As funny as it sounds, I love cleaning horse stalls. It's almost meditative for me. Ive been doing it all my life. I'm 62 now with some orthopedic issues, so I dont really ride anymore. I still spend hours grooming, cleaning, doing some groundwork, etc. I never want a day without these wonderful creatures in my life.

Studman's shoes remind me of those "jelly" shoes we used to wear in the '80s! And having your day dictated by the cats is a pretty common thing for those of us who have cats. I'm still amazed that you're able to manage all those horses by yourself!

Glad someone else loses their keys while out and about and working. Lost a set with a dog walking group on a rocky beach in Southampton. 3 weeks later they turned up at the edge of the water - plastic yellow tag floating along with the lapping waves. Left a set on top of the car and marveled how they never fell off by the time I drove home - having used the extra hide-a-key to drive.
Get a clip on the Keychain, attach it to your boot strap, tuck into boot shaft to quiet the noise. If noise isn't a worry, hook them to a belt loop. I haven't lost any since I did this set up.

I’m loving your videos CC, you always make me smile. I’m a huge cat person as well as horse and dog person. I have a gorgeous cat called Bodhi (as in bodhisattva). I call him Boh for short. He’s very like your boy, where he sees me as his real mum, I’ve had him from 4 weeks old, so I’m all he remembers as a parent I think. He’s so talkative and never leaves my side, he’s my little shadow. They’re great company aren’t they. With me being terminally ill, I’m in my bed most of the time and he literally snuggles with me all day. He also lays like a human….on his back with his head on my pillow. I don’t know what I’d do without him, he’s my little pal. 🫶
