Ash, as always this is exactly what I needed today after my 3 mile run. I started running about 10 years ago and I found your channel around 18 months ago. I just want to let you know, your amazing channel has completely changed how I run!
Your kind words keep me inspired and motivated to keep moving my body in a healthy way. You’re incredibly knowledgeable and I always seem to learn something when I practice with you.
As a fellow yoga teacher, I know how important it is to stretch before and after my workouts, but prior to finding you, I didn’t practice what I preached as much as I should have.
Now, I hear your voice in my head: DON’T SKIP THE STRETCH and hop on my mat as soon as I get in the door! Your short and sweet practices work perfectly in my busy day.

It’s been a month since I started running and this is the best channel for stretching! I usually watch 2 or 3 videos for post run recovery, what I like the most is that there is no background music, maybe it’s just me, but it is really annoying sometimes, and I always reply to tell how my run has been😂 Thank you for this!

This one helped so much that I did it again! My hips are pulled out of alignment because I’m not stretching and my glutes and hamstrings are not releasing. So even though I only walked today, I am stretching! You are so right about how important it is to stretch! Thanks for the great content, Ash!

You're definitely my go to for stretches these days. Not allowed to run but my workouts are very leg focused so these are still perfect plus your style really helps me wind down after a stressful day 😊

This is a bit difficult for me but I think with a little bit of practice I'd feel the full benefit on my body. I did an evening run today it was really good and I'm ready to sleep like a baby after this stretch thanks as always ash!😊

Did a half walk and half run combination today and of course, the halved distance allowed me to go faster, which was nice. The stretch where the cue was to go 70%, I felt nothing so dropped down to my elbows to try to go deeper, worked on the first side but not on the second. Strange asymmetrical body…
😂 we are all indeed asymmetrical yet we think we’re symmetrical. Figuring those imbalances out is a great learning tool to then indicate what we can work on to balance our body out. I appreciate your comments and insights as always 🙏😊

Great video! Yesterday I ran and today I woke up sore where I think is my hips/outer groin area. I feel it most when I try to raise my legs. Any helpful suggestions to alleviate this pain?
