You're aimed right on almost every tee shot, I struggled with the same problem a while back. I fixed it by moving my aiming point with my lower body just slightly left of my target. This helped me in two ways, it starts the shot on a different line but also allows me to clear my hips better in the downswing and because of that I'm not drawing the ball as much now so all of my shots start and hold a much better line.
Yeah this was back in an effort to create more in to out and counteract a bad slice I was having; we've definitely learned our lesson since this video haha cause YEAH it was push after push after push and I was like OKAY WTF LOL
Played there once and liked it. Played in early spring a couple of years ago. You have three great courses within ten minutes of each other: Charlotte National, Emerald Lake, and The Divide.
Absolutely on Emerald and CN, The Divide I think is too expensive for what it is; especially with their range ONLY being the trackman bays. Can't hit out there before a round for less than $20
The way I SCREAMED when you hit that eagle 😂🎉 I rewound and made my husband watch. Congrats! I’m a new golfer and I love your channel, I hope I can play as well as you one day 👍🏼
Whenever you come back to the Greeneville area, we ought to play. Your perfectly average, I'll show you average to mostly bad golf. Love the content. It courses around me.
Try another hidden gem....Siler City Country Club, Siler City NC. M-Thur is $35. Afternoons are usually wide open. They just spent $$ revamping the greens last summer. Great course, beautiful layout.
What an eagle chip!! Been following you for a few years now and your game just keeps improving! Would love to buy you a round of golf if you're even up near coastal Virginia!
Have played CN many times, and it is always interesting how different these courses look on your videos, conditions can be a little up and down there, but it is a solid track, your wedge play needs some tuning
If you haven't been to The Revival Golf Course At The Crescent in Salisbury, NC, you're missing out. 15 years ago it was my favorite course but the quality began declining. In the past few years it’s come back to life. Hence “the revival.”
Yeah some holes definitely are susceptible to being rough but overall for the price I think this is one of the better cheap options in the area no doubt

Don't forget Eagle Chase
Olde Sycamore is close too. The 4 pack of Western Union County courses.
Yeah but Olde Sycamore is never in decent shape whatsoever
Fun to watch you play my home course. I had the pleasure to play with you that day last fall. Keep making the vids
Cheers man, thanks for coming back through the channel!
shot a 75 there last year when visiting family for christmas hope to play there again next week
Hell of a score!
Playing here my first time tomorrow morning. Scoping it out with your video. Target score
Oh you got it my man! Be careful of going long on some approach shots, the greens fall off out of eyesight on most holes
@@PerfectlyAverageGolf 88 today. No pregame warmup killed my first two holes. Settled in after that and played well with some awesome older heads
Love that grats on breaking 90!
The way I SCREAMED when you hit that eagle 😂🎉 I rewound and made my husband watch. Congrats! I’m a new golfer and I love your channel, I hope I can play as well as you one day 👍🏼
Hahaha glad the excitement extended through the screen!

Oof that's like a 2 hour drive for me haha don't know if that's going to make the list lol
Wow. Wow. Congrats, man. Epic shot!
There's so much more still to come with the upcoming videos :)
If you’re looking for a hidden gem just over an hour northwest of Charlotte try Silver Creek Golf Club in Morganton. Very fun mountain course.
Adding it to the list!!
The most played course for me. Absolutely love it all year around
It's quickly becoming mine as well. Unique enough layout to have you playing with just about every club in the bag as well which is rare these days
What an eagle chip!! Been following you for a few years now and your game just keeps improving! Would love to buy you a round of golf if you're even up near coastal Virginia!
May just have to make the trip! Thanks for the love man
Should try eagle chase. You will be shocked by the elevation change for the area. It’s in marshville.
We've got two videos out there on the channel already! Definitely a top course in the area in my book!
Dude 🤙🏻always glad to see a new PAG video
LETS GOOOO
grew up playing charlotte national. such an underrated course
It's one of my go-to courses now, easy to walk and great price for the shape its in
Have you made it up to China grove and played The Warrior?
Yup! It's been on the channel once or twice
Ayee you playing one of my most played courses 🤘⛳️ I need to get back out there
You know it! Tackling all the CLT courses one by one lol
Have played CN many times, and it is always interesting how different these courses look on your videos, conditions can be a little up and down there, but it is a solid track, your wedge play needs some tuning
Wedge game has gotten locked in since this video, just wait for the vids coming up :)

15 years ago it was my favorite course but the quality began declining. In the past few years it’s come back to life. Hence “the revival.”
Dang first I'm hearing of it, throwing it on the list!
How do I find you on other social media. We should link up for a round. Have you played ymca riverbend or deerbrook out in shelby?
Same name on IG! I've played YMCA but YEARS ago
YMCA River Bend is a true Hidden Gem, way out in Cleveland County! It's an outstanding course and great value, especially during the week.
Great course and has some really difficult holes on it and is long.
The par 5s are by far the trickiest holes it feels like. That and the LONG par 4 18th
@@PerfectlyAverageGolf 18 is a tough hole for sure. Hole 5 is tough as well and requires a precise drive.
Wow, third hole was a 547 yard par 3? Brutal!!! 🤣
Hahaha 🤣🤣
Fly eagle fly!
Roosters, goats and chickens, oh my!
LOL literal barn animals on the tee box
Springfield Gold Club video coming!?
SOON that and Fort Mill and Tega Cay i need to hit
this is the one close to indian trail yes? i play there often
Yup sure is!!
Not a bad round. Better than I could do. When do you think you’ll get down to try Edgewater?
Hopefully soon, it's near the top of my list!
Highly recommend Edgewater.
Played there a few times. Found the conditions to be very hit or miss
Yeah some holes definitely are susceptible to being rough but overall for the price I think this is one of the better cheap options in the area no doubt
After capturing Bigfoot on camera, sadly Alan was never seen again…😅
Great round; congrats on that awesome big bird on 7!
Lol it was a petting zoo out there for awhile
HUGE bird
Yes, that tree by the 2nd green does tend to fart! My home course.
LOL I was so confused hahahaha
If the fairways are not cut down usually there is no spin they look high on this video
The greens were also SUPER firm when I was out here for this vid
Does that golf course need some TLC to it
That’s was a raccoon
I don't believe you
@@PerfectlyAverageGolf I’ve been trapping over 30 years I’ve heard countless coons if that wasn’t one then it sounded just like one whatever it was!!
You shouldn't be playing the back tees! You aren't that good. You can get bets yall you wont weds and friday, starting at 11.
What in the stroke of a comment is this lol 🤣🤣🤣
