Why are you being so nice. Blast that bad boy and let's bbq.
Cormorants are protected in my state is Australia as well, and I have no idea why. Nothing destroys a fishery quicker than a cormorants. Re your hog. I get them in my dog traps regularly and I hate them. They destroy a set and trash everything. Mind you I dont go to all the trouble you did to getting them out. I find the Winchester solution gives the best results.
See my comment on “the balance of nature,” above.
Maybe because Australian Cormorants are a native natural Hogs however I’m happy to shot as they’re non native
@@oisin3495 Yes, of course. Shoot those hogs!
Confused why this destructive feral vermin isn’t euthanized immediately
What’s wrong with you? Humans destroy all life in the oceans, stop pointing at cormorants. Stupid. Those birds don’t even take 0,00000001% of fish compared with what humans take. Aren’t you just being ignorant selfish, greedy and immature, hypocrite and stupid?
The feral hog infestation in Texas is so bad that we now have a law against transporting live feral hogs. Failing to kill that boar before you put him in the truck is a low level felony here, and would cost you about half the price of a new truck per hog.
Easy…bullet, trap, bacon!
I like your style!
What are you gonna do with him. You left out that part.
Lol
@@wendibernhardt9190 IKR? 🤷♂️
More like, trap, bullet, bacon!
I seriously cannot understand why they allow the transport of these animals. People transport them into areas so they can hunt them. They get loose and destroy neighboring hunting properties. Run the deer off. I'm so glad transporting them in Alabama is illegal.
Only because Alabama already populated with them
is that right? so wtf do you do with them then? shoot and butcher them on the spot?
Illegal in Alabama, because there already overrun with these non native Hogs,Hello
$10.000 fine here in Australia if you get caught with any live wild pig in your truck !!!
@@leecowell8165yes so STfU goof
A picture of it on a dinner table would had made the video more enjoyable.
Agreed, although This boar went to a hunting preserve.
Great video I'm looking forward to watching more. 👍👍👍👍👍
Bruh that wild boar give us a jumpscare
You need a long snap nose trap, this holds the snout, as it charges you keep the nose tight by securing around a small tree and take up the slack. Then flip him then lash the rear legs then the front, the front and back together. Also tape up the jaw and snout so he can't bite. Job done.
I love watching your channel !!
good job, thanks for sharing
That hog is an invasive species and needs to be eliminated.
Hey you guys are strong! Was a little worried though.
You should keep him for a pet. He seemed very friendly.
He needs a name like fuzzy or smiley
Man shut up no wonder this things kill you guy very well here in Africa they are meat but we also keep their population intact

Mr bacon😂😂
Wild Boar are very dangerous, you guys are very brave!
Or stupid!!
Got a buddy with a jagged scar from his ankle to his hamstring from a boars tusk …he didn’t climb the fist tree , he tired to run smh
Stupid you mean
That was so cool buddy! I cant believe how strong they are!!
So strong!
that pig has a wonderful personality.
I love this type of stuff
1 behind the ear
love your footage brother!!!!!!
It's a good idea for a trap of wild boar, great job
I have seen boars leave behind their damn foot in a snare. Very tenacious aminals they are.
That, was amazing. The up close, wasn't too badl. BUT, the personal, was TOO personal!! He wanted to personally hurt you all!! I don't think you will ever be his friend. LOL Great video.
Springs on the trap chain / lead is the way to go! Add Extra swivels as well. great together with the springs for any leghld trap or leg hold snare... gets more animals & less escapes & less animal injury risk that is important with possible accidental bycatch!
it would have a lot easier and better for the boar if you had blindfolded it when he was down.
You guys are bad ass. I remember running into a team of hog hunters at Avon Bombing range they had the coolest name ; "S.H.I.T" Swine Herd Interdiction Team.
What do you do with pigs after they caught ?
lunch, then dinner buddy!
@@turbokid99 Then why didn't they simply kill and gut it on the spot, instead of going through all that trouble to capture it alive ?
In that heat the meat would spoil
Hey, I got a good idea, next time dispatch the animal before removing it from the trap, that way you don't look like a idiot trying to fight a live animal that you purposely trapped, just a thought.
Thanks for sharing. Awesome work.
Getting it to run through the loop so you could snare it around the middle, so simple yet so cool to watch
Man..that was awesome! Great video showing how strong the hog can be trying to break that trap
Imagine your own strength when you're trying to escape eminent death. Would that be a good video to watch too? Ps: I enjoy meat just as much as the next person - but i dont have the appetite to see you torture that animal before it becomes food
@@anuragsood7997 And yet you watched enough of this youtube to post a negative comment.
Go back to shopping in your Health Food Co-Op
@@anuragsood7997 and yet just imagine the chain of events that happen when a panther or top predator grabs ahold of one of these hogs. Nature is much more violent and cruel than I could ever be.
@@ItsAWildLife1 *"How to kill feral pigs?"*
Has anyone thought about systematically flooding pig-infested farmland, and then purposefully electrocuting it with a high voltage electricity???
The conductive mineral, especially with the pigs plowing and upturning the soil could help with the electric-conductivity! 🐗☠️⚡
what about everything else that you do not want to kill?@@Human_01
6:11 Hog turned into Pac-Man chomping at yall. 😂😂
I like your method, that is real Hunting, takes courage.
So what did you guys do with that hog (I am assuming you transported him because you did not shoot him)?
You shot him off video, right? Meat and a skull mount? I hope it didn’t get released somewhere.
@@zackkullis5555 This a big problem across much of the south. Whatever you do don't release them back into the environment. Have it butchered and feed the hungry in you area.
They killed him afterward and eat it. There are other RUclips videos where you see them get shot right away. But this channel focus on bloodless activities (at least on screen)
@@LeoHeiland Why does people always talk about hunger, is that the same joke they use in Spain after bullfigthing that the bull goes to the poor, lies nothing else, that is just to soften peoples hearts, but the truth is, that is nothing but evil abuse, the funny part about bull fighting are when the matador go down, he choose his own destiny......because either way the poor bull must die in the name of sport and culture, primitive backwards country.....
They kept lil piggy as their pet
I use to use live traps. What keeps deer from stepping in the trap? Nice battle. Very sharp teeth.
Awesome trappings 👍❤️💪🏼🏆
That is a Anhinga. They swim with just the neck out of the water which is why "Crackers" called them Snake Birds. Their bills are perfectly straight and they will spear fish with that arrow straight beak. They will then throw them in the air off the beak and catch them, then swallow. Cormorants swim with part of their back out of the water and the beak has a downturn at the end. Their are millions of cormorants but not near that many Anhinga.
And with great thanks to you for this as every opportunity to grow a brain cell (mitosis) or save a few with simple exercise is appreciated. With few exceptions I can tell you what any animal is. That was one of those exceptions. And It was easy to cut and paste the name into the search engine to see what was left off.😉👍
All that trouble for some bacon... 🥓🥓🥓
Watch how japanese tie up hogs. They always cover their eyes with duck tapes - hogs become way less aggressive. And always wrap up hogs mouth so they can’t bite.
Hogs like “I can’t breath” 😂
Good catch right there you guys!❤
Why not just put a bullet behind it s ear? I see this as animal cruelty!
Didn’t floss the hog’s teeth before release
Imagine hearing that noise 8.30 at night and not knowing what it is. 😳
Only solution is a 44 Mag. My thoughts would immediately go to the Swamp Ape. 😕
Great vidéo thank you !
I had a two year old billy goat that busted T post for fun, 2 inch post for chain link fence flatend and torn out of concrete. Be careful.
Why do want him alive? He is just a power pack of pure meanness.
A clever way to set traps in very dangerous locations
Excellent video very nice cutch Jersey uk ❤
Great stuff. We use neck snares with swivels , I use boat anchor nylon leads for stretch also, and tie high on trees to take the leverage from the hogs.. Love the trap method. Thanks for the video.
don't care

Thanks for you showings me like a good trap.,
Excitement! It comes to that!
Wow 😮
This is so cool and necessary!
Молодці! Просто фантастика!
Very nice
Dang , that’s some good eating, and he’s alive!!! Rare sight for sure.
The shorter you can make that lead, the better. He wasn’t charging as hard as they usually do and some will hit that 4ft lead going wide open and that’s when it will break them cables or end couplers. Plus it makes it easier to get him thrown. It’s a great way to make barrhogs! 😎
I agree! With this spot it was the closest tree to the sandy road to put the trap so it would not stick out so much and could be blended in. But I agree the shorter lead the less momentum they can get.
Inner tubes make good shock absorbers. Getting a light proof bag over the head/eyes (many can be seen through) & a band/tape around the mouth behind the tusks makes a difference. & a net &'or foot snare for entangling them quicker might be an option. Feet tied very well back to front on same sides. So they can't get it untied. Leather straps like large dog collars worked on deer, that have longer hocks, and will not give up like a pig @@ItsAWildLife1
They tear up bunch of land and gardens
GREAT VIDEO THX
sure.. baby talk him.. they love that.. lol
Good👍 Idea😮😂😂😂
Beware of Angry Bacon! 😂😂😂😂
Your. Nuts not killing that hog, first off.
Incrível o trabalho e a coragem de vocês!!!Mas nao era mais facil e menos oerigoso usarem uns dardos tranquilizantes?
Probably too expensive or impractical
Good job guys! I saw a guy like that one here in Alberta, Canada. they are every where!
Can we come over and help getting rid of them?
Ontario here.
Export them all to Iran😅
Been hunting southern Saskatchewan for years and have yet to see any hog anywhere . Landowners just look puzzled when we ask about them.
@@lil.miscellaneous So…. I was so lucky! It was my first and unique experience seeing one of those guys.
85 degrees it's in the 30s in Michigan, and I hate hot weather. LOL
When he said "what you doing bud", I was expecting to hear pew pew. 5:50
I'm almost certain that was an Anhinga not a Cormorant
Well done Mike...I was beginning to think that the proper use of the word AN had been forgotten about...Finally someone on the Net that uses proper language...Well done...
That size and the teeth size is the most dangerous of Wild Boar seen one like that kill five hunting dogs and left one wounded badly. But to the dogs credit, they killed the Boar.
If you cover its eyes will help to calm it down. That will make the whole process safer and smoother.
C Eng : A Japanese vlogger in You Tube used your suggested "eye blindfolding" technique in catching wild hog.. Plus, he used a tough "ducting tape" (?) in covering its sharp mouth tusk- done simply by wrapping so many rounds of such duct tape - in the hog mouth... A ready made metal clamp, with continious hinge, like oyster in opening/ closing format- will be more cheaper than ducting tape.. Its barlock system will be back. up by zigzag nylon rope tieng...
A bit cruel in comparison to common cage/fence trap types. Sure it’s cheaper but it’s a purchase you only need to make once.
And why not put him out of his misery quickly, rather than terrorizing him. Or is that part of the "fun"?
@@raffinee_3763 some people are sadistic
Good deal watching from Michigan
Good job sir
wow... great trap
You did pork dinner later I figured. Pigs multiply like rats. Nice video.
Gog Magog. Hog Mahog!
Liked and subscribed this the meanest aggressive hog I’ve ever saw on RUclips! The hog acts n sounds like a Lion!
Welcome to the channel!!!
reminds me of asterix and obelix
TIME TO MAKE HOG SAUSAGES YUMMYYY !!!
What do u do with the meat? Do u give to the less fortunate people who could use the meat ? U may want to check out David Ellis he does this for Mississippi because they are destroying crops for other animals like deer ,tukeys n such he is a trapper love watching the show .
That's a very nice idea. They must have more pork than they can ever use. I get one or two deer a season, and i give away a lot of venison. The big job is butchering the beast.
Cool trap.
You guys are crazy!!
You did it guys...
I guess that’s where the saying hog tied comes from
Aren’t they call tusks?👍🏽😀❤️🇺🇸
Nice ❤ ✌
Guys I live with these destructive animals down here on a small 10 acre property in south Texas. I’m sorry but I just can’t get behind trapping. I just think it’s cruel. In this day and age why not just shoot them? It’s what I do and quite frankly it’s a blast (no pun intended). I see that the trap has no teeth, but still, over time even these traps will lame any animal. To each his own, it’s nothing personal, I just wish it wasn’t done that way.
I guess they're too stupid to gnaw that rope off of them? And I don't understand why you'd wanna trap these things I mean its not like it has a mink coat or anything.
In one of his replies, he stated that the hog would be transported to a hunting preserve.
You guys caught my friend.
When the camera goes off, he pulls out a sledge, and drops it on that bastard like Thor.
That was awesome... maybe not for you 🤣
The bird is not a cormorant but an anhinga.
Wow luar biasa ❤❤❤
He got some good RIPPERS for his size.

Bring a REALLY powerful taser nex time.

Good trap for porch pirates!
duck tap the pigs eyes and mouth and they settle right down when they cant see whats going on - good bit of pork - well done

My buddy traps wild hogs - he calls me says he needs some help - and man this was the biggest boar hog i have ever seen and he was mean as a rattle snake - my buddy tried like heck using a neck snare - finally after this went on for hours I took out my .38 and popped him in the head - my buddy skinned gut cleaned and cooked that big boy and gave away the meat to a family in need.
Inefficient, but cool..😂😂
thanks for the arrow to the trap in the thumbnail i thought the pig was the trap at first lol
? You are probably the best person I watch
