I almost failed with this project made of scrap wood and epoxy resin

I built the illuminated chessboard from epoxy resin and scrap wood for the "Crafting for a Good Cause" campaign. the chessboard is now being auctioned off along with the projects of many other crafters and 100% of the proceeds will go to the "Sterntalerhof" children's hospice in Austria. There were ups and downs with this project, but giving up was not an option.
In this video I'll show you how I built a lighted chessboard out of epoxy and scrap wood.
