If you do support you are a hypocrite and you are wasting your time trying to save animals you are not going to get anything in return that is worthwhile to receive any kind of reward. God did not create animals in His image and not die for them but for human beings. Why don't you try to stop abortion instead of wasting time it will all go in vain. By the way, what is the greatest commandment in the Law Joey? “‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ This is the first and great commandment. In the whole First Testament of the Bible, they killed and sacrificed millions of animals in the Temple to cover your and mine and everyone's sins.

That is more along the lines of how many animals are dying every year though... Def f'd up. Kinda ironic actually.. the there is about 20thousand slaughterhosues worldwide (conservitive estimate) and they are about 10million on average to buy/sell (sort of conversitive again) so.. yea... strange coincididence. Each animal dying every year is only the equivilent of one penny worth of the cost of all the slaughterhouses combined.

I watched whole movies about how they do animals. I wouldn't have a problem watching the video the guy wanted to show.
I'm against how they do it, and I think the industry should be regulated and government observers should be on every farm and factory.
That being said, I still eat meat every day. Eating all food types is important to stay healthy.
Maybe in 22nd century when we can easily and cheaply grow meat in the lab, it will be time to outlaw growing and murdеrіng animals.
But for now, becoming a vegan is, first of all, very hard. You need to make a whole big diet and make sense of what you have to eat to replace meat.
And then it's more expensive and not realistic for many people. Because the replacements for meat are more expensive than the meat. For example, 1kg of beans is more expensive than 1kg of chicken here and you need to eat more of it.
@@KulaGGin I can only speak for the UK personally but having done it myself and spoken to many others who have, I'd say going vegan is actually very easy! There were probably 2 weeks at the start which were a bit difficult as I acclimatised, but after that it's been a breeze honestly! And on the money thing, I thought exactly the same because meat substitutes can definitely be expensive, but actually most of the cheapest foods at the supermarket are vegan by default (legumes, rice, pasta etc.) and studies have shown that a plant-based diet is around 30% cheaper than a standard omni diet which is a nice side effect.

Addiction is not a joke, meth users are trying to self medicate and because its a street drug and illegla it tends to cause more problems than it solved. Try not to speak about things you know nothing about. I was prescribed amphetmaines as n adult for my adhd and it improved my life.dramatically for almost 2 years. My husband bought a car with absolutely no leather.the salesman thought he was 🤪and couldnt quite believe that soending that kind of money and NOT wanting leather interior was even an option!! Took almost 6mths to get one but got there in the end
Crazy how hard it can be to avoid animal suffering sometimes in today's world. Constantly checking labels, doing research on every product, all for the company to never disclose what their shoe glue is made of. A lot of time you just have to hope for the best. I work in landscaping, and there was realistically only one pair of working boots that checked all the boxes that I could find. I live in the USA and only had one option... it's ridiculous how easy it is to pay for an animal's body parts.

Which most of the world isn't in a state of survival & the more meat/dairy/eggs they consume the less they will have to eat/fresh water as they kill the whole planet & the trillions of individuals (per year) & wildlife & destroy rainforests, bogs, reefs/etc., & land to make room for the plants (& animals; like killing wild fish to feed farmed fish) to feed the animals that need more land & water for both plants that feed animals at hundreds of times higher caloric intake than just feeding plants to humans directly & skipping the unnecessary killing of TRILLIONS per year.

I am a meat eater but every time i eat meat i feel pretty bad because i know that animal has suffered for no reason, i'm self aware of my own actions and know i need to make change soon. I Want to try some vegan food soon. does anyone know some nice vegan food i can try?

Hi there. I also saw your comment about enslavement for Joey's phone and microphone. Joey's (and anyone's) lifestyle does bring harm, and that can make it easy to dismiss their points.
Vegans do rely on produce which cause crop deaths, but farmed animals are also fed crops. Because of this, an omnivorous diet actually requires growing more crops, so crop deaths are not a reason not to be vegan.
The electronics point is actually a form of whataboutism - a person doing a bad thing does not invalidate their points. If somebody believes using electronics is wrong but otherwise agrees with veganism, they should be vegan and avoid electronics.

I really respect what you do and you going for it in this way to help this important cause is amazing. This is the second video that I've watched of yours and the first was great but I simply did not like how you responded to him at the end, it's very aggressive, rooted in anger and he had valid points that you just tried to say he was "using a tactic" when making them. He eats meat in the same way that others wear leather and don't think twice - the eating of the meat is more of a pull than wearing a watch with a leather strap and so why would he consider stopping that if he thinks that the person coming at him is not fully congruent with what they are preaching? A "claim to hypocrisy" is a VALID claim - if someone is being hypocritical then they should be called out and the other person has the right to call them out on it. I'm a vegan myself but wouldn't preach because I still wear watches with leather straps and am not fully removed from interacting with all animal based goods and so until I am I do not have a leg to stand on - you don't do 98% of something and carry on with the 2% because it's more comfortable. Why didn't you say that you do not have leather based products at all, why just argue against him making the point as opposed to the point himself? It must mean that you do have those kinds of things in your life still. Is wearing the remains of a slaughtered animal ok where eating them is not?
I like what you're doing mate but take it to the next level based on what I've said and where there is clear scope for growth.

After all this years of vegan and animal rights etc. What changes have you done in the past few years? Did you lessen the slaughtering of animals etc? Give us some transparent statistics and results please.
So, there are different figures on it, anywhere from 100 to 300, animals eaten per person a year, 1% of the population are vegan, 1% of 8 billion is 80 million, 150, averaged, animals a year each, 150 x 80 million, are you saying that you think that 12,000,000,000, so 12 Billion, animals being saved from going through that is not making a difference ?

This is a strategy you'd use in a debate or against someone you're trying to make look stupid. The guy caught on to what was going on about midway through the video and I don't blame him at all for trying to get out of that trap. There are far better ways to spread your message without trying to make people who don't share your point of view feel like a piece of sh*t. It was very passive aggressive and you probably don't see it because you share his viewpoint.

Someone please answer this with a response cuz I'm really asking: what exactly do omnivorous people have to feel guilty about? I'm omnivorous and I don't feel guilty about anything
Giving money towards killing and torturing animals when there is an alternative.
I honestly don't care if you feel guilty or not. Some people are emphatic towards animals and some are not. But I don't like the hypocrisy of omnivores that say they love animals and think they are adorable and what not, but st the same time try justifying mass torturing them to eat their corpses when it's not hard to just not support that industry. I don't have anything against some tribal people who eat meat f.e. to survive cause that's a necessity, but we have a choice which a lot of people try to neglect.
