After that pour in the grounded spices.You should also add a finely chopped tomato to enhance the taste. The rest can follow your steps. Lemon grass will be optional. Tqvm

Always add first Santan to cook the chilli and spices/curry paste before adding meat, also never put on the lids to cook curry. Probably this chef is from other places or he’s demonstrating a healthy vision.

It is very similar to the way we cook it in indonesia even the ingredients. But you use more curry leaves, we use it about 4-6 leaves. We use fresh turmeric. Again you use a lot of curry powder very much.
Thank you for the recipe. Very tasty. I used air fryer to cook the potato’s (400 degrees for 15 minutes). I also added a small piece of sweet potato and some carrots. Ate with baguettes. Yummy!
