few days. Do you have any recommendations on which exercises help or should I take a break for the time being?
