I had issues yesterday night on both Safari/Chrome through my Mac. Tried Safari on phone as well and did not work. I tried again today through Safari on my Mac and it worked! Try to create an account first then apply for the eVOA. Good luck!

Hi, I have applied for a 60 day e-visa on August 17 and had an email on August 22 that I had to re-upload my bankstatement, so I did the same day. Now I still have not had an update and it still says 'waiting verification'. I have not had a notification that another one of my details aren't right or something. I land on September 16 in Indonesia. Do you recommend applying for a new one or just wait?
Try reaching out to the visa team from every means possible. I am not sure evenif you can reapply for another visa it will be processed. Is your country passport eligible for visa on arrival? If yes I would suggest to go for that. In worst case you can try reapplying. But first try to get in touch with them in every means possible.

- the hotel adress I will be putting in, do I also need to do booking in the same hotel? or I can insert any hotel where I will be probably staying at? (is hotel booking is compulsary?)
- for return tickets, can I only share the plane seat reservation (which is free)? so I don't have to pay for the return ticket in advance.

1. You don't have to show any proof of you accommodation. It is fine you put some hotel address and stay in another. You can just book some cancellable hotel, take proof and cancel it, this is just in case you have to show the proof of address at airport. But they never ask or hotel address proof.
2. Flight reservation too should work. Also, refundable ticket is another option.
3. Covid certificate is not longer required.
4. For Pakistan passport I can see there is no eVOA option available, so you need to opt for 60 days evisa. And you need a sponsor for 60 days evisa.

For Nepali Citizen there is no 30 day eVisa on arrival. You might have to apply for 60 days eVisa, which needs a sponsorship from someone in Indonesia, in this case maybe an agent. You can even visit embassy in Japan for eVisa, where you can show you PR. But I think sponsor is mandatory with or without Japan's PR.
You can try writing to the immigration support to confirm.

@@Identity1111 you can upload any one of the address. You are not asked to upload proof of accommodation. You can still carry all the proofs and submit if asked during immigration.

You can apply for evisa with Algerian passport but not eVOA. I am not sure if you would get any benefits of holding an EU visa.

Not necessarily for eVOA. You will get a link on your email id. You can also check using your application id, just go to home page and click on Download button.

Depending on your country passport you can check for visa on arrival at the airport. If applicable you can opt for visa on arrival at airport. We have noticed a lot of issues with electronic visa on arrival applications. If you don't have a problem with standing in a queue at airport for visa you can go for it.
Having an issue where I get to the second page and it has a list of grey boxes with province, city , district , village and immigration office. It won’t let me click and type in the boxes , however it doesn’t have a red mandatory asterisk next to us so I assumed it would be ok to leave these blank but when I try to proceed it wants them , not sure what to do.
Try using a different browser or incognito mode. Maybe some scripts are blocked. If you have a VPN do use that and try to open it again. Let me know if it helps or else I can find another solution.

I arrived December on evoa..extended for 30 days and exited early February 2024...re entered on a new evoa later in February and extended until early April...my Molina account is now showing that the visa from December 23 is still actve even though I have left and re entered on a new visa...unless this is cleared up by immigrasi I will not be able to apply for a new visa to re enter in late April...I have emailed Immigrasi and explained the problem without a result...the system is a complete shambles. I even went in person to Denpasar immigrasi office but they could not assist telling me the are on a different system..😂😂🤦♂️🤦♂️..Indonesia..😂

Sorry to hear that. This website sucks. Check if you have received any email and try to get the payment done. This is still better than payment being completed and application getting lost. People have ended up losing their money.
You always have an option of visa on arrival depending on your country passport and your will to stand in a queue.
Also, one traveller from UK used VPN to get the application submitted as he was facing some issue with trying it out from UK

Once you submit your application you should get the payment option. If not check your email, you might get it in your email as well.
If you have your application number you can do to download option and search for it, might be able to pay from there as well.
Also, if you are still unable to do it, it’s probably not your fault, website has lot of issues and multiple travellers have faced this issue. You can retry again, or if your country’s passport is eligible for visa on arrival, you can opt for that when you arrive in Indonesia. Only problem with visa on arrival is you might have to wait in a queue at the airport for some time when you arrive.

According to the website it is possible. But I would recommend to take visa on arrival. There are issues with website and people have faced issues even after apply 2 weeks prior. To be on safer side visa on arrival is a good bet
my trip is planned for August 28 with plane tickets and hotels which are paid and non-refundable, I submitted the file online on 08/08/2024 unfortunately I watch this video with so many negative comments

You can track your application status. If you have not faced any issue during submission of your application. You should be good. People who face problems tend to write and ask for solutions. But many people do get their visa as well who do not comment on video. Hope you get your visa soon.
Worst case scenario check if your country passport is eligible for visa on arrival, you will not lose your money paid for flight and hotel.

If you have just applied 6 days ago than I would recommend to wait, it might take some more time to get this visa.
The system error. Unable to apply. The system said that I already have “Stay Permit.” When I check “My applications” shows my past application said that my “Stay permit” expired and shows that I still in Indonesia and already 151 days over stay. That’s so wrong because I left Indonesia more than 4 months ago.
I would suggest to contact immigration office, looks like an issue with the system.
Also, some countries have a cooling period of 180 days before you can reapply. Maybe you can apply after 180 days. I tried to look for this but could not find any concrete information. Still as your status says “151 days over stay” better to reach out to immigration.
Reaching support is another issue all together, it’s difficult to get back from them.

What if your country is missing on the list? Im Kosovo citizen and I do not see Kosovo on the list of countries!
I just googled and found out that unfortunately Republic of Kosovo is not recognised by Indonesia. That might be a reason for not being in the list.

Since EU moved visa for Kosovo, every weekend Greece receives million of dollars from Kosovo travelers. Even Greece do not recognize Kosovo independence, but they have very good cooperation. Thailand has removed visas for Kosovo, already see many travel agencies offering many option for travel to Thailand.

As much as I am aware about, I think you will need a return ticket within 30 days of your visa. Extension will not be considered. You can opt for free cancellation or free rescheduling to overcome this problem
Evisa charges? what if we upload confirmed return ticket and hotel booking then later if we don't get visa. my parents have blank passport.
eVisa on arrival charges are $35 approximately(also mentioned in the video)
This is usually the process for all type of eVisa, it’s very rare that your visa will be rejected if you provide all the documents.
If you don’t want to risk it even 1%, in that case you can book free cancellation flights and hotels.
From my experience I have never got rejected for any eVisa.

I will be traveling to Bali for 3 weeks at the beginning of April - and would therefore apply for the B1 visa, which is valid for 30 days.
I was just on the MOLINA website and saw that there is nowhere to enter from when the VISA should be valid - so if I apply for it TODAY (more than 1 month earlier than the trip starts) is it still valid - or how is it meant how much earlier you can/should apply for it.
Would you recommend that I apply for the visa 2 weeks before the start of my trip or what would be best in this case?

The e-visa On Arrival is valid for 90 days, of which you can stay for up to 30 days. You should be good to apply even today or even just a few hours before you land. Your visa will be valid for 90 days from the date of issuance.
I think 2-4 weeks before your arrival should be good enough.

This video is one of the way to obtain it before arrival. This is eVisa on Arrival. You can also go for eVisa which is for longer duration but the process remains same.
There are some issues with the website to obtain eVOA and the customer support sucks. But there are people who have obtained it without hassel.

When are you flying? Normally it takes 5 working days, but it is noticed that sometimes it takes longer. Also, check status of your application, just to confirm that it was submitted without any issues.

Try to upload a screen image of passport and yourself. You can try multiple times, it should work. If you are facing issue for long drop a mail to the visa immigration office - evoa@imigrasi.go.id

I could not find Sri Lanka in the the list of countries for Visa on Arrival.
You might have to opt for 60-day single entry evisa. I am unaware if holding an Emirates ID will benefit you, but you can try to log in to the portal for 60 days eVisa and check if it holds any advantage.

Never found any issue with the Indian passport as of now by anyone. You should be good for VOA. But if you do not want to risk you can go for a visa on arrival in Indonesia.

Not aware about the recent changes for visa on arrival. But if you opting for visa on arrival at airport, it will be the same. You can take eVOA online, post that it will be just immigration at the airport. But some people faced few issues with the system while applying for it, also there are many who got their eVOA.
@@We.TheTravellers I saw some people bring a print out last year (eVOA) and they line up the same way. It took very long time...very slow. They asked more question than before (boarding ticket to Jakarta, flight reservation out of Jakarta, travel plan, etc).
When I came 2018, they only chit chat about travel plan...then say "Welcome home" since I was originally from there.

This issue has been faced by many users. What I would recommend is try to put a nearby postal code. For example if you postal is like this 80363, try out 80361 or 80362. Try nearby combinations and it might work out.

Try checking the status of your application. There is a download button, click that and enter your details, and find. Try to find the status and we will try to find what went wrong.
There are a lot of issues with this website. People of lost money and did not receive visa. Customer support is equally bad.
If your passport supports visa on arrival in Indonesia, you can even think of opting for that.

Also, you should receive an email from where you should be able to make payment.
If not there is an option to download visa on home page of website you can enter your details and try to find your application and make payment.

There are issues with the system. Keep trying, if not just wait until tomorrow and try. If the application expires, try submitting another one. If you have not made payment then you can submit again. Also, check if your country passport is eligible for visa on arrival. If you are facing issues with system you can opt for it. There will be a queue to stand in, but it will not be a risky thing.
If you have time to travel you can wait and try again, if not visa on arrival.

This is eVisa-on-arrival. Which can be applied 14 days prior to arrival date. I think even a month before works. There are few issues with the website, so be a little careful.

Hello. Return flight ticket is a mandatory requirement for eVOA to be processed. You can either apply 2 weeks prior if you receive your tickets. Or else you can take you visa on arrival in Bali, if it’s available for your country’s passport . There are issues with the website as well so it might be good option as well. You have to wait in a long queue which is a draw back.
Can i apply for a 10 year old ? It says only from 14 year old are elegible to use the autogates
As per the information provided, yes, you are write that autogate is eligible for 14years and above.
But you will need a visa depending on your country passport. So you will need this visa for your 10 year old as well.
If autogate is not eligible you might have to get it stamped from the immigration officer.

Yes, that is right. Indonesia implemented a new visa system starting January 9th 2024. So the B213 is now referred as B1-Tourism (Visa-On-Arrival)

I checked for eVOA option for a Sri Lankan passport, but it was unavailable. So, I doubt you can apply for eVOA online.
I could not find Sri Lanka in the the list of countries for Visa on Arrival.
You might have to opt for 60-day single entry evisa. I am unaware if holding an Emirates ID will benefit you, but you can try to log in to the portal for 60 days eVisa and check if it holds any advantage.

August might be way to early to apply now. You can apply for Visitor Visa 14 days before your travel. However, you are advised to create an Visitor Visa request at least 48 hours before your departure. You can try 1 month prior as well.
The validity period of your Visitor Visa begins from the date specified in your application.
Also, just a tip, some people have faced issues with the eVOA, you can read comments below. If you face any issue, you can also get a Visa on Arrival in Indonesia, I guess that option is available for GB passport, though it might be crowded at airport.

I am not aware about the payment but there are few people in comment section who got their visa on arrival, you can try to reach out to them for first hand information.

Hi. I would say apply for eVOA. And once you arrive you can extend it for another 30 days online.
Cost of eVOA for 30 days is approximately $35. To extend it for another 30 days should be same, but I am not sure as I did not extend it.

You can apply for 60 days eVisa (not eVisa-on-Arrival), but that can be applied via a Guarantor. In case of visit for tourism, it would be some tour operator from Indonesia.

Yes. There is no Visa Free entry to enter Indonesia. And for any duration less than or equal to 30 days you have to take a B1 visa and pay for it.

If you go to this link - ecd.beacukai.go.id/ you will have a field "Date of Arrival". This will have only next couple of days as the entry. So you can fill it around 48hrs before your arrival. Also, it hardly takes few minutes so can be done when you are waiting to board your flight as well :)

If you are apply for eVOA you would not be needing financial proofs. But if you are applying for eVisa you might need one. In the later case you can show your proof of finances, along with the sponsorship letter. You can additionally add your marriage proof.

Hi. I don't remember any column to specify "traveling from" in the application. You just have to provide your passport details, flight tickets from wherever you are travelling and address of your stay in Indonesia.
I kept getting error message trying to make payment, now the time has expired. Do I have to submit all the info again ? I've emailed the Embassy awaiting reply. Decided to check RUclips. Should have came here first. What do you do if time expires before payment is made ? Can't figure out why is kept declining on different cards. Made me nervous trying.
Your application expires after 4.5 hours of submission if you do not make the payment. You might have to create a new application, anyway you have not made the payment so it should be fine. Visa immigration are not replying to emails, many people who are facing some issue are unable to resolve it.
Check if you cards are not blocked for international transactions, or if it has any other issue. Let me know if you were able to resolve it.

Also, check if there is already an application submitted and this draft is another application you had created.
Thanks soooooooo much for your help, all good. I got the Visas. You were a Great Help. I realized my issue was not remembering to click on the confirmation number to go to payments once you submit Draft. So I kept resubmitting App, never getting pass that point. When I saw waiting for payment, I was thinking something else would pop up for pymt. I still had issues with CC but, I just resubmitted and used a different CC for each. Doing them together just didn't work for me.

If your country passport has visa on arrival and you are fine spending some time as airport in a queue, you can opt for that as well.

When did you receive your first visa? As they are still 2 separate visas you might get the other one soon.
Also, simultaneous drop a support ticket for visa immigration, not sure if they will respond.
Unfortunately, Indonesian website has a lot of issues and no help from the support as well. You can read the comments here with different issues people have faced.
You might get your other visa in few days. Worst case scenario, take visa on arrival from Indonesian airport.

You can check if your country passport is eligible for visa on arrival, if yes, you can go to airport and check visa using Brunei permanent resident. If not you can apply for visa on arrival

First payment button wasn't showing for at least 30mins and now this. Man this simple E-visa is turning into Nightmare for me now.
Sorry to hear this, but unfortunately there are a lot of issues with Indonesia's visa website. This has happened to another traveler, and you can read the comments for more info. We had tried almost everything we can like contacting support, reaching out of social media, etc.
What I would suggest is:
1. Try to reach out to immigration support. Let's see if they have improved.
2. Reach out on all the social media platforms to contact immigration.
3. Check your visa status once again after a few hours if there is any update.
4. If nothing works I would suggest to raise a complaint with bank and say the transaction was failed and reverse it. An if your country passport supports visa on arrival at the airport in Indonesia, just take it over there.
Also, read through the comments you will get more information from people who have faced the same issue.

@@sarahowen4938 well payment was immediately credited back in my account. I tried using my card thrice and the same thing happened. Then I used my friends card and payment went through. Just like me maybe your card has some problem to process payment so try using another card. Also don't forget to make payment for that new Bali Tax levy for tourism purpose of 150k.

Hi. Yes, some people have faced issues with Indonesia eVOA. eVOA gets processed in 5 days and you can apply for it, but no one can be 100% sure if you will face the issue. You can try it out, or if you have an option to apply for Visa On Arrival at Indonesia Airport, you can try that as well.

@@sagar5585 Sadly your money will be stuck. You can try out reaching to support, but its difficult for them to reply. Maybe in case you do not get eVOA on time you can show the application at the airport and try to get it done. But again this is not a tested solution.

Unfortunately it cannot be done online, you need to visit immigration office. Alternatively, some tour operators or third party companies can get this done for you for some extra charges.

Bangladesh passport holders need to apply for 60 60-day eVisa, which will also require an invitation. Unfortunately, Bangladesh Passport is not eligible for 30-days eVisa-On-Arrival.
I applied a week ago, it has been passed exactly 5 working days. The application is still in verification process . How long does it take application process ?
There is observed a delay sometimes, which depends on your date of arrival as well. Sometimes if it’s late your visa too might get picked up a bit late.
Also, check if any additional documents asked by the visa immigration.

This is a tricky thing. When you apply for eVOA you can extend the visa online, but you need to provide an outbound ticket when applying for eVOA.
If you are applying visa on arrival at the Indonesian airport, I think you might need to contact immigration for an extension.
I tried to find out everywhere for its answer but was unable to find one. But there was a traveler who had extended his visa in the comment section. I will try to check if he can answer this question.

If you are applying for eVOA you don’t need to login. If you still facing issue try doing forget password and check if you receive email.
Also, check spam folder as well.

Also, just to test out why emails are not coming you can try signing in using a temporary email id. You can google "Temporary email id" and you will get plenty of websites. Just use this to test out, do not use this email to apply for visa.

I don’t think you will face any issue.
Agents create a dummy stay and get your visa in his/her email, and send you the copy of your visa.
He might have created a dummy stay in Bali. During immigration they do not check your stay details, just the visa so you don’t have to worry about where you are staying in Indonesia.
You can cross check this with your visa agent as well.

You are welcome. Also, in worst case you can book a hotel with pay later option and free cancellation, take booking proof and cancel the booking.

There are issues with website. If you do not want to risk it, you can take it after arrival in Indonesia, provided your country's passport has visa on arrival.

Just checked the e-VOA for Nepal, and I could not find this option. Unfortunately, I don't think e-VOA is available for Nepal. You might have to go for a tourist visa for 60 days.

Was your money debited? If not check the status again and try to make payment. Also there are many issues with the website. If you feel something is not working properly, check if your country passport has visa on arrival option. You will have to spend some extra time at airport but a safer option.

EVisa On Arrival - You can take few hours before and can stay for 30 days maximum.
The processing time for Evisa is 5 days. You can apply maybe couple of weeks before you go.
And for Evisa on Arrival you can apply 1 day before.
Is there a reason you want to apply it so early? If you can explain your situation maybe I can guide you better. Like what is your purpose of visit, how many days you want to stay, why you want to apply early, etc.?

I am going to Bali from 4th June to 11th June. If I apply for Evisa today. Does the 30 day validity immediately start once the application is approved?
Or should I do the Evisa before 2 weeks on the date I am flying?
Validity will start from the date you mention on the application.
It is given to apply 2 weeks prior to your visit, but it should be fine applying 1 month earlier as well.

@@vishaljagtap634 just cross checked again. Visa will be valid for 90 days and you can stay for the duration of 30 days. So you should be good to go ahead with your application. Apply 2-4 weeks prior to your arrival date.

After I apply for and receive my visa, what is the first thing I do when I arrive at the airport?
Once you reach, go through immigration , your passport will be stamped, collect your bags and you are done.
You also need to completely e-CD before your arrival.
You can do it online, here is the link - ecd.beacukai.go.id/
Or you usually get a the form on airplane to complete it.
Or you can complete it after arrival at the airport through the computer/form.

After submission with💰, the application just vanished from the website. Even though, I have gotten confirmation email but there’s no way to track status.
You should receive the email. If you have application ID you can check the status. Hope you receive your visa soon.

@@shamsur.cashless No passport number is not application id and application status can be seen from the link sent to your email id. Okay I got an idea, try this out.
1. Go to molina.imigrasi.go.id/
2. On the page you will see 3 boxes. Third box is "Download", which has "Extend My Visa"
3. Enter your details here and click "Find". I think you should be able to get your application number.

Transaction id is not application id. I think it was registration number. Just drop a mail with all the details that you got. This website is quite new and there are lot of issues that people are facing.
horrible service. they said the VISA will be processed in 5 days, it has been 2 weeks and I haven’t gotten any further information about the status of my visa. I emailed them 5 times and no response whatsoever. contacted the WhatsApp number that they put on their instagram and they didn’t reply. very disappointed in Indonesia’s government
This is quite a new website and visa changes introduced in jan 2024. People are facing multiple issues. It might take a while for this to get much more mature. Keep trying all the options you have. In the end check if you have an option for visa on arrival. This will be worst case scenario.
