I was 17 when this car was first dragged out of the bush..... am 24 now watching it coming to an end and going to see it in Japfest next week❤😁

  • @mrmasterplaster999

Doesn't stop talking for 18 minutes straight then says I'm speechless like 😂😂😂😂😂 love it.

  • @heathswedger

"Im surrounded by shite now..." Poor jackie

This project has singlehandedly had the most impact on my taste in cars. I seem to notice all the small niche things just the same as Neil explains the black hood pins etc. Been watching since the ep. 6 came out

  • @timmurphy4844

I like flips just sitting there while you have a happy mental break down of finally doing it

  • @djcrossie

Just two words for this Neil, "Fucking Perfection". 7 years but worth the wait. From a purple brown spider infested rust bucket to this!! And we've not even seen it finished yet

  • @RicardoSantana-bw3hn

I don’t think Neil’s brain has fully registered it’s pretty much done. The love in his voice as he talked about the 86 is amazing

  • @LucasLynxx

The excitement and just outright happiness in your voice is contagious mate. What a beautiful moment. Well done to you and the whole crew that has helped through the years. All the “fuck off’s” we got from Barry were worth it.

  • @Mattyharsum

❤ makes me happy too see this

  • @Shizpy123

The way he explained the interior, made me just so lost in the perfection of it, the more he explained the more you notice and it just keeps getting better and better

  • @ogentor_no

7 fucking years man. God it's been a journey. Lots has changed with all of us who've kept up with your videos, but through growing up or getting older, uncertain times, and all the rest that comes and goes with time - Your videos have always been a shining highlight through it all. Like catching up with a mate every Monday for some genuine, down to earth shooting the shit, be it through straight banter, nerding out over niche parts, throwing shitboxes around with general shed shenanigans - and not the least watching you puzzle this car together.

The first time I saw a video of you starting to restore the 86 was a first grader in middle school, but now I'm 20 years old with a manual transmission license, and I'm living in society, and watching your videos, I could see what kind of car culture Europeans had, and it was a great time. I can't wait to see the 86 racing

  • @OceanTechh

In the way he talks and moves, he looks like a child at the first Christmas, what a beautiful feeling and how good that you are enjoying it, congratulations.

  • @melihspots7939

Man, the latest video just feels like we've come to the end, man. I'm so, so happy for you, Neil, to the point where I'm getting emotional for you, man. Feels like one of the biggest influences on the 86 is growing apart, just because it has been with me since I was 13 years old. I am now fucking 20 and own one, thanks to the dream duo themselves.

  • @fynnfrostick7612

Man could make a movie out of the 7 years worth of videos

  • @jamessimpson5452

Neil and Phlip nerding out at the end... priceless. Truly a group of legendary friends making their mate's dream car come true.

  • @Sleepy_Otter

I'm smiling ear to ear, it's so satisfying to see all of these finishing touches on the 86! It sounds so racecar nasty brap brap as well (positive connotation)!

  • @manuelorlandi4906

I've watched every single episode of this build in the last 7 years and I cannot believe that this black Trueno is the same car that you took out from the bushes of a backyard in the Irish countryside... It's gorgeous, Neil. Congrats!

  • @HimWitDaHair98

The brown glass, the mirrors, the simple interior and dash dodger cage. It's perfect. And there's still skirts and other wheels to swap out. I was making Patrick Bateman facial expressions at the interior trim clicks. Very satisfying

  • @nom8

I think for the vast majority of your fans, we are just happy to see you so happy with it! It's been such a long time coming and you deserve to enjoy it as much as you always knew you would. Congratulations Neil 🎉
