- Highland Creek is definitely one of the must play golf courses in the Charlotte area! Just noth of the city you can find it for a good price and it provides a great challenge!
my house backs up on the 2nd hole, been playing for years there, tight ass course!!
Seems to be the general consensus lol some holes definitely require some good tee shots but I think it's fair
There is always a guy outback smoking when I play there on the 2nd hole. Kid of by the trees
What a day, what a day.
Dry with a little sunshine, and a little bit of golf.
Fore.
Every day is a good day for golf!
Highland Creek in Huntersville gets a lot of play, as you can tell from the grass bare tee boxes.
Not too bad if you don't mind negotiating the high voltage transmission lines and all the water.
Beautiful course! I got a buddy moving to Charlotte and I’m thinking about heading to that area as well so I’ll be sure to keep this spot in mind!
Definitely one of the courses to keep an eye on if you're looking for last minute tee times
no plese stay where you are we are full
Great course, basically my home course although I try to go to new ones as much as possible, hole 18 is probably my favorite golf hole I’ve ever played. My buddy has a golf brand he started a few years ago and we’re trying to get into RUclips, if you ever want to play a scramble or any kinda match on or off camera we’re always golfing on Tuesdays sometimes Mondays, would love to meet up for a round !
I'd be down but I'm about to be out of country for the next two weeks. Hit me up on IG
Hardest course I have ever played! I am glad you finally got there. The Turtles on that course were scary big in the creeks.
It's a tough one for sure, definitely not the hardest in the area though IMO
@@PerfectlyAverageGolf it’s hard trying to avoid the creeks 😆
@@PerfectlyAverageGolf What would say the toughest course in the area is (excluding private courses)? 137 slope rating has to be one of the highest around Charlotte
@@robbiereid4531 137 isn't even close to the highest from the tips, in fact it's probably one of the lowest. Verdict Ridge I'd say is the hardest, rates 74.8 with a 149 slope
Your chipping is MONEY my guy! Very fun round!
Just wait for the next few videos
Touch track! Tight is an understatement
Some of those holes really are sneaky tight
If you are ever in the Orlando area, I would enjoy playing a round with you.
Not often am I ever near Florida, but may have to make a trip this winter
Gotta get out to verdict ridge during the week!
It's on the list, played it once but didn't film. Hard course!
PAG is on fire 🔥
Except for hitting fairways, we're cold there LOL
Greens are in rough shape most of the t8me and it is almost always crowded.
I've never dealt with any overcrowding issues in the handful of times I've played here, and I thought the greens were up to par for the area
i use to play these courses but charlotte is to busy and their courses are as well
It's also expensive in Charlotte compared to the conditions, generally
when i played here in the early 2000s the greens were bent and slicker than shit
Valid, theyre still pretty quick for the area more often than not
This course is nice. But I’m not sure about $80 nice…
I've never played it for more than $50 but I'm also never playing on the weekends
@@PerfectlyAverageGolf yea I played it on a weekend at the beginning of the year…crazy prices.
So expensive for a meh course. Skybrook across the street is much better
That's the next video on the channel, and I think you'll be surprised in what shape that course is in for a pricier experience
@@PerfectlyAverageGolf I played skybrook like 2 weeks ago and it was in really good condition
