    Watching from Australia. Love how SIMPLE your recipes are with not overwhelming ingredients. Minimal cooking steps and recipes are not intimidating to try and cook.

    In my country there is no fresh chicken at the moment as Malaysia stops chicken exports.

    can you make a video talking about the brand names of the companies behind your cooking equipment and things of that nature. Maybe even where you source your ingredients. I have a hard time finding fresh galangal and the leaves and what not.

      Most of the items I use are local brands from Malaysia. There are no specific brands I have used so far.

      No, the chicken needs a longer time to cook.
      So you add potatoes later.

      Potatoes will end up disintegrating into the curry if you do that.
      You're only saving pennies that way.
