When the DryBell Vibe Machine first appeared back in 2012 it made a serious impression on a market that was traditionally fickle and fussy when it came to all things vibe; especially Uni-Vibe clones and their ilk. It was so well received that it is now regarded as one of the finest vibes on the market... perhaps the best ever. Zvonch and his crew at DryBell saw room for improvement, however, and have now launched the Vibe Machine V-2. You'll find external trimpots for Range, Volume, Symmetry, Chorus, Grit and Custom (impedance). You can now use and program a standard expression pedal or attach the optional DryBell F-1L foot switch do any or all of a number of functions ranging from tap tempo, Leslie ramp times between speeds, Cancel mode and general speed adjustment. And then there's the sound. Wow. You can go with the Original warmer sound or hit the Bright toggle to sparkle things up a little. Additionally you can customise your own sound with the external Custom trim and switch it on/off with the Custom/Bright/Original toggle. The Speed knob lets you configure any number of different ways to use the external expression pedal or foot switch and to top it all off, it's built industrially tough with only a small footprint.
The Vibe Machine V-2, folks, is a Vibe that can't be faulted and I will go out on a limb as say that it is the best of its kind currently available on the market. If you're a vibe freak, you'll be wanting one.

Software: Logic Pro X, Waves L3-16 Limiter (to keep levels in check at output), Apple Final Cut Pro X (video editing and RUclips compression).

Great V2 Demo, especially now that the V3 is out. They say it's "different," less of a midrange focus. ... I like them both, if I'm being honest.

I've been searching for a vibe pedal that didn't sound terrible and holy sweet baby jesus this one sounds AMAZING. It's in it's own league.
Now the internal debate over how I should be saving my money and all that bullshit...
But I really want to buy this.

If you ever get a chance, then you might wanna compare it to the effectrode tube vibe, which is also phenomenal. Great demo here.
Anyone compare the Drybell to the Keeley Monterey? Which do you like better and why please?
Such superb jamming, man! I'm saving up for a V1! Just wondering:
1) How does the low end fare (I play 8-string mostly clean, and w/ a Mad Professor Fire Red Fuzz)?
2) Do you recommend putting it first (before the Fuzz, into the front of the amp), or in an effects loop?

My next purchase is a Vibe Machine.
Man, now I want this even one more than I wanted the V-1 !!! I haven't heard any vibe pedal that sounds as good, and now it's even more tweak-able, which is completely nuts! Burgs, have you got the Vibe Machine in front of the tube driver?
Yeah. Always the vibe in front of the drive for me. There's another demo on my channel where I try the Spires in front, but nah, as good as the Spires is, this is the recipe. Shit hot Vibe Machine - Tube Driver - Plexi - Reverb = Rock. :)

Gotcha! Yeah, at the end of this clip I noticed that you ditched the Spires and went for the vibe in front of the dirt. Gonna listen to the other demo too. This thing really sounds amazing. (I guess I'm screwed!! haha)

Andy's put up a demo too, for PGS. Just today. I haven't heard it yet because I've just finished a 24 hour drive/gig/drive shift, but I'll bet it's great. And different to mine.
Still think the Roger Mayer Voodoo Vibe is the best vibe I've heard. But this is better than the Vibe Machine V1 and both are much smaller than the Mayer pedal! If I hadn't already got the Mayer I'd be all over this like a cheap suit!!

Hey , can this thing do some Leslie tones as well?
Kind of... even though the original Uni-Vibe was trying to emulate a leslie it's really more of a lopsided phasing effect than a chorus or flanging sound like an actual leslie.
I own a few vibe pedals and this one certainly is up at the top.
They should have made it all knob adjustable, not using a little tool, if it wasn't for that I would buy this thing
