This is one of the best warm up exercise video of all. Decent model, good for family to watch. Sound of the presenter is also comfortable. The timing of warming is just right. So i feel this the best.
I love this. I'm a working college student and aside from a five minute walk to each of my classes and standing for 6 hours straight at work everyday I don't have much time or motivation to go to the gym, so i've been trying to find easy ways that can get me moving for even a few minutes to help me start losing weight. This work out is pretty easy while still getting my heart rate up.
you guys are awesome. I do this warmup several times a day and actually added it to my calendar so I remind myself to get off the chair and keep my body from falling apart. Thanks so much!!

It still gets my body warm, which I love, and the whole point, haha. 5. 2/18/2023✅ I've been skipping the warm-up, but back now~ 6. 2/25/2023✅ 7. 2/26/2023✅ Yay! I finished 7 days of this vid. Really appreciate it. Was always an amazing beginning to my workouts.
Few months ago I was very out of shape. Only doing this warm up enough to make me exhausted. Today I feel proud that I'm strong enough to not feel exhausted after finishing this warm up! I'm not doing it everyday, even my body is still out of shape, but I'm happy that my body is stronger than before. Thank you for this video
Wow it has been 8 years since this video came out. I remember I started working out in early 2014 and this video it was only some moths old and now 8 years... time really flies. And after all this time you keep doing this great videos. Thank you very much for all this years, you’re awesome!!
I really like how accessible your videos are. I have fibromyalgia real bad, as well as nerve damage in my feet, so I couldn't do about 1/2 of these, especially any of the jumping or bouncing stuff on my feet, but I was able to get my heartrate up. I especially appreciate the small next exercise previews that you've prepared.
Thanks! To keep quiet, keep your feet on the ground, or just slow down the rate that you place them back on the floor. We actually have an entire low impact list & a few quiet cardio routines, check them out for the times when you're worried about the neighbors.
for a person with arthritis this warm up is the best so far i found. it was difficult for me to do squats and boxer shuffle though, but there are days i can do them without problems too. thank you!
As a 300 pund women I've been doing this warmup as a regular workout doing this video twice. It's hard enough for me to sweat but it doesn't destroy me like other workouts I can't hadrly do ♥ Thanks
Hi, just wanted to say thank you - I came across this video about 5 months ago and I have been using this routine ever since to do warm-ups. I suffered a rather strange knee injuries a while ago and so I am very careful now in choosing warm-ups for my exercises. I have been using this warm-up routine for EVERYTHING, jogging, swimming and strength training (with a bit of adjustments). And I have been injury-free ever since. Thank you for the video. I think this will be my routine warm-up for life LOL
This was fun to do! I have rosy cheeks and a happy smile on my face now. I'll try more next time - I had forgotten how good you felt after a good warm up / doing exercise! :)
bless you the thing is your heart will increase when you first exercise until fully warmed up then will settle. When I run and if a long run so I might miss a proper warm up. my heart goes very fast in the first 5 mins then settles down. it takes a mile to warm Up. this is actually ok as she is doing gently just take it easy for Now. but even doing just thus warm up is great .
been looking for warm up videos since my last serious work was year 2000 in a gym and I hadn´t done any in between up to now. Fats have been all over me and I need to do something that will not take so much time. came across this video i am more encourage to go back to working out again and im sticking here. the best cardio warm up ever!
Hello Daniel and Kelly! I did this warm up years ago and just did it again before my workout! One of the best! Thank you so much always! Have wonderful and blessed day! 💓
Nice little routine for when you don't have much time and/or just beginning. I also like that she doesn't find it necessary to reveal most of her skin in order to exercise. ;) I like that there's not a slow down time to explain the next exercise.
I have breathing problems and a shoulder problem, so it has been a struggle to do my regular strength training or running lately. Now I just do this 2-4 times and I feel great! It says warm up... but this is my way of keeping my body active. Thank you!!!!!
true story. few years ago i was a (aspiring) thaiboxer. but since then i became a chainsmoker. last time i tried doing a 15-minute warm-up with a weighted skipping rope, burpees and other fun stuff i really thought i'm going to vomit my lungs out. still no good reason to not work out ! i'm back on track again now :)
I love what this warm up session does to my body! I've been doing this for almost 2.5 years without wanting to change this before my morning walk routine 😀
I work from home sitting at a desk all day. I worry about my health from the non-stop sitting. This is the perfect length of time to just get up once and hour, and get the circulation and cardio health going. It’s a new year! I’m going to preserve my health!!!
Damn this really works I feel warm!! and I'm sweating a bit also breathing fast today is snowing in Nyc I couldn't go jogging this really worked now I will do my weights, I feel great!!
I think it's good for not only for beginners but if you are recovering from an injury or injuries to ease back into it. JUst because it's low impact doesn't mean you don't sweat! :)
I really like this warm up, as I'm obese and not very fit I find it works well as a beginner short workout to ease my way into things. This is nice and simple for me but I find it effective too and I can do this on night shift when it gets quiet at work Thanks for the video :)
I am REALLY out of shape, have a lot of muscle pain&tension so I hate to exercise... so i'm having difficulties to keep a routine & discipline because I always end up not being able to finish the workouts (even the easy ones) & in pain. I do this one every day just to take up the habit of exercising before doing something more difficult. I feel like being more gentle and beginning slowly I will finally make it. Maybe it does nothing because it is too short but at least I do it and take the habit and I already want to make it longer so this is a good sign. Thanks.
I say that is great! You are trying and conscious of movement which everybody needs to do something daily. I commend you for starting somewhere...I hope you progress to where you want to be by this time next year!
It can help to do alot of streatching to help releave tention and pain in your muscles. If your body is that much in pain try doing yoga for an hour every other day for a few months, and if it doesn't decline at all you might want to see a doctor.
thanks again for you vids. after 1 month of no exercise at all, i started today with this short one. and after finishing it my body just wants to do more workout so i clicked the next low impact workout. and just today i found your website. will surely support you more:)
I love that this exists....like I know I should be able to just do a 5 minute warm up on my own, but I always do so much better with follow along instructions!!
I’m looking forward to lose some weight and tone my body mostly by doing home workouts. I’ll be sharing my progress here. Who is with me on it? Day 1: warm up, main exercise and cool up. Burned ~ 160 calories Day 2: ✅ Day 3: did Zumba today. ~170 calories
This video is amazing for me. I have wanted to get in shape for a while now and I don't have time to go to the gym or hire a personal trainer so I have been looking everywhere for a quick and easy workout for when I have some free time and this is just what I needed. I know it's advertised as a warm up but it is my whole routine. Also it is way more real than all of the other 'burn 1 million calories with this workout' I highly recommend
Does fitness blender have any full body warm up stretch videos? I was doing Insanity for a while and switched to Fitness Blender because I got injured doing Insanity. But the one thing I liked about Insanity is that they have stretches before and after every workout. I think they are essential to avoid injury from any workout video...
***** Actually you should never stretch before a workout - it's dangerous and can lead to injury. Maybe we can do a vlog to better explain, in the meantime, only stretch after a workout!
Stopaskingmyfreakingname This is a warm up video. you need to warm up your body before doing the stretches. If your high school PE coaches were making you stretch before anything, then they need to resign. you need to at least jog a lap or something. your muscles and ligaments need to be warmed up to allow more flexibility. that way you can stretch them properly and make them more elastic and strong. if you try to work out cold, your muscles and ligaments are stiff and can greatly increase your risk of injury because they are not loose yet and can be torn or pulled
+Wheeyeon Whang Wow! Had no clue on that. They did the same when I was in High School. We would stretch, run/jog then do the daily activities. Glad I found this channel!
+FitnessBlender I agree completely. I use to do Insanity also coincidentally. I use do deep stretching before working out and would get easily injure due to my body not being fully heated. Now that I do Fitness blenders and primal Fitness both which dont advise stretching before workouts, I haven't pulled anything. when you think about it, it makes total sense. why stretch a cold muscle? its like trying to slice frozen meat.
I agree shaylah, these workout are soooo good! And, I love there is nooooo music blasting. it proves you can workout w/o the music distracting ya! keep pushing on, we will make it!!!!!
this is a great warm up. I am soooo out of shape. Breathing very hard. I completed it & will do this everyday. Love it!! Great go to start for beginner like me. I'll be fit in no time with other routines with this. Thank you for posting.
I have a painful metatarsal neuroma and have been looking for some tabata exercises that do not include jumping. I can do most of these, and put together a nice workout. Yay!
love this little warm-up so much, I do one run-through of this video during Rounds 1-2 and 2-3 of +FitnessBlender's 30 Minute Booty Boot Camp - Butt and Thigh Workout. SOLID!!!

Mini workouts or warmups are excellent for chronically ill people like me! That way we can do a little bit and then rest. I really appreciate these :)
I've been using this warm up before strength training for about 4 years now. Love it!
This is one of the best warm up exercise video of all. Decent model, good for family to watch. Sound of the presenter is also comfortable. The timing of warming is just right. So i feel this the best.

Great warm up but I wssnot sweating. Heart elevated though. Did before went Outside to shovel.
Hey that's smart! Way to protect your health, not many people think to "warm up" before doing that and it ends up being dangerous.
+Tanya Walker if you're not sweating you're not doing properly or not working hard enough :)
+Jason Auw I was speaking for me. I did do it properly...just not something that made me sweat. Now some of their other warm-ups do.
+ZacharyFurbyTv Still a great warm-up! I still use it.
+Tanya Walker Hahaha don't fall for it. This warm up is a trap. The next workout in the schedule is brutal lol.
How does her hair stay so perfect throughout this whole routine?!

Thank you so much, I've been using this warm-up video for a year.
What has it done for you??
"Easy warm up" easy enough.
Have u been doing it for 5 years tho?
You can definitely reach your goals, just keep your focus on good health and everything will fall into place :)
how long would i break in between each one ?
