We get power in the passenger side fuse box in the floor. You will need a switched power fuse in the fuse box that turns on and off with the ignition switch. You will also need a constant 12 volt source that never turns off even if the truck sits. Most 12 V sources in the van are shut off by the BCM after 15 to 45 min, this is why your radio reboots, it's loosing 12V constant power. We get this power from under the fuse box. Make sure you fuse any connections you make at the fuse box.
Where did you run your power constant and acc from? I ran mine from EK1 posts and it's still looking memory over night. I don't know what else to do. Replaced radio thinking the first one was defective. No luck
I want to do exactly the same radio upgrade. What radio plug do I use? My 2019 sprinter has a factory radio so i would nees to plug from radio to the sprinter wiring
If you could help out those of us that aren’t able to come to you, I would really like to know where you hooked up constant and acc. I’ve had the same issue as another commenter here. Radio asks to select language for setup almost every time I start the vehicle after a an hour or so.
I am actually installing one of these head units in a 2019 Sprinter I’m working on today. Did you find a reasonable way to mount the radio to the plastic piece that the factory radio would normally mount into?
This is a radio delete trunk. It didn't come with a radio so we made brackets. Also as an FYI, if the truck came with a factory radio and you remove it it will trigger warning lights on the dash.

@@sashasashok301 This was extremely helpful!! I mean, I appreciate the guy for making a video showing the screen for 7 minutes, but not everyone is local to them. Sharing a little info goes a long way. Not only are most people with Sprinters NOT really DIY people or willing to mess with the wiring/CAN BUS, or other advanced systems, but it's just good karma to share. :)
