Over the years, I’ve had the honor of bringing you demos for both V1 and V2 Vibe Machines and with each new version came features and sounds to expand on this classic circuit from the 60s. For their 10th Anniversary, DryBell went back to the breadboard of this analog photocell-based Vibe and through experimenting, discovered a circuit change that created a whole new offering when it comes to its gooey tone. Not designed to overshadow previous versions, V3 offers slightly less midrange shift in the modulation sweep but it also provides a wider depth range to explore in Chorus and Vibrato modes.
Of course, the Vibe Machine V3 comes packed with all the advanced features of previous versions such as various impedances to set the tone and crucial set and forget adjustments to nail the perfect throb behavior via Symmetry, Range and Chorus trimpots. The output Volume can also boost above unity and the Grit is helpful for matching the presence of the effect with your amp or other pedals.
The speed can be controlled in multiple ways: manually, Exp with/without Leslie-style ramping, external footswitch toggling 2 speeds or tap tempo with subdivisions.
For such a compact pedal, there’s lots under the hood and after 10 years, DryBell has proven to be an authority in their field. For more info on these high quality analog pedals from Croatia, visit Drybell.com

What a sound right from the start!!
A combination of one of my favorite effects and demo artists in one video. Thank you Andy!
No matter how many effects I have purchased based on your demos, I can never seem to even come close to getting the amazing tones you seemingly create effortlessly.
I would put this on my list, but facts are facts: I’m not Andy.
Anyway, this pedal sounds absolutely amazing! I don’t comment on all of your demos, but I do love them! You are the king of guitar demo gear, Andy!
Effects don’t make the player, the player makes the effects 🤙
Andy has made me buy so many pedals..
You knocked it out of the park Andy. Your playing and this pedal I give a 10. Thank you
Amazing univibe demos as always - super thick tones
Thank you! I think V3 does sound thicker in the way they EQ'd it.
Finally a vibe demo with expression pedal. To me this is the best part of the effect. A thousand kudos to Andy, takes a player to use it properly to its musical potential and
The Engine is so awesome. So many great sounds in that thing
So nice ! Super Jimi/Robin Trower vibe
Wells done Andy, as always!
Sick sick sick! Hendrix solo on Little Wing live at the Café Au Go Go (68) is still the greatest sound I have ever heard from an electric guitar. The way he just swells in to this titanic roaring wall of fuzz and vibe still gives me shivers. Why you would want to play electric guitar and NOT have a top class vibe on your board just beats me? Get one of these anyway.. consider it money very well spent!
That was awesome!!
Go Andy!!!! that intro music was Epic!!! Sounds awesome, Drybell is excellent!!! Keep em' comin' Bruddah!!!
Yeahhh, thanks so much!!!
The less mids seems like it makes it truer to the og cuz when u listen to Hendrix, the univibe sound doesn’t actually have a lot of mids. I like it wanna get one some day
EASILY, in my Top Two Vibes that have ever existed. I am VERY MUCHLY glad that I didn’t buy the v2 that I had considered, about 6 months ago. Now, I am SUPER DUPER excited about this v3 boyyyyyeeeeee!
Should prove to be fun!
Thanks, Sir Andrew!
Andy have fun 🤙
That first sound reminded me of Jimi Hendrix, sounded great. The live version of Stone Free.
Hard to avoid the Hendrix influence on any vibe! Thanks for watching!!
Does Andy come with this pedal or do I have to buy him separately?
Yep Isley Brothers say you will live version , noice. Its in this pedal .
Wonderfull
It's a very Phasey-vibe. I have the V-1 (it's nice) but I feel it's closer to David Gilmour vs. the deep, liquid, underwater Throb of Robin Trower.
Trower uses the fulltone deja vibe
I always be tryna nail dat perfect throb 👀
Great demo as always….but what i’d really like to see is how this sounds in an A-B test with V2. I have V2 (and it’s great), so i’m wondering if this one is different enough to warrant buying.
My favorite...but what if they come out with v4 after I buy v3...?
Hell...still saving up for v1...🤣😎👍
1:03 was juicy 🤤great demo as per usual!
8:20 I dig the og chorus sound
November, 27 is coming! : )
Intro. Woodstock or what!
I tried a Vibe Machine V.2 and struggled to dial in anything resembling what Andy got from it (remember when he was on TPS?). I had my Neo Fuzz up front (still love MI Audio), my MIAB Overdrives post-Vibe, but i always ended up with a kind of scooped phaser instead of gooey Vibe.
Maybe what I really needed was a Marshall Plexi...
Hey Matt, the Symmetry trim is key and it has a very specific spot where it produces the asymmetrical heartbeat. Once I find it, I make sure to never touch it again haha!

Thank you, Maestro. I knew there was something I was missing. The "lub-dub" thing.
I have the V2 also, and it has worn me out trying to make it sound like something I wish it sounded like. I haven't found a sweetspot. It has too many bells and whistles on it for me.. I truly regret buying it. Andy.. is a beast....

I bought a v2 and sold it in about a month. If it was a $100 pedal, I would give it a thumbs up. It ‘s decent enough but didn’t blow me away especially for the price. Someone gave me a tip and I bought another brand of vibe and immediately got the sound I was chasing.
Fantastic demo! I would love to know if you had to pick between V1 V2 and V3. Having played all three of them. Which one is your favorite?
That's a tough question, I think they all serve different purposes. For a straight ahead Vibe, I like my V1 but also appreciate how the V2 improved on functionality and adjustments like Grit. V3 could also knock a phaser of the pedalboard since it has a similar sweep. Thanks!
question please..." could I hook up my Drybell version 2 through my Zoom G1 X4 processor unit without any harm? thanks
Of course, there’s no harm when combining pedals with multi-fx units. I’d put the Vibe first 👍🏻
Man! I wonder how many pedals Andy has demoed altogether?!
Is that pedal better than Gypsyvibe from PedalPawn?
I'll stay with my Fulltone Deja Vibes and Electro Harmonix Good Vibes Uni Vibes
Around 7:25 it’s James Gang meets Doobie Bros. meets Mac Demarco
Whoa - listen to the music/turn your pretty head/ode to viceroy
andy channeling hendrix. :)
Are you testing a vibe pedal ore a distortion pedal ore both ?
It's important to show how a vibe interacts with dirt, so both in a way!
@@AndyDemos No my dear that's not how it works. First je have to know what the pedal you testing does, than after try with oder pedal's
@@macshebly4330 Oh dear...here are some timestamps with the pedal by itself. 03:45 with a clean boost (is that OK Mac?) 05:32 , 07:25 , 11:02
@@AndyDemos No no my dear that's not the way how to demonstrate a effect . pedal
@@macshebly4330 Ok
I think the red one sounded better.
Great trashy distorted drum and bass rhythm intro.
Thanks, was going for a “power trio” sound💥
Andy calm down bro everyone already knows you can play guitar
