FitnessBlender More fun upper body workouts! With dumbbells. Maybe one that targets the shoulders, one that targets biceps/triceps and one that targets chest/back? (3 individual workouts I mean, with warm up and cool down!) I love doing 3 or more sets of an exercise to really burn those muscles off. I miss workouts like that. I love bored easily also, but nothing is like an old fashion workout with multiple sets.

I'd love to see a video where you maybe go in depth about how to do some common exercises (e.g. deadlifts, lunges). I am shaped like you, but my thighs are thicker due to genetics, but I love seeing your body cause I feel so self conscious with having high hips like you. I always see the hourglass women and think what am I doing wrong, but then I see your body and it makes me happy to know I'm a normal woman. Thank you for all you do!

Thank you for this awesome workout. I am going to do these workouts a few times a day for an extra calorie burn and to keep active. I already workout in the morning but I have not lost weight. I think ever since I got this new job I do not burn enough calories because my job is very sedentary. I sit all day :(. I will be adding these. When I lived in Mexico I would walk a lot and was able to eat enough and stay lean. Life in the city is not what I like. Especially during winter months. Hey guys I started doing fitness Blender work outs last week and i have noticed a remarkable change in my energy levels. my only problem is I have tendonitis in my shoulder so my movements especially doing burpees and push ups or anything involving arm movements are limited or else i get alot of pain. Just did this short routine then pressed replay and used it as a timer for an even shorter cardio and lower body workout which I made up on the fly. That workout was: - 30 sec jump squats (25 reps) - 30 rest - 30 sec bulgarian split squat jumps (20 reps, right leg) - 30 sec rest - 30 sec bulgarian split squat jumps (20 reps, left leg) - 1 min rest - 30 sec pistol squats (6 slow reps, right leg) - 30 sec rest - 30 sec pistol squats (6 slow reps, left leg) - 1 min rest - 1 min jump squats (50 reps) At the end bpm was in the 180-200 range and legs felt like someone threw a bunch of knives in my quads. 5/5 difficulty, not recommended for beginners obviously
