Good videos I got lucky and just got my flight stick before they sold out yesterday and love it ! Had to make a base for it using Velcro to keep it in tact since not the easiest to use on the lap but also like you , I have no issues with the quadrant on the stick but this will certainly help many out ! Yes. I love the velocity flight stick but the throttle is a bit pants. This is a perfect combination. Thank you. I’m gonna try this set up as I use throttle for vertical flight and having that extra play with the throttle looks like it will work very well.
It does add a new dimension to the FS.

I had the same Idea! I was just using this combo with the Vision Jet.
I’m now using 2 of those throttle quadrants next to each other that way I have 2 throttles, 2 prop controls, and 2 mixture controls for use in twin engine propeller aircraft. I also have a separate profile where I use the four throttle handle as shown in this video in the center, with landing gear on one side, and flaps on the other. So many ways these can be set up.

Sometimes, the older flight gear (such as Logitech) can still rival the new kids on the block.

final had the joystick for xmas and enjoying it. But has any one found out where buttons 13,14 and 24 are on the flight stick?
Still struggling with the velocity one yoke. The firmware fixed the basic controls not working as well as the update issues but the status panel doesn't function and I suspect there are issues with various flight controls. I've never been as unhappy with a product in my life. Just understanding the issues is a full time job. I'm bummed because not only has this derailed my plan of buying 3 full sets of yoke, stand, rudder pedals for my family christmas. But it has also made my sim time so painful that I'm just not interested in it anymore.
Really sorry to hear that Bill. I would contact TB and ask for a replacement, if you suspect it's faulty.
That’s a damn shame, I went through 2 defective V1 yokes before giving up on them, I did give them another chance on the stick though and like it though it’s really stiff.
the real play is using the velocity stick and the t16000m throttle. Tons of options.

No the Hub only works through the Honeycomb XPC Yoke. The hub will support the logitech throttles and rudder pedals.

I have the Logitech throttle that connects to the Yoke with the PS/2 cable, if I connect the yoke and throttle to the xbox hub, do you think Alpha xpc can work with Logitech throttles?
Wonder if you can use the throttle from the velocity one with the flight stick?
Only if you have both complete units plugged in.
I have a saitek pro flight yoke with the throttle quadrant that I used on my PC(fsx). Do you think that with the Xbox hub they will work on my Xbox/s console?
See another comment here: apparently, you are required to also own and use the XPC yoke to get the Logitech throttle Quad to work.
I have the same problem too if the logitech throttle has the usb it should work but mine has the ps/2 cable that connects to the yoke. That's why I don't know if it works
@@jonny4881 The throttle you got with the Logitech Flight Yoke system will not work with Xbox.
Again see another comment here, regarding requiring the XPC Yoke to be attached, for the Throttle quadrant to work.
Hey buddy great video! I‘d like to change the trim wheel to the trim wheel button right under the screen of the flightstick. However it kind of doesnt work. Have u figured out how to change that? I habve them currently on A and B button but I‘d like to change.

you should be able to assign them to Trim up & down

Yes I know! I‘ve set mine up exactly like in the video u made a couple days ago about the helicopter bindings. However, the trim wheel doesnt work at all for me.
I have my Velocity One Flightstick connected to my Windows PC and the LED lights on the board where the A,B,X,Y buttons and the ring are, do not light up and I have updated many times without success, any advice? Thanks for your videos I always watch them, a hug

The real question is why the hell isn't the velocity one stick compatible with the velocity one yoke and throttle?
I was about to ask that question , I've got the V1 stick and I also have the V1 yoke and throttle quadrant.... I was going to try it out plugging the quadrant into the port on the stick... have you tried it ?
@@darrenmills1235 they can only work together while all plugged into USB, I was hoping with the usbc ports they could work together while.only taking one USB slot but that doesn't work

I see the throttle quadrant is detachable, does it have its own USB cord? and is it flat on the bottom?
