I don't think they did forget. I think they intentionally left her out there all those years. It would not be possible to completely forget about the existence of your child for 5 years, i don't care how drunk you get. They essentially gave her to the dogs.

Oxana’s parents didn’t forget they had a daughter, they severely neglected her. She was still living on their property with a pack of dogs when authorities removed her from their “custody”. They knew she was there the nearly 5 years she spent outside. Oxana is now 39 and lives in assisted living, according to doctors she has the mental capacity of a 6 year old and they think this is due to her lack of upbringing in her formative years. Oxana says she would like to be treated as a normal person. She said she sometimes reverts to dog like behavior when she is lonely. She is sad because she has no real family. She met her biological father as an adult and was introduced to a half sister he had. But her father was not interested in a relationship. Apparently she would like to meet her biological mother but news media that has done stories on Oxana have not been able to locate her mother. I saw in one article that she has brothers apparently but they don’t visit her.

Concerning the 2 sisters: it’s madness that they were not put on an involuntary psych hold. For comparison, in 7th grade I made a joke, granted an ill-timed inappropriate one, and I was put on a 72 hour hold in a psych ward. Meanwhile, these ladies are doing parkour on broken legs, punching cops, and playing Frogger IRL, and the medical staff is like “oh, looks like your legs are better now. It seems like the most extreme cast get more leniency and the lighter one get the harshest reaction. It's like the system wants to make an example out of people who do things at a low scale yo show others not to do things at a higher while also having endless empathy for those who have do things on a high scale. Not saying people shouldn't empathize with clearly mentally unstable people but also get them the help they need asap and without excuses. That doesn't help anyone.

She had a roofing tile in her pocket that she used as a projectile weapon to defend herself from a man who was trying to intercept her after seeing her running down a highway repeatedly hitting herself in the face with a hammer. Immediately after which she jumped off a 40-foot bridge.

Fun fact: shared madness has actually been found to happen in complete strangers who meet and both have mental health problems whether diagnosed or not. It happened to a couple of young adults who met at college and both had undiagnosed mental health problems. They went on to kill several people together and when they were separated in jail they went back to being themselves and couldn't explain why they had done it.

But she was not missing - she lived next to house, in their sight, what's wrong? *sarcasm*
in fact, she was very lucky to survive among dogs. I know the story when a friend with a daughter of about 4 years old came to the owner of the kennel. The women let her "walk" around the yard and sat down to dinner. After dinner, they remembered the child, began to search and found in the kennel - one of the dogs bit the girl to death. It is not known why the dog became so aggressive. But a small child only needs one serious bite to bleed to death.

    • @fenuays9662
      @fenuays9662 Год назад +8

This was a child that was severely neglected by parents and likely didn't have much of a motivation to explore her surroundings. She may have been afraid of the dogs until they came and comforted her. I'm betting the child that the kennel owner let walk around the yard either did something to the dog or the dogs were being kenneled to be watched and the owner didn't know their personalities well enough to protect the child from one that may have been child aggressive. Both stories are sad. But at least for Oksana she had a chance to live and experience life. I feel so sorry for the little child that was bitten and bled to death. 😢

You'd be surprised how hard it actually is to get someone held when they are showing signs of self harm or being a danger to themselves. Because of the bodily autonomy laws they have to be crystal clear that they mean to hurt themselves before they can hold someone of a psychiatric hold.
Case in point, my brother. Long history of mental illness and self harm, ranging from slight cuts to literally hammering a 6 inch nail into his own knee while high on heroin. One day he decided to try and kill himself and he slit his femoral artery with a razor blade. I had heard him crying so went to check on him when i found him bleeding out, thankfully i have combat medic training so i did my thing while my mom called an ambulance and he was taken to hospital and fixed up.
About 6 hours later to our horror we get a call from him asking to be picked up (it was mid 2020, that's why we weren't already there, we weren't allowed to be because of the pandemic), we were under the assumption because it was an attempted suicide he was going to be held for his own safety. But nope, he gave a half assed lie to the doctors and they released him.

These two women absolutely met the legal criteria for a 72 hour psychiatric hold (in the US anyway) on the grounds of the extreme level of lethality of the method they chose to attempt suicide. Furthermore, this method blatantly puts members of the public (anyone who's driving) at risk of serious injury or death.
As someone who has spent years working in psychiatric hospitals, I'm very familiar with the requirements and procedures for placing a 72 hour MD hold. This case absolutely met the criteria. The doctors that "treated" these women and released them with a clear bill of health, these doctors should be held liable.
I remember one case in the past decade or so in which someone who attempted suicide was treated for a day and released, then promptly completed suicide. It became a huge legal fiasco for the practitioners and the hospital.
There are two states in this country that, when someone successfully uses the "not guilty except for insanity" plea, they are mandated into locked inpatient psychiatric treatment centers or hospitals for the duration of the longest sentence that can be applied to the crime committed. They are rather successful programs and it's astonishing to me that most states do not have these programs; the other 48 states allows anyone using the NGI plea successfully to walk free and that is really fucked.

Hotel Chaco is a random hotel in New Mexico. Unsure why he felt the need to put "actual photo" at the top.

And the meds i got the first time switched it from auditory. I was a misdiagnosed autistic and had been being persecuted by shrinks drs and DWP and denied welfare. They also refused me spinal MRIs for 8 years and gaslit me and I’m a former served combat medic . And i kept telling them it was my discs. I was still refused welfare and consistently gaslit and character assasinated, as i had Gastro esophageal reflux disease from HPylori i struggled with pain killers so i wasn’t believed. When i git a scan 8 years later i had prolapsed S1 l4/5 discs which were degenerative. I was put on amitryptlyne and it can cause psychosis . But i got my nites to claim my pip and that a house move and my cats and the NHS persecution and drugs for my back tipped me over. They admitted they were underdiagnosing female autism but the torys covered it all up i did get welfare but never an apology and they abandoned me on anti psychotic meds which i took myself off . MH services know they screwed up but wont as sn organisationaccept responsability for their cruelty and they avoid me and send me in circles , everyone persecutes me with hygiene questions to try and deny me with welfare. When the police went to Lauren's apartment, it was actually garbage day, and the garbage truck was on her street. However, the police had parked their car so that it blocked the garbage cans, so the garbage truck passed by without picking up the garbage from the apartment. Had the police shown up just half an hour later, Lauren's body would have been gone, and Stephen may never have become a suspect.

@@brenna6557 YOU ARE WRONG!!!!! Everything is real and it is not an illusion. We live in a world where we question everything, so much so, that we have more questions than answers. The day we stop questioning is the day the world becomes free. We have to just live life, live life not knowing when our judgement will come, not knowing what is going to happen tomorrow or today. We live life and we live free of the pain this world has caused us. Sometimes, it is better to not question your existence or question anything at all. Sometimes people are never found when they do.

The video of the mad twins is chilling OMG. I discovered Mr. Ballen through learning more about the outdoors and sasquatch basically LOL! I've gone through quite a phase (like a couple years now) watching a lot about hiking/survival/animals etc. One day (recently) I was at this random guys house (buying a cell phone) and ended up drinking a beer with him and he was playing Ballen. LOL! That's when I knew I was really onto something.
